I was driving to get a coffee in the morning like I do nearly every morning.
I noticed an object with lights in the air that wasn’t moving and I thought it was odd.
As I continued to drive down the road it moved to the west, but I noticed that there were no lights blinking. I started recording at that time and it started moving north.
When it went over the top of where my car was it clearly had lights around it and had amber lights but it had no blinking lights.
I couldn’t tell 100%, but it looked disc-shaped and the way it was moving was very odd. It was also flying extremely low.
Hi Ken: I was outside in the back garden sky watching and there really didn’t seem to be that much air traffic about, it seemed unusually quiet up there. I sat there waiting patiently for any unidentified objects to fly over the area and after about 20 minutes of scanning the sky for anything that was unusual, I finally spotted a black object that was quite far off in the distance. The black object seemed to be heading in my direction and as it got closer I could see that it was in fact saucer shaped. The saucer shaped object was now directly above the town when all of a sudden it made a turn and slowly began to climb in altitude. I immediately photographed it with my Nikon P900 camera and watched as it climbed higher and higher into the atmosphere until I lost sight of it. I was very excited I had just witnessed another alien saucer flying high above the town centre. These UFOs are so prevalent around this area of Devon and I’m really surprised that more people don’t report seeing them. During the week of August 10th-14th 2015 Myself, my Spouse and her brother went on a camping trip to Parsons landing, which is located on the East coast of Catalina Island (located off the coast of California) towards the north tip of the island. The campsite is literally on the beach facing east (slightly north east) looking at California’s west coast (basically looking at LA). During one night well after sunset we were all sitting around talking and just enjoying the moment, when I notice a ball of light making extreme maneuvers that defy normal aircraft capabilities. I made it aware to look at what I was watching. Only a few seconds had elapsed from the time I realized what I was looking at a UFO and telling to look at the Light. Now all three of us are watching this light maneuver around over the ocean roughly 500ft-2000ft. (the coast of California is barely visible from the coast of Catalina at its distance of 22 miles, its extremely dark out on the beach at parsons landing). The light then split into two lights which were a glowing color of whitish, yellowish gold. They then started to dance together to sort of speak. Making extremely abnormal flight paths but staying relatively close to each other. They then come back together to form a single star like color/shape (back to the original “form”), and then descended into the ocean. Then before us three could even say anything, the light ascended out of the ocean split into two star-like lights, danced around (making extreme movements up, down ,left ,right within a blink of an eye) then coming back together to form one light and then descend back into the ocean. This entire experience happened over the course of roughly 5-7 minutes in length (from the time I noticed the UFO to the time it’s last descent into the ocean). On July 31 and August 1, 1966, there was a flurry of sightings in the general area of Washington and Baltimore. Prince Georges County police watched lighted objects maneuvering erratically across the sky. In Baltimore, residents of the Country Ridge housing development were awakened early in the morning of August 1 by barking dogs.
At least two families saw a hovering, egg-shaped object with flashing lights on the top and bottom. The object made a loud whirring or whining noise, according to the Baltimore News-American (8/1).
That night, physicist Vasil Uzunoglu, a consultant on micro-electronics, was driving north and east on the Capital (Washington, D.C.) Beltway about 10:55 p.m. (EDT). He had passed Andrews Air Force Base when, out of his open left window, he saw a light descend and appear to hover briefly, then move rapidly to the east.
Minutes later an oblong object “like a submarine” descended over a house to his left. This time the UFO was much closer, its apparent size as large as the house. Dr. Uzunoglu slowed his car and looked at the object, now an estimated 200 feet away, for about ten seconds.
At this point it showed details of structure: a peaked top with a red light; an apparently rounded undersurface with red lights; and a large yellow revolving light slightly off-center.
“I could see clearly the top of the body, which was a dark, non-shining material with no sharp edges,” he told NICAP. “The most striking part was the eye-like object off-center to the right, with two distinct yellow regions. . . (The lower region) was revolving, blinking or scanning. . . “
Dr. Uzunoglu turned his attention to the highway again, noting that no other cars were in sight. When he glanced back again, the object was moving south “at a very high speed and comparatively low elevation.” He said it disappeared in seconds. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
Between 12:00 and 12:15 PM, Sept. 11, 2010, I was out walking my dog in the yard when I saw this bright, blue-white light as high up in the sky as I could see.
It was falling at an incredible speed over Kahului, and seemingly landed towards Lao Needle north of the airport. It seemed like it crashed into the earth, but there was no noise.
