Hi Ken : I was at Teignmouth taking photographs of the Ventura cruise ship when all of a sudden an object flew directly over the vessel before it then flew off in the direction of Exmouth. In the brief moment that I had to observe it, I saw that it was oval shaped in appearance, and was a dull red colour. I also observed a visible field of some kind that was surrounding the object which was probably due to its propulsion system. I managed to capture the oval shaped object in two photographs using my Nikon P900 camera. I have been studying this stretch of water for years now and in that time I have captured some quite extraordinary objects flying in and out of the water here, and it leaves me without any doubt in my mind that there is a base of operation somewhere in this vicinity.
I have captured countless objects near and around cruise ships in this area, and it is definitely a hot spot for unexplained U.A.P activity. The photographs were taken at 3:29 PM on the 2nd of July 2021, at Teignmouth, Devon England. All the best John.
