I would carpool with my husband each workday for college. He would work in his office and I would grab a bit of sleep as it was still very early and before my classes started. It was 4 AM when I was putting down my seat as usual to take my nap. It was dark in the parking lot, I put my blanket over myself and closed my eyes and felt a presence. I can’t say if I heard anything but I just felt something there perhaps the figures cast a slight shadow. I turned onto my back to look out the window and suddenly I could not move or scream. I saw 2 figures that appeared like the grays I have heard of. They were a little taller than the car. They had a light gray and smooth flesh appearance. I could not move my head so I could not look at their bodies much but to see their heads. I was caught by their eyes. Very dark and deep looking and had the almond shape. The shape of their heads was elongated and larger than their bodies. An metal cold cylindrical instrument with a needle on the end of it, was coming through the window at me and it started entering my head. The area at the instrument at the window seemed almost like melted glass if I could find words for it. I wanted to move away from it but couldn’t move at all. It hurt like a searing, burning intense pain. I was thinking my thoughts to them, “stop, go away, don’t” but they didn’t communicate with me in any way that I remember. I was terrified! I just wanted them to stop what they were doing. It felt as if that tool that had a needle with a long handle had gone into my sinuses above my right ear. I couldn’t believe it seemed as though it was going through the metal and the glass of the car and into my head! How? I could not move at all but for my eyes and that seemed to be a bit limited? The tool retracted instantly and they were gone as quickly as they appeared. I could move again. I was out of that car so fast and into my husbands office so fast! I was now hysterically telling him what just happened and he thought that I had just had a nightmare but it was very real. I had not had time to go to sleep. I have had sinus issues and have since gone out on permanent disability. I had a sinus surgery and they told me that they found rat cells? I asked how that could be? The doctor changed the subject and never did answer me. I feel that it had to have come from that time in the parking lot. I have had pain in that same area of my head off and on since that attack. I get a searing pain that I can’t really even think when it happens. I call them attacks. I don’t know what they did but I don’t like them at all! They have caused me a lot of continued pain. For me the object was the tool they sent into my head as I did not see any craft. NOTE: The above image is a rendering.

On this particular evening I was driving home from work. Because of where I live, I always take Gulph Rd through Valley Forge Park to and from work. I was driving NW on Gulph Rd towards Phoenixville away from King of Prussia, when I noticed three very bright lights just over the tree line in the distance (I think I noticed them just about the time I passed the Washington Memorial Chapel). The lights were side by side. At first glance it looked to be an airplane of some sort. But as I drove closer I realized whatever it was, was too bright and too low to be a plane. I actually started to think that maybe they had built a tower in the park with lights at the top of it, but I knew that wasn’t logical because I would have seen this tower/monument by now. I also started to realize that whatever it was, wasn’t stationary. It was moving, but slowly. When I was finally back on a straight part of the road, I had decided that this was just too weird and started snapping pictures. As I got closer it was more apparent to me that this wasn’t a plane or a helicopter. I considered pulling over, but had someone behind me. It was also very dark and 17 degrees outside. But after my car had finally passed the lights (I couldn’t describe anything beyond that because of how bright the three lights were) I decided to look back at it out my driver side window. This is when I realized that it was literally just above the tree line and shaped like a Triangle. Once I was past the lights I could distinguish the shape vividly. After my experience I was a little shaken up.
I called my mom, who thought I was just pulling her leg. But after I sent her the pictures, she was convinced. She even went as far as to research sightings in Valley Forge. She came up with two interesting stories. One, was of George Washington, who had reported witnessing a UFO in the now park. And a few years ago someone else had reported a very similar story to mine, which made me feel less crazy. I have been living in the area for almost 5 years now, and I visit the park often. I know this park in and out. I know what the planes flying overhead look like. And I’ve seen my fair share of helicopters and drones. This to me was just so weird and unexplainable. It took me almost a week to even send in my story. I’m open-minded about unexplainable events, but I personally do not come to conclusions without thinking about it first. Even if this was totally explainable, it was still weird and definitely a story worth sharing.

It’s 1966, and 6-year-old Thomas Reed is in his bedroom on his family’s horse farm in the Berkshires when the encounters begin. Strange lights. Strange figures in the hallway. Suddenly, he’s in the woods near his home looking at a UFO. Then he and his younger brother, Matthew, are inside the craft. He’s shown a projection of a willow tree. The following year, there is another incident at their home on Boardman Street in Sheffield. More strange lights. The sound of doors slamming. Then the boys are back inside the vessel. The next thing Thomas knows, he’s in his driveway being scooped up by his mother, who has been searching frantically for the boys on horseback. Two years later, the family is driving on Route 7 when they see strange lights in the sky. Their car stalls, and then Thomas and his brother and mother and grandmother find themselves in a giant room. He is brought to meet two strange, ant-like figures, then placed in some sort of cage. Next thing, he’s back near the car. Reed has told these stories many times, and it has not always gone well. But recently, his tale had found recognition in an unlikely place. The Great Barrington Historical Society & Museum has formally inducted the UFO story.
What does that mean? “It means that we believe it is true,” said Debbie Oppermann, the director of the society. “I know we’re going to get a lot of backlash. We’re going to get hammered,” she said. “But we have given it an awful lot of thought, and, based on the evidence we’ve been given, we believe this is a significant and true event.” The historical society believes it is the first time a “mainstream” historical society or museum in the United States has declared a UFO encounter to be historical fact. But the decision was far from unanimous; of the nine members of the historical society’s board, three were “strongly opposed” to the decision, Oppermann said, but “it passed with consensus.” The Reed case already has its own display in the International UFO Museum and Research Center in Roswell, N.M.; now, it’s about to get one in Great Barrington, about 2 miles from where the alleged encounters took place. That most interests the historical society is the 1969 encounter, because dozens of people in the area reported seeing an unidentified flying object around that time, typically described as a disk-shaped craft performing acrobatic maneuvers in the sky. Many of those eyewitnesses called the local radio station, WSBS, which covered the sightings. (The radio station has provided documentation to the historical society, which interviewed one of those eyewitnesses. They have also examined a polygraph test taken by Thomas Reed.)
