DECEMBER 2000 …. BILAMBI HEIGHTS, GOLD COAST OF AUSTRALIA

I am would like to report to you a sighting of the craft that looks like the a V Arc. It had five really big lights underneath it and moved very slowly in the sky. I was then living in Bilambil Heights on the Gold Coast in Australia. My father was a pilot for all of my life and I have been around all types of aircraft that would normally carry patrons to and from set destinations. Dad flew in order. Chipmunks, Tigermoths, Dc-3, Dc-4, Orion, Boeing 727 series 100 and 200, Ac146 and the A320 as a check captain. I know aircraft. I had never seen anything like this in my life. I rang the Coolangatta airport to see if they had anything in the sky at that time that fit the description I gave them and they hung up on me. At the same time here in Australia there was a joint USA and Australian Armed forces joint exercises up in Cairns and I thought it may have been something from them that was checking out the local terrain. The front light flashed red then white, white for the remaining lights towards the back of the craft. It was not totally silent. It hummed, very slightly. I was sitting on my back balcony affording me a wonderful view of the under side of the craft. I watched it head down toward Mt Warning close to Murwillumbah in Northern New South Wales. I also called my father and he knew of nothing that fit the description as soon as I could not see the craft anymore. This was in 2000 around Christmas time here in Australia.
