This picture taken from my web cam shows an unknown object flying in the sky in front of my house. It was too fast, so I just took two pictures of it, due to the speed the object was traveling. It was the night of 27/01/2004 between 1:00 & 1:30 the early hours of the morning of 27/01/2004 in Lebanon, Beirut City. I thought you might be interested in the photo. The sound of this object was so strange and so strong! I took the picture behind the window’s glass because I was so surprised, and I don’t even know how I caught the object on the cam as it was that fast. I didn’t want to lose it and I felt it is something so strange. I hope you will reply to me soon with more information about that picture, now that you know a few details about it. Also, I was searching for some web sites for pictures showing something strange in the sky like my picture and I have found out that the pictures that I took are very similar to the others UFO photos on the internet. I have found your web address during my search. This this is the second picture where it shows that the object has changed his place and then disappeared.
An important UFO close encounter of the second kind comes to us from Canada. This amazing account details the experiences of Stephen Michalak of Winnipeg. Michalak earned his living as a mechanic, but was an amateur geologist, and while enjoying a few days off, he decided to do some prospecting. He tried his luck in the Whiteshell Provincial Park. This area was by no means new to Michalak. He had spent considerable time in the vicinity of the lake there.
Michalak had followed reports of quartz veins being found in the area around Falcon Lake. There were also reports of silver being found, and Michalak was on the trail of the valuable metal on May 19, 1967. He had traveled by bus from his hometown of Winnipeg to a motel on the Trans-Canada Highway the night before.
Stephen rose early that morning, heading into the vast beauty of the wilderness. Only a couple of hours had transpired before he found a quartz vein by a small brook. After breaking for a quiet lunch, he resumed his work. At about 12:15 P.M. his attention was drawn away from his labors by the sound of geese passing overhead.
Looking up to see them fly over, he was shocked to see two red, glowing, elongated objects descending from the skies. As they came ever closer, their shape was defined more as disc shaped. As he stood mesmerized by the sight, one of the craft abruptly stopped and hovered in midair.
The other continued its downward flight until it landed on a big, smooth rock only about 150 feet from him. The hovering craft began to move away, and as it went, it changed colors from red to orange, and finally gray.
It disappeared into the clouds above him. The landed craft also began to change its color in the same pattern. Finally, the gray turned into what appeared to be “hot stainless steel,” with a golden glow.
Michalak had been wearing his protective welding glasses earlier, and now they protected his eyes from the brilliant purple lights shining through openings in the front of the craft. He could now smell something like sulfur and hear a type of hissing sound. Curiosity overcame him.
He knew he was looking at something he thought he would never see, a craft from another world.
The only emotion more powerful than his curiosity was the gripping fear that held him in his tracks. He did have the presence of mind to sketch the object, never moving a step.
After approximately 30 minutes, he was frightened to see a door open from the side of the object. He could now see inside the craft! The interior was brilliantly lighted.
Pulling all the courage together that he possessed, he moved ever closer to the other worldly craft.
As he reached a point about 60 feet from the mysterious flying machine, he could hear two voices conversing above other sounds coming from inside the object.
Being a multi-linguist, he tried several languages to communicate with whoever… or whatever was inside. All of his efforts failed to draw a response from inside.
Undaunted, he moved even closer. He reached the door and stuck his head inside. He saw a large panel of different colored lights, and other light beams crossing in different directions.
Michalak would later describe the flashing lights as resembling lights on a computer.
He saw no one in the craft and decided not to push his luck any farther. He moved back away from the door. Suddenly, three panels moved together, hiding the door. His attention was now on the exterior of the craft.
He later described the surface as “highly polished colored glass with no breaks or seams in its surface.”
He reached out his hand to touch the polished surface, and his glove was melted. Suddenly the object suddenly moved, and as it did, a vented opening was exposed, like a type of exhaust port. He estimated it’s size as about nine inches high by six inches wide.