Director Debbie Oppermann says the Great Barrington Historical Society believes the Reed family story of having been abducted by aliens in 1969 is true, in part because dozens of people reported seeing a UFO at that time.

Mysterious lights were seen over Jackhead Reservation in Manitoba, Canada last week. UFOlogists suspect a UFO crash into Lake Winnipeg as military forces allegedly spotted on snowmobiles pulling a massive disc out of the lake. But in response to reports about the UFO crash and recovery, Canadian Forces said it was merely a military training exercise. Seriously? On Wednesday night, February 18, reports started to make rounds on social media about the lights over Lake Winnipeg. According to the Facebook post by Brent Mancheese, there were reports about the UFO crash on the Jackhead reserve in Manitoba, Canada. Allegedly, vehicles of the Canadian Military were lined up on the north shore. Taking pictures in the scene was strictly prohibited, and the army even issued a threat to anybody who tried to do so. Lots of eyewitnesses were in the area. These witnesses apparently saw a round object being hauled across the lake and pulled out by snowmobiles and bombardier. Eight fishermen reported the incident, but Mancheese wonders why the authorities did not let the media know if it was a plane crash. In another report, bad thing happened to one witness with a camera. It said that a disc shaped craft was spotted diving into the frozen lake. At least one witness managed to get a photo of the craft. Unfortunately, that person has since been detained by the Canadian military.
According to Lt.-Col. Paul Davies, the Canadian army was taking part in Exercise Arctic Bison 2015, a program that trains military personnel to handle emergencies in harsh environments. Was UFO crash emergency included in the training? Davies said not so. Davies, the commanding officer of 38 Territorial Battalion Group, explained that there were no aliens or a UFO and just his friends in the Air Force helping them on this exercise. So, what about those UFO reports? Davies said that it was a craft with quick takeoff capabilities. He explained that it may have appeared like it was going straight up in the air from a distance, but in reality it wasn’t. Seeing an airplane taking off from a frozen lake is quite unusual. So, what about the crash reports? What about the large disc-shaped object? What about the evidence in the photograph? What about the eyewitnesses? What actually transpired at Lake Winnipeg last week?

The reasons I waited two years before coming out with my story is that I thought my sighting was a common one. After searching online and looking at many of the pictures I realized my sighting can be absolutely counted in the top five per cent for clarity and for the fact that certainly what I saw couldn’t be confused with anything I knew. Let’s start from the beginning: at the time I was living in the North of Watford near a hotel called Grove and where from the sixth to the ninth of June 2013 it was held the Bilderberg group meeting, a closed-door gathering where prime ministers and tycoons meet every year. I had never seen before such a high level of security and hundreds of police men gathered from all around England to patrol the area. I remember an helicopter day and night flying over the area, even weeks before. A metallic fence was built all around the hotel and an entire road was closed, forcing the people living there to go to work with the passport. When the gathering finished all the security shutdown completely in just few hours. It was one of two days after the end of the Bilderberg that I had my sighting. It was about ten o’clock in the evening, and the bedroom’s window, facing the other way of the hotel, was open. A light brighter than the stars captured my attention and I started looking more closely to try to figure out what it was. Then the light became brighter and brighter, moving toward me, until I clearly recognized a disc shaped object completely black with the light all around. I couldn’t explain how the object could still be so dark, when it was completely sorrounded by a light. It was like if the center of the object was not emitting any lights and that didn’t make any sense to me. But even before thinking this, my first thought was: then they really exist! And they are really like they have always been described! I tried to reach out my phone with the eyes fixed on the object. But I didn’t want to loose any seconds of a so important moment, and then when it started moving away on my right I realized it was too late for a shoot.