The second it hit there was a rolling blackout for about 15 seconds. We live at the top of Haleakala and have strange sightings pretty much everyday. 3 nights ago on Sept 8th at 1:00 AM exactly, there were 3 discs floating above the gulch directly across from our house. We are the only ones with a view of this area.
They had a band of streaming orange lights left to right scanning movement – over the cattle fields. We watched them there for about half an hour. It looked like a jellyfish – a disc with lights hanging from below.
After watching for about 30 minutes, we tried to take pictures but the phone and camera batteries were all dead, and when we came inside all our clocks read different times.
On Sept 7th we were driving down old Haleakala Hwy around 5 PM, there is always a lot of air traffic over Kahului, with the airport right there; however, we spotted an unidentified floating object straight over the town of Wailuku.
It was disc-shaped and silver, the sun was reflecting off of it very brightly. It was a little bigger than an airplane, but just sitting in one place, that is how it caught my attention.
I began to look closer and it began moving to the south at a very slow speed – this is when I realized that it was definitely no aircraft that I have ever seen. Then it definitely had my attention.
It moved back and forth north to south from Lao Needle over to Lao Valley 3 times and it came back to rest over Wailuku, floating there for about another 30 seconds. Then at incredible speeds it looked like it fell from the sky, hit the ground then shot back up and into Lao Valley like lightning. It was the creepiest thing that I have ever seen. I was shaken by that experience deeply, but since then the sightings have only gotten more numerous.
The picture is from August 23, taken straight from my Blackberry phone. I’m not sure what is going on here, but it is definitely something.
Over the course of the last few weeks, I have posted to the Phenomena website a whole range of reports, interviews and official documents that I collected during my years as a UFO investigator in the UK and that I had not previously highlighted or published.
I recently received an email from a guy who had read the material on the site and he asked me what I considered to be the strangest official UFO related document that I had ever found in the British Government’s archives.
I really didn’t have to give this much thought: I knew instantly what my answer would be.
Without doubt the most unusual report (in my opinion, at least) I ever came across at the National Archive (formerly the Public Record Office) at Kew, England, surfaced in 1999.
It concerns an incident that dated from 1966 and that originated with the British Royal Air Force’s Provost and Security Services – an elite arm of the RAF that until 1998 had its headquarters at a British RAF base named Rudloe Manor, and that has for many years been the alleged central hub for classified, official UFO investigations.
In a painstakingly-detailed report, one Corporal R.A. Rickwood of the P&SS Special Investigation Section, related to his superiors the facts:
On 10th November 1966 a telephone message was received from Flight Lieutenant Williams, RAF Shawbury, reporting that a Mrs. Foulkes of [Address of the witness] Shrewsbury, had complained that his daughter had been frightened by an object in the sky whilst she had been driving along the A5 road near Great Ness at 2355 hours on 8th November 1966.
This object had emitted brilliant lights and radiation beams. On arriving home her daughter had been in a distressed condition and she had discovered marks on the car, which she considered were burn marks.
On 14th November 1966, Miss Diane Foulkes, aged 22 years, a typist employed in Shrewsbury was seen at her home in the presence of her parents. She stated that she had received a letter dated 11th November 1966 from RAF Shawbury signed by a Flight Lieutenant Penny informing her that no service aircraft had been flying in that area at the time of the incident.
She was now satisfied that the incident was in no way connected with the Royal Air Force or the Armed Forces.
She then went on to relate her experiences connected with this enquiry. There had been two similar incidents. The first occurred two years ago in November 1964, when she had been driving from Shrewsbury to her home along the A5 road.
This was at about 0200 hours as she neared the Montford Bridge over the River Severn. Approximately midway between Shrewsbury and Great Ness a brightly lit circular object appeared in the sky above her car.
She had been frightened and had accelerated along the road. The object had kept pace with her remaining at the same height until she arrived home.
She had told her mother and father who also watched the object.
She described the object as an especially bright light in the sky which remained stationary due west from their home for about half an hour. It had then rapidly diminished in size and they assumed it had accelerated away from them. No sound was heard from the object.
The light was yellow in colour and became red as it diminished.
The second incident occurred on the 8th November 1966 at 2355 hours and again whilst she was returning from Shrewsbury on the same road.
The object had again appeared at Montford Bridge but this time it was much lower in the sky and on the north side of the road.
On this occasion she could see rays of light shooting from the object which had again appeared to keep station with her car until she arrived home. At one time during the journey the object travelled near her and the rays seemed to come towards the right hand side of her car.
She felt a bump against that side as if they had struck it. At this moment she felt as if she had received an electric shock and had felt a severe pain in her neck.