Heat was vented through the opening, setting Michalak’s shirt and undershirt on fire. He was now in great pain. He quickly tore off his top garments and turned to see the craft ascending back into the skies. He felt a rush of air as it made its departure. He could still smell the craft after it had disappeared.
Knowing that he needed medical attention, he quickly tried to mark the spot. Using rocks, pinecones, loose dirt, anything he could find, he made a landmark. A severe headache now was complicated by a sick stomach. He broke into a cold sweat and vomited.
On his way back to his motel, he had to stop several times to ease his stomach pain. After being refused help from a passing police officer, he finally reached his motel. It was now 4:00 P.M. He entered the coffee shop and asked someone to recommend a doctor.
The nearest doctor was in Kenora, 45 miles east of Falcon Lake. Because of the distance, he decided to return home instead of making the trip to Kenora. The next bus would not arrive for about four hours, so he rested in his room, and phoned his wife.
He told her only that he was in an accident but was OK. He instructed her to have their son meet him at the bus terminal in Winnipeg. He arrived there at 10:45 P.M. His son took him to the Misericordia Hospital immediately.
He was treated for his headache, nausea, and the grid-like burns on his chest. Theorists came out of the woodwork suggesting that his burns were from a barbecue pit, or some other common object.
Stephen Michalak made not a cent from his story. He paid all of his own medical expenses, including a trip to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota for additional treatment.
To defray these costs, he wrote a privately funded booklet on his experience, but it lost money. Ultimately, Michalak was seen by more than a dozen doctors in the United States and Canada.
The site of the experience was investigated by the RCMP, RCAF, other government officials and civilian groups. America’s Condon Committee also joined the investigation.
Nothing conclusive was every offered to debunk the fantastic account of Stephen Michalak. His story is unique in many ways and is accepted as genuine by many UFO groups and investigators. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
The residents of the Swedish town of Strangas, Karina Lindquist and her buddy Mike witnessed an amazing phenomenon.
Witnesses said that went after midnight to walk to Lake Malaren, reports Esoreiter.
However, where they waited at first some disappointment, and then real fear, bordering on surprise and admiration, because they suddenly saw a large, glowing yellow object hovering over the pond and started to him a mysterious beam.
Friends immediately realized that this “flying saucer”, pumped from the lake water, and captured it on camera phones. After returning home, the witness immediately posted a film clip on the Internet.
Despite the fact that the video has a relatively low quality, it can be clearly seen glowing “plate” over the night lake, which is right in the water goes down a bright yellow shining light.
According to ufologists, it looks like a scene from some sci-Fi movie. The UFO is pumping water from the lake, but this is not fiction, but a reality. Unidentified objects, they say, in fact, tend to take from the Earth not only people and animals, but also much more, including fresh water.
Skeptics, in turn, did not fail to add to the “barrel of honey” his “spoon of tar”, saying that very dubious video quality like filmed it all on a smartphone with a camera less than 3 megapixels (MP) – this can be found except in the cheapest mobile phones and old devices (poor unfortunate Swedes who do not have the opportunity to purchase a modern smartphone with decent camera).
It was dark and I turned on our garage light. As I walked down back stairs to our driveway, I heard a low but deep sound. When I reached the driveway, I looked up and right above my head was a massive black triangle that also extended past our ranch home and just above our roof. There were A set of red, blue and yellowish round lights underneath each side. Since it was dark out and the craft was black, I believe I was only able to see it because of the lights underneath it and being underneath it as well. They were not blinding, so I could see the entire shape of the craft which hovered over and then very very slowly moved completely over roof then gone in seconds. I watched it for a good 2 1/2 to 3 minutes at most I’d say. Needless to say, I was in awe. I am a 66-year-old wife, mother and grandmother. I decided to find where to report, since I’ve been unable to get a full night’s sleep since the encounter-not through fear but the unbelievable experience I was lucky enough to have. Four aging Air Force veterans on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021 finally spoke about their strange and extraordinary encounters with unidentified flying objects (UFO) during a conference held in Washington, D.C.