It drifted away slowly and it took more than 30 seconds to disappear. When it was closer, I didn’t hear any sounds coming from the object, but the details were so clear that if it had been an airplane I could have clearly seen the windows. However the shape was solid black and I could only recognize it because of the bright light around. It was like a disc with a sort of bump along the lower side and a dome on the top of it. Afterwards I thought it could have been a drone, considering that the Bilderberg was held the days before. I googled extensively about all the types of drones, but I couldn’t find any that could explain my sighting. I also couldn’t find any reports in the local news. However when I searched in Youtube words like “Bilderberg”, “Watford” and “ufo” I could find a video about drones. So it looked like drones were deployed over the area, but they were so different from what I saw that I simply ignored those videos. Now I often feel angry for the biggest error in my life: not having been able to take a picture of what I saw that day, and for not being able to talk about it without being considered crazy. I hope someone can give me some more information about similar sighting. I’m not interested in other types of ufos, lights, strange objects. I wanna only have some more context about that particular kind of disc shaped black objects. – MUFON CMS

Hello Sir. I was directed to you by a forum contributor who reads your website. I work as a night security officer at a warehouse in Plainfield, Indiana. The building is located about a mile west of the Indianapolis International Airport on Reeves Rd. At the time of the incident I was working with another security officer. Over the past year or so I and others have noticed many strange lights in the sky at night. Actually some of of these lights were distinctive V-shaped, but most were circular. On the night of February 1st (around 10:30 pm) there was an array of bright red lights traveling over the airport heading west over Plainfield. I tried to get photos but the light pollution from the airport and business park were too heavy. I counted 34 red lights traveling back to back and moving very slow but in a straight line. The other security officer witnessed the same lights. I reported what I saw to a friend in Cincinnati who in interested in UFOs. He said that he would file a report with a UFO group. This was the next day (February 2nd). He told me that he received a similar report from another witness in Indianapolis. On February 8th early Sunday morning (1:15 am or so) the security guard at the gate called me on his radio. He said that someone wanted to talk to me. This was very unusual because people rarely drive up to the gate that late and no one has ever asked for me. I was in the back lot so it took me a while to reach the front, even by vehicle. While making my way to the gatehouse, the security guard called me again. He sounded frantic and asked me to hurry. When I reached the gatehouse, there was a black Chevrolet Impala parked at the gate and two people standing by the gatehouse door. I parked my truck and walked over to the gatehouse. The first thing I noticed was how tall these individuals were and that they were dressed the same. They both wore black attire, which were slacks, heavy bomber jackets and leather gloves. They also had beret-like hats with sunglasses, even though it was dark. There was no insignia or lettering on the vehicle, though it had Ohio license plates. One of the men asked me if I had witnessed anything unusual in the sky above the airport. I mentioned what we had seen on February 1st and that there had been a lot of different lights seen the past year or so. He said he wasn’t interested in the other sightings, just what was seen over the airport. Then he wanted to know if I told anyone else. By that time I was a bit perturbed and asked who they were. They both smiled, then the guy apologized for taking up my time. They got back into their car and backed out. That kind of freaked me out because I have no idea who these guys were. I have heard some stories about Men in Black from my friend, but these guys looked normal, other than the weird garb. A few nights ago, I swear I saw the same vehicle in my neighborhood in Indianapolis. It was parked down the street from my house then pulled off as I passed it on my way to work. At this point I don’t know what to think. I’m not scared but curious as to what they think I witnessed. Incidentally, the other security guard who witnessed the lights did not receive a visit from these guys. My report must have sparked something, though I don’t think my friend used my name or specific location. I wonder if these were MIB and why they showed so much interest in my sighting. On Monday, March 01, 1999, the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC) received a call over its telephone Hotline (206-722-3000) from an individual who identified himself as an employee in the forestry industry in Washington State. The individual left a message, in which he reported that a team of forestry workers allegedly had been witness to an incident on Thursday, February 25, 1999, during which time an elk was lifted off the ground and carried away by a very peculiar, disc-shaped object. Peter Davenport, Director of NUFORC, contacted several of the individuals whose names and telephone numbers had been provided by the first contact. Based on those telephone conversations, he elected to initiate a preliminary investigation of the incident. Because NUFORC traditionally does not serve as an investigative body, Mr. Davenport contacted Mr. Robert A. Fairfax, Director of Investigations for the Washington State Chapter of the Mutual UFO Network, which does conduct investigations of alleged UFO sightings. Messrs. Davenport and Fairfax traveled to the location of the alleged incident, and jointly have been conducting an investigation of this elk abduction case since Friday, March 05. Their investigation to date has included a trip to the site of the incident, an interview of three of the alleged fourteen witnesses to the actual abduction, and several conversations with individuals who work with the eyewitnesses. In addition, the investigators inspected the carcass of an adult elk, a pregnant cow, which was found dead beside a logging road on March 01 by other forestry employees within a few miles of the principal event. The investigation and collection of facts surrounding the case will continue. This preliminary summary of their findings to date is submitted jointly by Messrs. Davenport and Fairfax.
Incident Summary:
On Thursday, February 25, 1999, at just a few minutes before noon, three forestry workers, who were planting seedling trees in the mountains of Washington State, witnessed a small, disc-shaped object slowly drift over a nearby ridge to their south, and descend into the valley to the north of their position. The object descended silently with what seemed to the witnesses a purposeful manner, exhibiting a slight “wobble” to its flight. The three workers at first thought the object was some kind of parachute that was drifting and descending, but they quickly realized that their initial impression was not correct. Hence, they shouted to their eleven coworkers nearby, who were working on the north-facing hillside, and all fourteen members of the work crew watched the object for an estimated 3-5 minutes. Within seconds of their first observation of the object, the witnesses became aware that the object was travelling generally in the direction of a herd of elk that they had been watching all morning. They continued to watch as the object proceeded toward the herd until it succeeded in getting quite close to the animals. The animals apparently remained unaware of the object’s presence until it was within a very short distance of the herd. Suddenly, the animals bolted, most of the them running up the slope to their east. However, one adult animal was seen by the witnesses to separate itself from the herd and run or trot to generally to the north, perhaps along a logging road The witnesses report that at this point, the object quickly moved directly above the lone elk and seemed to lift it off the ground, although no visible means of support of the animal was evident to the observers.
The witnesses added that shortly after lifting the elk off the ground, the object seemed to begin to “wobble” to a more pronounced degree than it had exhibited earlier. In addition, as the object appeared to increase its altitude, the elk, which was suspended upright below the disc, rotated slowly beneath it and appeared to be getting closer to the ventral surface of the disc. They also commented that the object seemed to increase in size slightly after it had picked up the animal. With the elk suspended below it, the object began to ascend slowly up a clear-cut slope to the east. However, the witnesses watched it apparently brush the tops of nearby trees to the east, at which point it reversed its course and proceeded to the west. It executed a 360-degree turn to the left and may have gained some slight altitude in the process, the witnesses thought. After the object had completed its turn and was once again proceeding in a generally easterly direction, it began ascending very quickly at what seemed to the witnesses to be a rather steep angle.