The left-hand side headlight of the car also went out. This made her extremely frightened. When she got home she felt very ill and had complained to her parents.
The object again remained stationary in the sky north of her home and had not been seen by her parents. They had noticed it for a short time before going inside her home.
There had been no sign of the object on the following morning.
Miss Foulkes’ parents confirmed seeing an object in the sky on both occasions as described by their daughter and agreed with her descriptions of these.
Miss Foulkes further stated that she believed that the objects could be associated with a Mr Griffin who lived in the area and who is reputed to have made contact with these objects and actually entered one and met one of the occupants.
He is also alleged to make his contacts with them at Montford Bridge.
The local civil police had no information or reports of sightings of objects in the sky. There is no evidence to associate the incidents complained of with the Royal Air Force and the complainant Miss Foulkes is now satisfied that the incidents are unexplainable and are in no way connected with the Armed Forces.
In essence, that is the file. It is clear from examining its contents that the witness had reported some stunning experiences: “the rays of shooting light” that enveloped her car; the electric shock-like pain that surged through her neck as the vehicle was bathed in the beam of light; the loss of power from the car’s headlights (something that is reported time and again in UFO encounters); and the potentially-worrying fact that the experience had left the witness “very ill.”
Perhaps the most significant factor, however, was the reference of the Provost and Security Services to a man in the near vicinity that had reputedly “made contact with these objects and actually entered one and met the occupants.”
Prior to the 1970s, very little exposure was given to so-called alien abduction incidents; however, many of the factors present in the P&SS report lead me to believe that something very strange indeed had taken place in the Great Ness area of Shrewsbury in 1966, and that that “something” was very possibly connected with abduction-like encounters.
Oddly, despite the fact that the official file on this case was declassified more than half a decade ago -and the document at issue has been examined by a number of UFO researchers – it seems that little or no attempt has been made to resolve the case.
Perhaps now with its contents highlighted here, someone will take a fresh look at the case and attempt to resolve the question of what really happened nearly 40 years ago at Montford Bridge. NOTE: The above image is CGI.

In the city of South Ashburnham, Massachusetts on the night of January 25, 1967, one of the most celebrated cases of UFO abduction began. Betty Andreasson was working in her kitchen while her seven children, mother, and father were in the living room.
Shortly after 6:30, the lights in the house briefly blinked.
Immediately thereafter, a reddish light began to beam through the kitchen window. The sudden darkness in the house set the kids nerves on edge, and Betty ran to comfort them. Her father ran into the kitchen to peer out the window, and find the source of the unusual light.
To his utter shock, he saw five odd-looking beings coming toward the house with a hopping motion!
Before he could regain his composure, he saw the beings walk right through the wooden door! What happened next would test the imagination and strength of even an open-minded, adventurous person. The entire family was suddenly put into a state of suspended animation.
One of the creatures went to Betty’s father, while one of the other four began to make telepathic communication with Betty. One of the group seemed to be a leader of sorts.
He was about five-feet tall. The other four appeared to be about a foot shorter. All of the beings had a pear-shaped head, with wide eyes, and small ears and noses.
Their mouths were only slits, and never moved, though they were able to communicate through their minds.
The beings wore a type of coverall, blue in color, with a wide belt. There also was a logo of a bird on their sleeves. The hands only had three fingers, and they wore boots. The creatures did not move as a human, but floated as they went.
Betty would later relate that, though she was frightened, she felt a sense of calm, even friendship toward the beings.
The aliens were holding Betty’s children in a frozen state of consciousness, but when Betty showed concern for them, the aliens released her 11-year-old daughter, to assure her the children were not being harmed.
Betty was taken by the aliens outside to a waiting craft which rested on the side of a sloping back yard. The craft was estimated to be about 20 feet in diameter, in the classic UFO shape.
Betty believes that after she was aboard the craft, it joined a “mother” craft, where she underwent a physical examination, and also was subjected to the effects of strange equipment.
After this, she was given a type of bizarre test, which caused her pain at first, but resulted in a kind of religious experience. Approximately four hours later, she was returned to her home by two of her captors. When she arrived, her entire family was still in a state of suspended animation.
One of the beings had stayed in her house, evidently to watch the other family members. After releasing the family from the trancelike state, the aliens left.
Betty would later state that the aliens had hypnotized her to not recall any of her experience until a designated time to be determined later.
She was able to recall only certain things at the time of her experience; the power outage, the red light through the kitchen window, and the aliens entering the house.
Before this bizarre happening, Betty had little or no knowledge of UFO folklore, and being a devoted Christian, she believed that the abduction had a religious meaning.
