SEPTEMBER 19, 1976 ……..TEHRAN IRAN AREA

An extremely compelling case of an invading UFO occurred in Tehran, Iran in September of 1976. On the 19th, the Air Force of Iran began receiving calls from local citizens reporting an unusual, unidentifiable object in the skies.

The Air Force duty officer called the Assistant Deputy Commnder of Operations informing him of the situation, and asking for guidance in how to handle the situation. He knew there were no planes flying at the time that could account for the strange reports.

At first Yousefit thought the edgy citizens were seeing just stars or the planet Venus, but after even more inquiries, he decided to look for himself.

As he checked out the unknown object, he knew immediately that it was no star. It was much larger and brighter. He made the decision to scramble an F-4 jet from Shahrokhi Air Force Base to get a closer look at the unusual object. The plane left the runway at approximately 1:30 AM to intercept the UFO.

The plane sped toward the large, bright unknown which lay some 70 miles north of them. About half-way there, the plane began to experience communication problems.

Instrumentation was also faulty, so the pilot dropped off course, heading back to Shahrokhi. As the F-4 changed course, instrumentation and communication was suddenly restored.

Had the UFO compromised the plane’s functions as it approached, and then allowed them again as the plane dropped from its course?

Another F-4 left the air base, attempting to identify the UFO. As the second jet approached the UFO, they made radar contact. Crew members stated that the size of the radar return was similar to that of a 707 jet. The actual size of the object was impossible to determine visually because of the brilliance of the glowing object.

The jet drew nearer to the UFO.

For a time, the F-4 bridged the distance between itself and the UFO, but even flying above Mach 1, the UFO suddenly shot away from the F-4. This incredible burst of speed was confirmed by the plane’s radar and also visually.

The pilot of the F-4 was not able to gain any ground on the UFO, but managed to pace it as they sped through the skies.

The crew of the plane would later say that the UFO had strobing lights arranged rectangularly. The lights alternated from red, blue, green, and orange in color. The plane’s crew was astonished to see another, smaller object emerge from the large UFO. The plane and UFO were now flying south of Tehran.

The smaller object made a bee-line to the F-4 moving at incredible speeds.

Fearing for their very lives, the pilot aimed an AIM-9 missie at the approaching object, but just as he did, the weapons control panel went off line, and he lost all communication. The only course of action left was to dive to try to avoid a collision with the approaching UFO or weapon.

The approaching object followed the plane into its dive briefly, but then tailed off, and returned to the larger UFO. All functions were again on line as the UFO left the jet behind.

There was never an explanation for what two F-4 jets chased over the skies of Tehran.

The crew members stated that the UFO moved at incredible speeds and had the ability to disable the plane’s instrumentation. This is one of the best documented UFO / Plane chases on record. NOTE: The above image is CGI.

Former Astronaut Confessed Before Dying: Aliens Prevented Nuclear War On Earth

Edgar Mitchell, former NASA astronaut, and the sixth human being to set foot on the moon during the Apollo 14 mission in 1971.  After retiring, he devoted his life to the unconventional scientific study of extraterrestrial life.  He died in Florida, United States, at 85 years of age.  However, before leaving Earth in his final trip, Mitchell shocked the general public when, during an interview with the British newspaper Mirror Online, he revealed that aliens visited the Earth during the Cold War, and prevented a nuclear war.  “My own experience talking to people has made it clear the ETs had been attempting to keep us from going to war and help create  peace  on  Earth, ”  he  told  Mirror  Online  in  an  interview.  “The extraterrestrials were trying to prevent war by helping create peace on Earth,” he said.”

Specifically, the astronaut made reference to UFO sightings in military bases:
“I spoke with several Air Force officers who worked in these bases during the Cold War. They told me that UFOs were frequently seen and that they were able to deactivate their missiles. Other officials on the Pacific coast said that their missiles were frequently shot down by alien ships. There was a lot of activity in those  days.  “he revealed.   According  to  Mitchell,  the  US  government systematically hid all kinds of information about these incidents. To this end, in 1974, a National Security Act was signed, which prohibited the disclosure of any information regarding such sightings.  “White Sands was a testing ground for atomic weapons – and that’s what the extraterrestrials were interested in. They wanted to know about our military capabilities,” said Mitchell.  But many people remain skeptical despite the fact that not only Mitchell but many other former astronauts, military officers, and high-ranking government officials have spoken about UFO’s and alien life, not to mention the countless declassified top-secret documents that have been made available to the general public in the last couple of years.  Furthermore, Dr. Mitchell, who had a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering and a Doctor of Science degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics claimed the Roswell UFO cover-up was real.

WITNESS TO THE FAMOUS TEHERAN UFO INCIDENT

Hi: I lived in Teheran from 1975 through 1977 and personally witnessed this event! I can confirm segments of this event.  I went to Iranzamin High school – Graduated in spring 1977. My Dad was an ex-Pakistan Air force Officer, living and working in Iran for Iran Air. He worked at the airport and when he got to the office the next morning, he also talked to many witnesses at the airport that saw the same and told me of the scrambling of the F4’s and that the instrumentation was jammed. I saw the F4 drop in the sky when it got close to the UFO.. Very exciting for a 16-year old! I lived in the mid-central part of the city – about 4.5 miles east of the Commercial airport,. near 24-esfand square (the heart of the city). Right next to The Teheran University. I lived in a high-rise flat with my dad and was studying at late night for school exam (between 12:30AM and 1:00am) when I heard the engines of fighter airplanes (Phantom(s))streak across the sky. Having been an ex-air force officer kid, I have always been fascinated by aircraft and know the distinctive sounds of fighters, I knew these were likely F4-Phantoms. I knew this as I have lived next to air bases all my life, and knew that these were phantoms and they were flying very low – too low and too fast. So, something was up! I immediately went to the rooftop of the flat and witnessed the part of the event, after the F4’s (both) were in the sky. From when they tried to “fire on the UFO, and got jammed”. I saw the light (bright, rapidly alternating glows/colors from white, to red, to blue, orange) basically ‘toy’ with the aircraft! zipping left and traveled up and down the roofs of homes across the city towards the south of my vantage point (looking downhill, visibility was perfest as it was a very clear fall night and I could see for 30-40 miles for sure without obstruction because of the downhill grade of the land moving gradually away from the Teheran Mountain range). I watched the event for about 10 minutes towards the end I saw the smaller object exit the large craft far in the distance and go towards the ground It was in a SE direction from Teheran. I lost sight of the craft after it deposited the smaller craft towards the ground, it traveled away from that location and then moved slowly away, then all of a sudden it zipped across the sky at a very high rate. like a fast meteor but in reverse back up towards the sky. There was no doubt in my mind at that time that this was a fantastic object not of this earth! Later the next day, my dad heard the rest of the facts from people at the airport as I noted above, and all the pieces then made sense. I am so glad to see this information now available to the public as I know what I saw and about 9 years ago I heard of someone on Art bell talking about it and they wanted more people to verify the event. I was unable to call in then, but I am glad this is as well documented and confirmed as I saw now – Thanks to the Internet for making this happen……. The 1976 Tehran UFO Incident was a radar and visual sighting of an unidentified flying object (UFO) over Tehran, the capital of Iran, during the early morning hours of 19 September 1976. During the incident, two F-4 Phantom II jet interceptors reported losing instrumentation and communications as they approached the object. These were restored upon withdrawal.  One of the aircraft also reported a temporary weapons systems failure while the crew was preparing to open fire.  NOTE: The above image is CGI.