Three of the Air Force veterans personally appeared in the hearing while a fourth one was brought into the National Press Club conference via video feed from the Ozark Mountains in Missouri.
The story of each veteran was different, but they share one important claim: UFOs tampered with Air Force nuclear weapons in the 1960s, which both terrified and mystified the airmen and made them remain silent for decades. Also capturing the attention of Washington were the reports of Navy encounters with unknown flying objects or unexplained aerial phenomena (UAP) that have made national headlines and put UFOs back into political attention for the first time in years.
“I waited 40 years before I opened my mouth, and that’s a long time,” said David Schindele, a retired captain who worked as a nuclear missile launch control officer at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. “I had this terrible secret on my mind for all that time, and I felt such great relief to finally admit to my friends and close relatives what I experienced in the Air Force.”
Veteran Robert Salas told his story about a glowing red-orange craft that hovered at a Minuteman intercontinental ballistic missile silo in Montana and his account has been told for decades and has become a part of the growing UFO lore.
Through the years, the government has remained aloof to reports of UFOs flirting with the most powerful arms during the Cold War. But a different Capitol heard the stories of Salas and his fellow veterans this year.
The group claimed that UFOs have appeared since the 1960s and they’re backed up by the current accounts of Navy witnesses and fighter jet footage of UAP.
Salas has also gathered other Air Force veterans who have written witness affidavits describing their own alleged encounters years ago. He claimed that UFOs appeared at different times and put 20 Minuteman ICBMs off-line at different sites.
Schindele, on the other hand, shared that he and his commander visited a missile launch site near Minot in September 1966, and he was told that 10 missiles at silos in the area suffered guidance and control malfunctions when an 80- to 100-foot wide UFO with bright flashing lights lingered over the site.
Salas, who was a first lieutenant stationed at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, in 1967, said he was working as a deputy missile combat crew commander in the underground nuclear missile control room when a flight security controller called in a panicky manner after seeing a large glowing, pulsating red oval-shaped object linger at the front gate.
Robert Jacobs, who graced the conference via video link from Missouri, said he was an Air Force first lieutenant based at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, in 1964 when he set up a telescope video camera to catch an Atlas rocket test.
Jacobs said the video showed a disc-shaped object flying over the dummy warhead as it soared over the Pacific Ocean, circled it and shot it down with beams of light.
He said the film footage was cut and taken by men in gray suits. His commander ordered him not to say anything about it but Jacobs offered the story to media and it was eventually sold to the National Enquirer tabloid.
Graves, in an interview with Bill Whitaker, said that his F/A-18F Super Hornet squadron spotted UFOs southeast of Virginia Beach in 2014. The squadron, which has upgraded radar, zeroed in with infrared cameras on the UFOs.
Another encounter that his squadron recorded on video was a UFO hovering over Jacksonville, Florida in 2015. Graves, who worked for the Navy for more than a decade, confirmed that his squadron regularly spotted UFOs every day for at least a couple of years.
UFOs are a threat to national security
The retired lieutenant believes that UFOs are a threat to national security but agrees that they might be something else. He cited that other pilots think UFOs were one of three things, namely a secret American technology, an enemy’s spy plane or something out of this world.
“I would say the highest probability is it’s a threat observation program,” Graves said, adding that UFOs could either be a Chinese or Russian technology.
“If these were tactical jets from another country that were hanging out up there, it would be a massive issue. But because it looks slightly different, we’re not willing to actually look at the problem in the face. We’re happy to just ignore the fact that these are out there, watching us every day,” he added when asked whether he is worried about the presence of UFOs in restricted U.S. airspace.
The Department of Defense already has a special unit known as the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force that is dedicated to UFO research. It was established in August last year to gain understanding into the origins and nature of UAP, which is the preferred term for UFOs given by the Pentagon.