It continued to ascend, and simply disappeared from sight of the witnesses. The witnesses stated that once the object had started to ascend and had climbed to an altitude above their vantage point, they no longer could see the animal suspended below the craft. Their presumption was that the animal had somehow been taken into the craft, although the witnesses could discern no “door,” or any kind of aperture through which the animal might have been conveyed into the craft. The witnesses also stated that following the incident, the herd of elk remained in the same general area, although remained more closely huddled to one another than had been the case earlier in the morning. The workers added that they, too, had remained closer to one another until their departure from the area at the end of the work day. NOTE” The above image is a rendering.

Without doubt the most unusual, official UFO report I ever came across during my time spent digging through the files of the National Archive at Kew, England, surfaced in 1999. It concerns an incident that dated from 1966 and that originated with the British Royal Air Force’s Provost and Security Services – an arm of the RAF that until 1998 had its headquarters at a British RAF base named Rudloe Manor, and that was, for many years, the central hub for classified, official UFO investigations. In a painstakingly-detailed report, one Corporal R.A. Rickwood, of the P&SS Special Investigation Section, related to his superiors the facts. In fact, so profoundly weird and intriguing is the file, I have presented it below, without edit or interruption:“On 10th November 1966 a telephone message was received from Flight Lieutenant Williams, RAF Shawbury, reporting that a Mrs. Foulkes of [Address of the witness] Shrewsbury, had complained that his daughter had been frightened by an object in the sky whilst she had been driving along the A5 road near Great Ness at 2355 hours on 8th November 1966.“This object had emitted brilliant lights and radiation beams. On arriving home her daughter had been in a distressed condition and she had discovered marks on the car, which she considered were burn marks. “On 14th November 1966, Miss Diane Foulkes, aged 22 years, a typist employed in Shrewsbury was seen at her home in the presence of her parents. She stated that she had received a letter dated 11th November 1966 from RAF Shawbury signed by a Flight Lieutenant Penny informing her that no service aircraft had been flying in that area at the time of the incident. “She was now satisfied that the incident was in no way connected with the Royal Air Force or the Armed Forces. She then went on to relate her experiences connected with this enquiry.
There had been two similar incidents. The first occurred two years ago in November 1964, when she had been driving from Shrewsbury to her home along the A5 road. “This was at about 0200 hours as she neared the Montford Bridge over the River Severn. Approximately midway between Shrewsbury and Great Ness a brightly lit circular object appeared in the sky above her car. She had been frightened and had accelerated along the road. The object had kept pace with her remaining at the same height until she arrived home. “She had told her mother and father who also watched the object. She described the object as an especially bright light in the sky which remained stationary due west from their home for about half an hour. It had then rapidly diminished in size and they assumed it had accelerated away from them. No sound was heard from the object. The light was yellow in colour and became red as it diminished.
“The second incident occurred on the 8th November 1966 at 2355 hours and again whilst she was returning from Shrewsbury on the same road. The object had again appeared at Montford Bridge but this time it was much lower in the sky and on the north side of the road. On this occasion she could see rays of light shooting from the object which had again appeared to keep station with her car until she arrived home. At one time during the journey the object travelled near her and the rays seemed to come towards the right hand side of her car. “She felt a bump against that side as if they had struck it. At this moment she felt as if she had received an electric shock and had felt a severe pain in her neck. The left-hand side headlight of the car also went out. This made her extremely frightened. When she got home she felt very ill and had complained to her parents. “The object again remained stationary in the sky north of her home and had not been seen by her parents. They had noticed it for a short time before going inside her home. There had been no sign of the object on the following morning. Miss Foulkes’ parents confirmed seeing an object in the sky on both occasions as described by their daughter and agreed with her descriptions of these. “Miss Foulkes further stated that she believed that the objects could be associated with a Mr Griffin who lived in the area and who is reputed to have made contact with these objects and actually entered one and met one of the occupants. He is also alleged to make his contacts with them at Montford Bridge. “The local civil police had no information or reports of sightings of objects in the sky. There is no evidence to associate the incidents complained of with the Royal Air Force and the complainant Miss Foulkes is now satisfied that the incidents are unexplainable and are in no way connected with the Armed Forces.” In essence, that is the file.
It is clear from examining its contents that the witness had reported some stunning experiences: “the rays of shooting light” that enveloped her car; the electric shock-like pain that surged through her neck as the vehicle was bathed in the beam of light; the loss of power from the car’s headlights (something that is reported time and again in UFO encounters); and the potentially-worrying fact that the experience had left the witness “very ill.” Perhaps the most significant factor, however, was the reference of the Provost and Security Services to a man in the near vicinity that had reputedly “made contact with these objects and actually entered one and met the occupants.” Prior to the 1970s, very little exposure was given to so-called alien abduction incidents; however, many of the factors present in the P&SS report lead me to believe that something very strange indeed had taken place in the Great Ness area of Shrewsbury in 1966, and that that “something” was very possibly connected with abduction-like encounters. Oddly, despite the fact that the official file on this case was declassified way back in 1999 – and the document at issue has been examined by a handful of UFO researchers since then – it seems that little or no attempt has been made to resolve the case. Perhaps now, with its contents highlighted here at Mysterious Universe, someone will take a fresh look at the case and attempt to resolve the question of what really happened nearly half a century ago on that long gone night at Montford Bridge. I witnessed a large black triangle shape Flying Object with very bright flashing alternate color lights (matched description the description of the person who reported a Flying Object over Baskng Ridge, NJ). I was out in my side yard walking the dog when I heard a very strong rumbling hum coming from across the street. I turned around and saw a very low flying aircraft coming over the tree tops of the field across the street. I stood there and watched it approach me and fly right over my head. I was looking directly up into its undercarraige. There were extremely bright colored flashing lights in varying colors of red, blue, white and maybe green. I could feel the vibration of the rumbling hum just like you would “feel” a low flying helicopter thumping overhead. It did not have a sound of propoltion; it was more of a hovering sound. Even the dog looked straight up in the air to see what he was hearing and feeling. He cowered a little, but didn’t bolt. It was movin very slowand I worried about it falling out of the sky onto our heads. Its size was large like an aircraft. There is 50′ of grass between the edge of our house and the woods next door. The aircraft going over my head spanned that entire distance and more. It was only maybe 50-100 feet above the tree tops and roof (two stories). It continued across the back of my yard and across the next two neihbor’s (no trees/a few acres) back yards; when it reached the next treeline it turned south. I never took my eyes off it. It took several minutes before it was out of my signt. I never felt threatened by it, just curious about how something could fly so low and slow without falling. I immediately asked my husband if he had heard it, but he had earbuds in his ears for his Ipad. The next morning I called my neighbor to see if they had seen it (it went right across their yard). She said she didn’t see it but she and her sons had heard it just after 9:00 and they commented that it was flying very low. She added that her two sons had seen it the month before while outside in their hottub (the same time of night and also a cloudless night). They came in and told her about it and that it was not like any normal aircraft (there father is pilot and they watch and identify planes all the time). I had heard it the month before as well, but by the time I got to the back of the house to look it was already over the neighbors yards but was low and had the flashing colored lights. Frequently military aircraft pass over here. I did report it to the state and their response was that it was probably a military aircraft. NOTE: The above image is a rendering.

