JULY 4, 2022………MOUNT VERNON OHIO
At 0315 est object observed by myself and my wife and sister-in-law appeared at extreme altitude in the northeast night sky. It was the brightest object in the sky and was observed for several minutes making a U-shaped maneuver to the east while gaining and losing altitude. This caused it to appear to grow and shrink in size several times while color shifting from white, to a bronzed gold color and back slowly. Cell phones were used to acquire pictures and videos of the object and it was seen to shift shape from roughly triangular with multiple lights to coffin or tombstone in shape with a hazy outline around a bright central light. Object disappeared from sight with no obstruction visible between it and the three of us that observed it. |
