While on a Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship, out on the Veranda, at night, I clearly saw an object. The object was round, possibly a disk shape, I saw the bottom of the object. The object was gun metal in color, similar to a darker metallic color. The craft was approximately 30 to 40 feet in diameter. The bottom of the object had one amber light in the center, covering approximately 30% of the bottom diameter. The light appeared to have a kind of small funnel glow. The craft looked oddly distorted to the naked eye. The craft was about 100 to 150 feet above and away from the cruise ship in about a 75 degree angle to my location. The object moved quickly left about 75 feet, stopped instantly, hovered, then, moved right about the same distance, stopped instantly, and hovered. It did this flying a few times. The object then flew up and over the cruise ship out of sight. My best description of its flight pattern was like that of a bumblebee searching from flower to flower. When it did take off it did so much faster than it was flying before. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
