CLOSE ENCOUNTER AND A CRASHED DISC IN RUSSIA

2000 Igor Yagudin was en route to his job at the local airport had taken a shortcut through a ravine and was climbing up the path that led out of it when he noticed a bright greenish glow to his left. He went to investigate and found a hovering green-colored sphere that remained motionless just above the ground. He walk towards the sphere and heard some footsteps nearby, he looked and saw a very tall, well-proportioned man in a dark silvery suit. The humanoid’s entire head was covered to the shoulders by a large helmet with a rectangular visor. The helmet appeared to contain some type of liquid and no facial features could be seen. A faint glow appeared on the humanoid’s visor and something made the witness look in the direction of the sphere. On the sphere a screen had appeared and on it images of various nuclear power plants, all known to the witness, the plants all appeared to be undergoing some type of emergency and explosions were evident. After a while the images faded and the witness lost consciousness. He later woke up with a slight headache and both the sphere and the humanoid were nowhere in sight.

North of this location witnesses watched several disc-shaped objects apparently engaged in some kind of “dogfight” with another gold-colored disc after several explosions in the area the electrical power in the city was turned off. The gold colored disc was seen to crash into a local swamp. At the location of the craft several military personnel approached the site, but the disc had apparently crashed into an isolated location impossible to access. The zone was declared forbidden by the local military and several families were displaced and a barbwire was placed in the area. Aircraft flying over the area reported severe equipment malfunctions and were diverted to other flight paths. The downed object was further described as mushroom in shape, with a greenish-gold cupola and a matt black rim and a narrow base. NOTE: The above image is a renderings.

ONE MILLION YEAR OLD STONE MAP FOUND IN PENNSYLVANIA
ONE MILLION YEAR OLD SLAB FOUND IN PENNSYLVANIA
Discovered In 1999, a professor at Bashkir State University in Russia named Alexander Chuvyrov made a remarkable archeological discovery. He was called to the house of Vladimir Krainov, who reported a strange slab buried in his backyard. Chuvyrov was instantly intrigued, as he had been searching for similar slabs that have been cited in various historical manuscripts. The slab was so heavy that it took over a week to unearth. The discovery was named the Dashka stone and later titled the Map of the Creator. The artifact is approximately 5 feet high, 3.5 feet wide, .5 feet thick, and weighs at least one ton. The stone was investigated and determined to be some sort of three-dimensional relief map of the Ural Region. Today’s military uses similar maps to measure elevation and terrain. The Dashka stone reportedly contains representations of civil engineering work, weirs, an irrigation system, and powerful dams. To date, the ancient technology used to make the map is unknown and extremely advanced.
The map also contains numerous inscriptions. At first, the scientists thought that it was an Old Chinese language, although it was later reported that the inscriptions were done in a hieroglyphic-syllabic language of unknown origin. A group of Russian and Chinese specialists in the fields of cartography, physics, mathematics, geology, chemistry, and Old Chinese language researched the artifact and were the ones that identified it as a map of Ural region, with rivers Belya, Ufimka, and Sutolka listed. Dating of the slab was reported to be over 100 million years old, but I couldn’t find any reliable resources citing evidence of what type of test was used or the exact results. If the Map of the Creator is genuine then it would suggest the existence of an ancient highly developed civilization. Researchers have claimed that a three-dimensional map of this order could have only been used for navigational purposes. Many websites claim that the slab is proof of ancient flight. Recent discoveries indicate that the slab is a piece of a larger artifact. The Dashka stone continues to undergo scientific testing and is not available for public viewing.