It would be later until she began to view the abduction as alien in nature.
Eight years later Betty answered an ad from Dr. J. Allen Hynek, who was soliciting abduction experiences from the general public. Her letter was dismissed at the time, because of its unusual details, and it would be January 1977, before her story would be fully investigated.
The investigative team assigned to the Andreasson case included a solar physicist, and electronics engineer, an aerospace engineer, a telecommunications specialist, and a UFO investigator.
The service of a hypnotist, and a medical doctor trained in psychiatry were also used. Betty’s case involved twelve months of investigation.
She was given a character-reference check, two lie-detector tests, a psychiatric review, and an excruciating fourteen sessions of regressive hypnosis.
The results of this inquiry were startling.
Betty, along with her daughter, relived a detailed account of a UFO experience, agreeing on all basic aspects. The results were published in a 528 page account, which stated that Betty and her daughter were sane individuals, who sincerely believe all of the details given in their statements.

I witnessed something that I really can’t explain at Newton Road. It’s been playing on my mind for a long time now and that’s why I have decided to come forward and write about what I saw that morning. This is really out there and I wouldn’t of believed it if I hadn’t of witnessed it with my own eyes. It was about 5:30 am and I was having a smoke waiting for my lift to work when I began to watch a man as he walked along the pavement on the opposite side of the road. He was dressed in black and looked well built. There was nothing odd until he stopped abruptly when he got to the small bridge that over looks the old railway lines. It looked as though he had seen something. This is where things got weird… As I watched the man he turned and looked over the bridge and then to my surprise a ball of white light flew up right in front of the man and stopped right in front of him. The light was incredibly bright and the strange thing was that it did not cast any light on the man or the surrounding area which did not make any sense. At this point I had put out my cigarette and I had moved a bit closer to the wired fence that was in front of me so I could get a better look. The light was now even closer to the man and it was now right near his face. I watched on in astonishment as the man tried to grab at the light which caused it to move back away from him. The light seemed to glide through the air which was really strange. The man just stood there looking at the light before it glided through the air up toward the trees where it just stopped. The man then looked away from the light and looked up and down the road before he looked back at the light. The light then glided behind the trees and the man started running down the road heading in the direction of Kingsteignton. I watched as the light faded away into the trees and I stood there for a while trying to make sense of what I had just seen, but I couldn’t. Then my friend pulled up in his car to pick me up so I got in his car and we made our way to work. I said nothing about this to my friend. What I had just witnessed was unbelievable. A Pennsylvania Railroad employee and his companion fled in fear from a glowing object hovering a few feet above a creek bed near Milford, Ohio, in the early morning of February 11, 1967.
The sighting was investigated by Leonard H. Stringfield, NICAP Adviser in Cincinnati.
Michael McKee and Sharon Hildebrand were driving toward Milford when they noticed through the woods a white glowing light. Taking a railroad light from the car, they approached to investigate.
They discovered an oval object with a tube-like appendage underneath (giving a “mushroom-shape” appearance), hovering a few feet above a creek bed which dropped several- feet into a ravine.
They approached to within 100 feet of the object, which appeared to be about 30 feet in diameter.
When Mr. McKee shone his lantern on the object, it gave a metallic-appearing “mirror reflection”. Miss Hildebrand said she noticed a row of lights on the object, which disappeared when the lantern was turned off.
Confronted with the strange glowing object, the pair became frightened and fled the scene.
Stopping at the nearest phone, at a restaurant, they called Mr. Stringfield who advised them to contact the police.
Officer Charles O’Brien returned to the site with the witnesses at 3:30 a.m. He discovered “splintered tree limbs and twigs” near where the UFO had hovered.
Next day, Mr. Stringfield had an engineer friend inspect the site, and he reported that small trees and branches had been “pressed down by a heavy-weight.”
Further investigation revealed that on the previous evening and into the morning of the 11th, several residents in Madeira, Kenwood, Wyoming, and Blue Ash, had seen unusual aerial activity.
Near Kenwood about 11:45 p.m. a woman reported seeing a glowing object about 20 feet in diameter flying at a very low altitude.
A round, glowing red object at low altitude was reported in the same area by a couple at 12:15 a.m. About 1:00 a.m., residents of Blue Ash and Wyoming saw an oval red or orange object at low altitude.
In checking with the police, Mr. Stringfield discovered that Lockland Patrolman Frank Guber, sitting in his cruiser at 2:00 a.m., had watched a brilliant red light cross the sky, hover, then move off on a new course.
The reports agreed that the UFO was moving in a generally northeast direction. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