A retired U. S. Navy Petty Officer First Class Flight Engineer, who asked me to only call him “Brian.” His high strangeness experiences flying cargo and rescue in Antarctica were in the 1983 to 1997 time period and included several observations of aerial silver discs darting around over the Transantarctic Mountains. He and his crew also saw a big hole in the ice only about five to ten miles from the geographic South Pole (pink circle on map) that was supposed to be a No Fly Zone. But during an emergency medevac situation, they entered the No Fly Zone and saw what they were not supposed to see: an alleged entrance to a human and E. T. science research base created under the ice. Then at a camp near Marie Byrd Land, some dozen scientists disappeared for two weeks and when they re-appeared, Brian’s flight crew got the assignment to pick them up. Brian says they would not talk and “their faces looked scared.” Brian and his flight crew received several orders at different times to not talk and were sternly told that they didn’t see what they saw. But he was never asked to sign an official non-disclosure statement. So now that he’s retired, he has decided to share what he has seen and experienced because he knows non-humans are working on this planet.
WITNESS STATEMENT
I am a retired United States Navy LC130 Flight Engineer that retired after 20 years of service in 1997. I have been wanting to write you for a long time about my experience on the Antarctic continent with flying vehicles that I was told not to talk about. I served part of my 20 years in the Navy with a Squadron called Antarctic Development Squadron Six or VXE-6 as it was also known. I served with this squadron from around 1983 till I retired March of 1997. Being a flight engineer and flying more then 4000 hours in that capacity I have seen things that most people have not even imagined on the Continent of Antarctica. The land there seems more alien then earthly. Our deployments to this land started in late September and ended the end of February every year until the Squadron was decommissioned in 1999. This time of year was the summer season when most of the science was done do to warmer temps and 24 hours of daylight. During my time in the squadron I flew to almost every part of the Antarctic Continent including the South Pole more the 300 times. McMurdo Station which is 3.5 hours of flying time from the South Pole station was the point of squadron operation during our yearly deployments. Between these two stations is a mountain range called the Trans Antarctic’s. With what we called Severe Clear weather from McMurdo to South Pole the Trans Antarctic’s are visible from the altitudes which the aircraft flew approximately 25,000 to 35,000 feet. On several flights to and from South Pole our crew viewed air vehicles darting around the tops of Trans Antarctic’s almost exactly in the same spot every time we would fly by and view them. This is very unusual for air traffic down there due to the fact that the only aircraft flying on the continent were our squadron aircraft. Every aircraft knew where the other aircraft were do to flight schedules being followed.
Another unique issue with South Pole station is that our aircraft was not allowed to fly over a certain area designated 5 miles from the station. The reason stated because of a air sampling camp in that area. This did not make any sense to any of us on the crew because on 2 different occasions we had to fly over this area. One time due to a medical evacuation of the Australian camp called Davis Camp. It was on the opposite side of the continent and we had to refuel at South Pole and a direct course to this Davis Camp was right over the air sampling station. The only thing we saw going over this camp was a very large hole going into the ice. You could fly one of our LC130 into this thing. It was after this medevac mission we where briefed by some spooks (Intelligence Agents I presumed) from Washington DC and told not to speak of the area we overflew. The other time we got close to “The air sampling Camp” we had navigation and electrical failures on the aircraft and was told to immediately depart the area and report to our squadron commanding officer when we returned to McMurdo.