In June, 2011, my daughter and I went to the movies at our local movie theatre, Clearview Parsippany on Route 46 East, and saw Woody Allen’s latest film “Midnight in Paris.” We got out of the movie at 11:45PM and walked to the car in the parking lot. The parking lot for the cinema is part of a much larger parking lot for our local mall. There was absolutely no one around. No one came out from the movie theatre and there were no other people outside. As we walked to the car, my daughter said, very excited, “Look up there in the sky.” I looked up in the very black night with high clouds so you couldn’t see the stars or moon and saw a huge mass of orange and yellow lights. The lights were not blinking or moving. They appeared to be located about a half mile away (we had a clear shot because of the expanse of flat parking lot around the mall) and between 500-1,000 feet up the air. As we continued to stare at these strange unmoving lights, we became aware of the outline of a craft. It was boomerang shaped, completely silent, and the size of a baseball field with all the outfields included (or the size of a football field). It was the most gigantic aircraft I have ever seen in my life. It was just sitting there, not moving – floating above in the air. I wondered, of course, if this could have been some weird cloud reflection of lights from below, but I looked around and saw nothing that would suggest any kind of a reflection from the ground. My daughter panicked and started yelling that we should jump in the car and get away. I, however, was completely riveted by the sight and did not want to take my eyes off of it for a split second because I wanted to see what it would do. After watching it for about a minute, a giant, white, luminous orb (I am guessing about 15 feet in diameter) telescoped open on the righthand “wing” side of the boomerang shape. The orb exuded a type of light I have never seen before. Most lights that you see in the sky – airplanes, planets, and stars – have a type of light that splinters into rays and beams of light. Often they flicker. This light was luminescent – it was soft, glowing, uniform in its light. It did not create any rays or beams of light and did not flicker. I thought the light was attached to the craft but was very surprised when it suddenly began to “detach” itself. The orb began to move around the front of the craft in a kind of circuitous, gentle curlycue fashion. It appeared to be intelligently guided and it appeared to be searching for something. I wondered, since the craft was in the air right next to a lake reservoir, whether perhaps it was studying the reservoir. I learned later that a building right below it actually houses an international security agency – and so, of course, I then wondered if perhaps that was the target. Or perhaps, this orb had the capacity to observe my daughter and myself observing it! Anyway, it looped around and then disappeared behind the craft for a couple of seconds before re-emerging on top of the craft. It finally settled back down into the original location where it had first appeared. Then my daughter said, “Look, it’s disappearing!” Then sure enough, the “wing tips” of the boomerang suddenly disappeared, followed the sudden disappearance of the rest of the wings, and finally, the center part of the craft. The entire craft literally dematerialized or became invisible in three separate stages – it just blinked off like a television set after you push the button the remote. I am very familiar with all of the optical illusions that can be caused by aircraft since I have lived near many airports, including LaGuardia Airport in NYC. This craft did not fly away. It disappeared. It was the size of a floating baseball field one minute and then gone in a fraction of a second. We later called the Parsippany police to see if anyone had reported anything unusual that night. But no one had. Very strange because this thing was virtually sitting in the air right above Route 46 East and I find it hard to believe that no one else saw this. I did some UFO sightings research, however, and found that two days earlier there were reports of a UFO in a neighboring town and they reported seeing it heading in the direction of our town. Just this past week, I spoke with three friends (all located in neighboring towns) who witnessed a UFO on the same night, and it was also traveling along Route 46! Anyway, my daughter and I decided to both draw what we had seen without discussing it in advance. The drawings, from last year, are posted on my blog at my website www.theskepticalpsychic.com. RUSSIAN NAVY HAS DECLASSIFIED THEIR UFO RECORDS
The Russian navy has declassified its records of encounters with unidentified objects technologically surpassing anything humanity ever built, reports Svobodnaya Pressa news website.
The records dating back to soviet times were compiled by a special navy group collecting reports of unexplained incidents delivered by submarines and military ships. The group was headed by deputy Navy commander Admiral Nikolay Smirnov, and the documents reveal numerous cases of possible UFO encounters, the website says.
Vladimir Azhazha, former navy officer and a famous Russian UFO researcher, says the materials are of great value.
“Fifty percent of UFO encounters are connected with oceans. Fifteen more – with lakes. So UFOs tend to stick to the water,” he said.