The task force replaced the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), which secretly existed from 2007 to 2012. The AATIP’s existence was never known to the public until the New York Times wrote about it in 2017. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
While on a Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship, out on the Veranda, at night, I clearly saw an object. The object was round, possibly a disk shape, I saw the bottom of the object. The object was gun metal in color, similar to a darker metallic color. The craft was approximately 30 to 40 feet in diameter. The bottom of the object had one amber light in the center, covering approximately 30% of the bottom diameter. The light appeared to have a kind of small funnel glow. The craft looked oddly distorted to the naked eye. The craft was about 100 to 150 feet above and away from the cruise ship in about a 75 degree angle to my location. The object moved quickly left about 75 feet, stopped instantly, hovered, then, moved right about the same distance, stopped instantly, and hovered. It did this flying a few times. The object then flew up and over the cruise ship out of sight. My best description of its flight pattern was like that of a bumblebee searching from flower to flower. The following abduction occurred at Bebedouro, Minas Gerais, Brazil, in the afternoon of 4 May 1969. 24-year-old José Antonio da Silva, an enlisted soldier, was fishing on a lagoon when suddenly he heard voices, became aware of figures moving behind him, and felt a burst of light strike his leg. He dropped his fishing rod and fell to his knees.
Two beings, about four feet tall, wearing aluminum like suits and what appeared to be helmets, seized him and dragged him to an object sitting on a dirt road. The object was shaped like an upright cylinder and had black platforms at each end. The soldier was taken inside, where the beings put one of their ‘helmets’ on him…
Da Silva felt the craft rise. The beings talked animatedly among themselves in a language he did not recognize. After a long period of travel, he felt a jarring that suggested their craft had landed. The soldier was then blindfolded and led to a large room, where they removed the wrap from his eyes.
A being stood in front of him who was extremely hairy and slightly taller than the rest. His waist-long hair was reddish and wavy.
When the others took off their helmets, they were of similar appearance.
Da Silva watched as the beings, at one point more than a dozen, examined his fishing equipment and took one of every item he had in duplicate. Later the witness noticed on a low shelf the bodies of four human men, one black, and became terribly frightened. Later still, the beings gave him a dark green liquid to drink out of a cubical stone glass.
The dwarf leader then began a strange conservation with the soldier, mostly about weapons, which was conducted entirely with gestures and drawings.
Da Silva also understood that they wanted him to help in their relations with humans. When the soldier refused, the dwarf snatched the crucifix from the rosary Da Silva always carried with him. As the soldier began praying, a Christlike figure appeared to him, making revelations.
Shortly afterwards, Da Silva was blindfolded again and taken back to earth. As the craft landed, he felt he was being dragged and lost consciousness.
He woke up alone near the town of Vitoria, about 200 miles from where he had been fishing. He was dehydrated and hungry but drank from a stream and was able to catch some fish as he still had his rod with him.
Only his identity card, which the aliens had examined, had disappeared. He had a swollen knee where the ray had struck him and three open wounds on his neck where the helmet had rubbed against his skin. He had been away four and a half days.
One of the central questions in this case is how Da Silva travelled the 200 miles from Bebedouro to Vitoria, and where his physical body was during his 4.5-day absence. If there had been witnesses and video equipment at both locations, would they have observed him being taken aboard a craft, the craft taking off, the landing of the craft at the other location, and his emergence from it?
Most of the abduction could easily be a vision. Jacques Vallee points out the striking parallels between the man’s experience and initiation ordeals.
Initiation rituals are characterized by the following general scenes: the candidate is confronted by members of the occult group wearing a special costume; he is blindfolded; he is led by the arm along a rough and difficult route; he is taken into a specially designed chamber with no windows; he is brought into the presence of a ‘master’; he is given a test and made to answer questions; he is shown a variety of symbols designed to remind him of death; the situation suggests he may not survive the ordeal; he is given ritual food or drink; he is blindfolded again and led outside.