Needless to say our pilot (Aircraft Commander) got his butt chewed and our crew was not on the South Pole supply run for over a month. There were many other times we saw things that was out of the ordinary. One outlying camp (near Marie Byrd Land) we dropped scientists and their equipment at was out of communication with McMurdo for 2 weeks. Our crew flew back to the camp to find out if the scientists were ok. We found no one there and no sign of any fowl play. The Radio was working fine as we called McMurdo to verify it working properly. We left the camp and flew back to McMurdo as ordered by our CO. A week later the Scientist showed back up to there camp and called McMurdo for someone to come pick them up. Our crew got the flight back there to pick them since we put them into that camp and we knew the terrain and location. None of the scientists would talk to any of the crew on the plane and to me they looked scared. As soon as we landed back at McMurdo they (Scientists) where put on another of our squadron aircraft and flown to Christchurch New Zealand. We never heard about them again. Their equipment that we brought back from the camp was put in quarantine and shipped back to the United States escorted by the same spooks that debriefed us about our fly over of the air sample camp/ large hole in the ice. I could go on and on about things and situations that I observed during my tour with VXE-6. Talk among the flight crews was that there is a UFO base at South Pole and some of the crew heard talk from some of the scientist working at the Pole of EBEs working with and interacting with the scientists at that air sampling camp/large ice hole. Freedom of Information requests lodged by two Melbourne scientists have revealed UFOs may be more active in Australian airspace than many people thought. Paul Dean and Keith Basterfield were so fascinated by an Australian Transport Safety Bureau ATSB report into an incident near Perth, on March 19 last year; they lodged a FOI request with Air Services Australia asking for information on recent cases of unexplained objects in our skies. When the response returned details of 13 incidents in the past seven years they were stunned. “At about 3800 ft above mean sea level, the crew sighted a bright strobe light directly in front of the aircraft,” a report into the March 19 Perth incident stated. “The light appeared to track towards the aircraft and the crew realised that the light was on an unknown object, possibly an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). “The pilot reported that the object was cylindrical in shape and grey in colour.” The pilot was forced to take evasive action to avoid crashing into the object. Another incident involved a missile-like object dropping from the sky. “(Flight) XKI (DH8C) reported a foreign object of approximate size (1 metre) within close proximity (50ft) of the aircraft causing them to level out briefly as the object passed left hand side,” an Airservices Australia pilot said: Pilot reported observation at 6800 ft.” In another incident last January a pilot reported seeing “something hovering…which then disappeared.” In September 2012 flight “TGW581 reported a red cylindrical object passing the aircraft in the opposite direction when climbing through FL200 approximately 20nm miles south of Sydney.” On April 25, 2010 near Mt Jerrabomberra in NSW an “Unidentified (upside down pyramid shaped) object drifting close to final rwy 35 … Initially drifted west, towards final for rwy 35, before climbing and drifting to the Northeast.” “Two aircraft (QFA814 and VOZ259) were diverted through noise abatement areas to avoid the object.” NOTE: The above image is a rendering.

ANOTHER STRANGE OBJECT DISCOVERED ON MARS
Mars archaeologists claim they have discovered a UFO flying saucer that crashed on the Martian surface. The researchers back up their extraordinary claim with what they believe to be extraordinary evidence contained in a series of images of the Martian surface showing the alleged crash site viewed from multiple angles. According to UFO Sightings Daily’s Scott Waring, the crash site, in the Candor Chasma region of Mars, has the coordinates: 6°25’40.89?S 76°53’48.65?W. Waring described the images as showing what looks like a flying saucer that was buried in the ground when it crashed on Mars. “This buried structure looks a lot like it landed there on the Mars surface. This is a fantastic discovery of an actual ship that crashed landed.” In their YouTube channel description, the archaeologists claim that the images show “exposed ruins on Mars caused by a crashed flying saucer.” The Mars archaeologists suggest that the site of the crash coincides with ancient structural ruins which a fellow Mars researcher, George Marquis, identifies as “an ancient underground production facility and maintenance area for saucers” with “collapsed roofing and jumbled infrastructure” presumably caused by the crash incident. Marquis speculates further, based on visible features, that the images also reveal what “may originally have been stairs or escalators to the different levels.” Another YouTube viewer, presumably also a Mars anomaly researcher, adds that “it does look like a crash site, with the embedded round object and trench behind it. But it might be some kind of underground structure or canal.” The scenario being constructed by Mars anomaly researchers is one in which a flying saucer pilot approaches the entrance to an underground facility but loses control and crashes into the entrance causing a partial damage and collapse of the structure. The transverse markings on the ground that trail the flying saucer at its final resting position could be marks created as the pilot attempts to arrest or brake the flying saucer to prevent it from crashing into the entrance of the facility.Going by the frequency of discovery of UFO crash sites by Mars anomaly researchers, we would believe that the planet Mars had been the hub of interplanetary flight routes in the past.

It was a hot summer’s night on July 23, 2012 when a resident on the south side of Kuna saw something in the sky he couldn’t explain. “I was standing outside of my house on the front porch looking at the stars while talking with my mother-in-law,” he reported to a UFO website www.UFOStalker.com. “She said, ‘Look at that,’ and when I looked up I saw a large oval shaped light, and it flew extremely fast right over the top of our neighborhood from North to south. It was not man made, the speed it was traveling was outrageously fast, and made NO sound at all. “It couldn’t have been more than 500 feet above us, unless it was so large that it looked low to the ground, but I am pretty sure it was lower to the ground judging from where it was in the sky in relation to the stars in the sky. At first I tried to rationally explain away what we had both just saw, but there is no explanation for it. With my background as a Marine Crash Fire Rescue Specialist it was required of us to know everything about every aircraft that we encountered in the military, and I know for a fact that I have never seen or heard of anything like this before. “We lost sight of it after it flew over our house, and I ran to the back yard to see if I could see the tail end of it, but it was moving so fast that it was gone when I got to the back yard.” There are many sightings of unidentified objects in the skies above Kuna and Melba. A quick search online found many reports to various online UFO websites in recent years. The National UFO Reporting Center, just one of many online sites that record witnesses experiences, reported eight sightings in Kuna and one in Melba since 2012. Outgoing senior Obama adviser John Podesta reflected on his latest White House stint Friday, listing his favorite moments and biggest regrets from the past year. Chief among them: depriving the American people of the truth about UFOs. Podesta’s longtime fascination with UFOs is well-documented, as his brief political hiatus following four years as President Bill Clinton’s chief of staff freed him up to pursue his otherworldly passion. At a 2002 press conference organized by the Coalition for Freedom of Information, Podesta spoke on the importance of disclosing government UFO investigations to the public. “It’s time to find out what the truth really is that’s out there,” he said. “We ought to do it, really, because it’s right. We ought to do it, quite frankly, because the American people can handle the truth. And we ought to do it because it’s the law.”
Following Podesta’s tweet, Friday, the Washington Post recalled an exchange one of its reporters had with Podesta in 2007. Karen Tumulty had asked Podesta about reports that the Clinton Library in Little Rock, Arkansas, had been bombarded with Freedom of Information Act Requests specifically seeking email correspondence to and from the former chief of staff including terms like “X-Files” and “Area 51.” Podesta’s response, through a spokesperson, was “The truth is out there,” the tagline for the TV show “The X-Files” of which Podesta was known to be a fan. A 2010 editorial in Missouri’s Columbia Tribune disparaged reports that Podesta had asked an outspoken UFO photographer to stop discussing his knowledge of extraterrestrial activities in public. “One wonders why Podesta would do such a radical reversal, given his former plea for UFO disclosure,” the editorial implored. But contrary to the Columbia Tribune’s concerns, Podesta had clearly not abandoned the cause. He wrote an introduction to the 2010 book “UFOs: Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials Go on the Record.” Unfortunately, Podesta will likely have little time to fill out FOIA requests in his new job at Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. Perhaps, as his tweet suggests, he’s passing the torch to New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd.

Called one of the most interesting cases he has ever worked on by one of the investigators, the story of the “Virginia Giant” is actually a nickname for a pair of sightings, one of them involving an occupant, which occurred in late May 1971 outside a small rural Virginia community located near Fredericksburg. According to investigators John Carlson and Bruce Maccabee, who until recently were still gathering data about the alleged sightings, the case was hampered by the very attitude that made this “occupant” case such an interesting one — the family’s strong desire to avoid publicity — a characteristic not always present in cases involving an “occupant.” It was a dark, cloudy night that three boys and a German Shepherd had picked to camp out in a nearby field. Two of the youths had decided to investigate the sound of a car horn heard in the distance while the third youth and his dog “Lucky” decided to stay behind. Walking through the large, open field, the third boy noted that he had a strange feeling that something was behind him. He turned but saw nothing. Moments later he turned again and observed a glowing “thing” over a pond located in the open field. The object moved slowly from its position over the pond and moved towards the youth, finally stopping near the youth, and slowly settled to the ground. Before completing its descent, the object, according to the youth, extended “legs” from its underside. After the craft landed, a door opened straight down toward him and a “man” walked out. According to the witness’s description, the creature was “powerfully huge,” had long arms and was shiny in appearance. In one hand it carried a “glowing box.” The creature looked around, then started moving in the youth’s direction, who by this time was crouching in the tall grass. The witness’s dog allegedly snarled at the “occupant” and began to approach it. The creature turned around in a “stiff, bouncing fashion” and returned to his craft. The door of the craft closed and about ten minutes later the craft “just lifted off.”
The witness was found a few minutes later still crouched in the grass and apparently in shock by his two fellow campers. The witness told his companions of his encounter and all three quickly returned to their homes. Two nights later another sighting occurred in the same vicinity. While the second sighting did not involve an occupant, it did add credence to the first sighting, according to the investigators, because of the large number of witnesses and the similarities in description of the UFO. Two sisters of the youth who reported the “occupant” were returning home from a night class along the family’s long, winding driveway when they became aware of a humming sound and red lights apparently coming from above their car. Almost immediately, according to NICAP’s file on the case, the car’s engine stalled, the headlights went out, and the car radio went off. From inside the car the girls said they could see a disc-shaped, glowing white object hovering approximately 50 feet above their tree-lined driveway. After about five minutes the girls were able to start the car and race the remaining few yards towards home — as they did, the craft continued to follow them. Attracted outside by the sounds of a car racing up the driveway, two brothers rushed outside to investigate and observed a “gigantic saucer-shaped thing” following their sister’s car up the driveway. The object appeared to be transparent, a quality one blogger attributes to a cloaking device. A hexagonal UFO has been spotted keeping pace with the International Space Station, and some observers assert that the semi-transparent nature of the object may reveal it to be a bastion of alien technology.
Scott Waring’s UFO Sightings Daily posted images of the strange craft, which was shaped like a hexagonal disk. Spotted on the NASA live camera, the UFO appeared to be semi-transparent, a quality that Waring attributed to alien technology reminiscent of that displayed on Star Trek. “I was watching the live Internet Space Station cam when I caught a glimpse of a disk off to the left of the screen. This hexagon UFO appeared out of nowhere and then matched speeds with the space station. The UFO was semi transparent and the clouds below could be seen through it…but that’s how cloaks work, bending light 180 degrees around objects.”
After a few moments, the strange UFO vanished, as if it were never there. A video compiled by the UFO hunter casts the footage in an inverted color view, which reveals far more detail of the alleged craft as it flies astride the space station. “If you look carefully , you will see this is not a donut, but a solid disk with a misty electrical field around it. The front and back line of the UFO is longer than than the lines on both sides. This shows us there is a front and back that is visible. All evidence points to it being an alien craft. ”Of course, this isn’t the first time that a UFO has been spotted in orbit near the International Space Station.
Constantly UFO researchers observed a strange object rising over the horizon in a live feed from the station, only for the video to go dark. The incident marked the second time in the nascent year that NASA was accused by UFO researchers of cutting the space station’s video feed when an inexplicable object was spotted on camera. Though some have pointed out that there are innumerable explanations for the UFOs spotted near the space station, with a multitude of natural and man-made debris circling the Earth, others assert that the objects which have been sighted display unique and inexplicable qualities. As NASA continues to broadcast and archive high definition video of Earth from orbit, it is safe to say the strange, hexagonal UFO won’t be the last spotted in the vicinity of the space station.

From between approximately 2120 hrs. and 2130 hrs. (Pacific Daylight Time), one or more objects, variously described as a blue-green sphere, an oval of blue-green light, or a disc with six lights on it, was reported from multiple points throughout western Washington State. The object was reported to change direction of flight on at least three occasions, to execute a rolling maneuver on at least one occasion, to come to an almost complete stop in two locations, to reverse its general course of travel from south to north, and to change its appearance, including its color, on at least two occasions. One reliable observer witnessed the object to pass slowly over the center of Bangor Submarine Base on Hood Canal, approximately 20-30 miles to the west of Seattle, passing directly over the underground bunkers where nuclear weapons are thought to be stored. In excess of a dozen seemingly independent and reliable reports regarding the alleged sightings were received by the National UFO Reporting Center between April 22 and May 11.

1. Snohomish County, WA: A 16-yr. old male and his mother, located approximately 15-20 miles north of Seattle, witnessed a blue-green object suddenly descend from the sky, hover, and then accelerate to the south-southwest and disappear in that direction at approximately 2120 hrs. (PDT).
2. Poulsbo, WA: Larry Swanson, a former federal employee and computer specialist, who resides approximately ¼ mile from the northeast corner of the Bangor Submarine Base, allegedly witnessed a brightly lighted, disc-shaped object glide silently over the center of that military facility at approximately 2122 hrs.. The object tilted somewhat, so the witness was able to see the ventral side of the object quite clearly, he reports. A computer-generated graphic, provided by the witness, is shown above.
3. Auburn, WA: A man out walking his dog witnessed a perfectly circular, blue-green ball of light descend from north to south in the western sky at 2120 hrs. at a very high velocity.
4. Puyallup, WA: A man driving to work witnessed a striking blue-green ball of light descending at a 30-35 degree angle from north to south in the western sky at a very high velocity.
5. Shelton, WA: A young father witnessed a blue-green ball of light streak across the sky to the west of his location.
6. Oakville, WA: A mother and her two sons, driving west on State Route 12, located to the west of Interstate 5, witnessed a “disc shaped” object, imbedded in a cloud of blue-green light, streak from north to south in the western sky. The object appeared to “follow the contour” of the horizon, dipping down suddenly, and then rising up again during its rapid flight to the south. The object was reported to generate a peculiar “tail,” which streamed off the aft end of the object for a fleeting instant. All three witnesses believed they observed three lights on the top of the disc, and three lights on its ventral side, as well.
7. Steilacoom, WA: A woman witnessed a blue-green ball of light streak from north to south in the western sky at 2123 hrs..
8. Vancouver, WA: A husband and wife witnessed a blue-green ball of light move slowly from north to south in the western sky. Very peculiar appearance to the object, they reported, with a peculiar looking “mist” surrounding the object.
9. Portland, OR: A young musician witnessed a blue-green ball of light move from west to east in the northern sky from his vantage point in the city of Portland, OR.
10. Vancouver, WA: A male Ph.D. in computer science, driving north on Interstate 5 witnessed a blue-green ball of light, that seemed to him to descend vertically ahead of his automobile and hover momentarily above the highway. The witness added that he had experienced some very unusual emotional reactions to the event.
11. Yakima, WA: A law enforcement officer witnessed a blue-green ball of light moving at a very high velocity from south to north for approximately 2 seconds. During his sighting, the object suddenly changed its color from green to red. The sighting occurred at 2130 hrs., the witness thought. NOTE: The above image is a rendering.

Two weeks ago my husband was awakened out of my sleep in the early morning hours and saw a small red laser light that traveled across the ceiling and down the northwest corner of the bedroom wall. I reported the incident to the local police department. Our first thought was that someone was playing a prank with either a laser pointer or worst case scenario a gun sight. I did however; have a problem with my husband’s laser theory because his bedroom window has heavy bamboo blinds that are pulled more than halfway down. It would be difficult for anything to penetrate the thick bamboo blinds. As far as I was aware that was the only incident that occurred that night. This morning he called me into his bedroom and told me that he had seen a being in his bedroom around 6:00 AM. He said that it appeared to be self illuminating. “Very bright” He said it was about my height, which is approximately 5 foot five inches and that it glowed and it had no face. He said it’s head was a little larger than human. He said when he saw it; the being was near the bedroom door, apparently when it realized my husband was watching it, the being looked slightly over its shoulder at my husband and very quickly exited the bedroom. My husband said it had no discernible features, it had no face. It was then he told me that the night he’s seen the laser, he’d had also seen an approx 3 foot by 3 foot square shape projected on the mirror of his closet doors. He said it looked like a large picture frame and that there was a very bright light illuminating from within it, with strange black symbols that resembled hieroglyphic‘s inside of what he described as small boxes they were also illuminated. He said he’s never seen anything like them before. I asked him why he hadn’t mentioned this before. He told me that he couldn’t understand how there was this large imagine in his mirror, because there are no windows on the west wall of his bedroom, so it couldn’t have been a reflection. He wasn’t going to mention it until he saw the being this morning. He told me he’s very unnerved about these sightings, since they are becoming repetitive. I’m concerned because my husband is not one to make-up stories. He’s very practical down to earth kind of person. If he said he saw something, he did. But he wouldn’t file this report however, he did give me permission to file on his behalf. And that he will relate the story if asked about it. I found some pictures on the internet and asked if any were similar to what he saw in projected on the mirror. He choose this picture, as it was very close to what he saw.
