U.S.S. KIRK’S CLOSE ENCOUNTER IN THE PACIFIC

December 16, 1991 – aboard USS Kirk FF1087 – Pacific Ocean

From 1989 thru 1992, I was an operations and intelligence petty officer in the United States Navy. In the fall of 1991, I was stationed on the USS Kirk FF1087, in Long Beach, California. From October 91 thru January 92, we were part of a drug interdiction force, along with three other naval vessels. During our drug interdiction operations, we would sail roughly 350-400 nautical miles off the west coast of South America. Our four ships, within the task force, would sail roughly 150 nautical miles apart from one another, in a straight line.

Our air radar stream would just slightly capture the land and the entire task forces air radar would interlink, creating a large and connected air picture, ranging roughly 700-800 nautical miles long. Our primary mission was to track, contact, intercept and take control of low flying aircraft (drug carriers) coming out of Columbia, Panama and Guatemala. On occasion we would intercept board and seize sailing vessels, which we knew were drug carriers.

Similar to the movie Clear and Present Danger, we were in direct communication with a DEA special agent on land, which would contact our ships via a secured and encrypted communication device. The actual call sign of our agent on land was “Iron Manvel”. As an operations specialist, my primary duties took place within CIC or the Combat Information Center. CIC was the central nervous system of the entire ship. Within CIC, we could fight, navigate and control the entire ship. CIC was manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On the USS Kirk, there were roughly 22 Operations Specialists. We would work in two, 11 man shifts.

Each shift would last 12 hours each. We called it a port and starboard shift system. At approximately 0200 hours, on December 16th, I was on CIC Duty. There was literally nothing going on within CIC, and all ships within our group were sailing as noted above. The air and surface radars were clear, with the exception of our sister vessels steaming in line. As things were quiet and slow, I took the liberty of departing CIC and made my way up to the ship’s bridge.

During the evenings, naval ships sail in a status called darkened ship. All lights on the exterior of the ship are out, and the only lighting on the bridge is contained dark lighting from radar scopes and navigational devices at the helm. During this time of night, a junior officer would be in command of the bridge and he was referred to as the officer of the deck (OOD). On this particular evening, the OOD was a good friend of mine, and he and I were having a discussion about a football game.

All of a sudden and out of nowhere, like a huge flash from a camera, emanating from the starboard bow sea level upward was a huge flash of red glowing light, which lit up our entire ship. It only lit up our ship, not the surrounding ocean, just our ship. It happened so fast, that the OOD, the navigator and I were speechless for about 5 seconds, at which time I looked at the OOD and asked him if he just saw that light. He stated yes in a sullen voice.

I then asked the navigator and he replied yes. I then took the navigator’s sound powered headset, and asked the forward and aft look outs, if they had just seen the same red flash, to which the forward look out stated, “YES! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?” Aft lookout said yes as well. I then immediately contacted CIC, and asked the CIC officer if we had any aircraft or surface ships in our vicinity, to which he replied clear as a whistle. I asked if we had any submarine activity in the area, to which he replied, no.

At this point I looked at the OOD and asked him if we should wake up the captain or as we would call him, The Old Man. The OOD sat there stunned for a minute, as did I and everyone else. What had just happened did not make any sense. The flash emanated from the sea, directly off of our starboard bow (like it was touching our bow), and ascended upwardly so rapidly, creating the effect of the bright red flash. The other weird aspect of this event was that only our ship was lit up within the red flash, not the surrounding sea, but our vessel only.

The OOD elected not to wake the captain, and the entire incident was logged in our ship’s log as an unexplained phenomenon. Up until this event, I did not believe in UFO’s or USO’s. I have no doubt that our ship, steaming along at 12 knots, came right up on a submerged unidentifiable aircraft. I don’t think the aircraft or USO had any idea we were sailing up to them. I think whatever it was, took off in a very unplanned and fast manner, and wanted to quickly identify us, thus the flash.

I hope you find my account to be one that matters. I have debated for many years, whether I should share my account of what happened that morning. I have always felt that the event was extraterrestrial in nature. NOTE: The above image is CGI.

ALIEN HUMANOID CAPTURED IN GYDNIA POLAND

The Humanoid Of Gydnia, Poland

One of the most intriguing of these UFO cases of the Cold War are the events of February 1959 in Gydnia in (then) Soviet-controlled Poland. Several people would report seeing a glowing object descending from the sky in freefall, crashing into the icy waters near the docks.

Authorities would send several divers into the freezing waters in an attempt to locate any wreckage. They would eventually return with a shining piece of metal. Knowing that “something” lay at the bottom of the waters, the Polish Navy would restrict access to the docks.

Shortly after midday on 21st February, a “strange silhouette” humanoid would emerge from the water. It proceeded to drag itself to the shore. Dressed in a strange and unknown uniform, the humanoid, who was male, would speak in a language unfamiliar to anyone.

Once at a nearby hospital doctors would attempt to treat the heavy facial burns. They would also attempt to remove the uniform so as to treat further wounds on the body, but nobody could remove the garment. Despite the appearance and touch of the material suggesting it to be thin and light, it proved as strong as steel and could not be ripped or torn.

The strange humanoid eventually died, presumably of his injuries. The body was placed in a “frozen-container” and taken to a top-secret location in the underground systems of Moscow. Although human-looking, doctors would note several distinct differences between humans and the mystery man.

For example, most of the internal organs were drastically different to ours, as was the circulatory system. Each hand and foot also contained an extra digit. Some accounts of this incident speak of two humanoids emerging from the craft. One of who survived and whose whereabouts remains a mystery and unknown. NOTE: The above image is CGI.

POLICE HELICOPTERS UFO CLOSE ENCOUNTER OVER PASADENA CALIFORNIA

OCTOBER 15, 1972 ……..PASADENA CALIFORNIA

On the evening of 15th October 1972, police helicopter pilot, Pat Spafford was on night patrol duty from the skies of Pasadena, California, where he overlooked the mountains and foothills of this largely picturesque part of the United States.

Beneath him, the roads crisscrossed each other, interspersed with the greenery and urban trails of the woodlands. Such sprawling coliseums for the modern gladiators as the Rose Bowl also commanded his attention, with even more contemporary towers reaching ever upwards from the ground below.

As Spafford and his flying partner, Al Matisoft surveyed the area below them, each of them noticed strange flashing lights in the distance near the foothills of the mountain ranges. They believed it was a military helicopter, possibly a Sikorsky one. Strangely, however, it was hovering relatively low to the ground over a residential area.

As the police helicopter approached the mysterious aerial vehicle, though, it suddenly rose in the air before heading towards the west of their location. The pilots each agreed to follow it and investigate further.

As they moved in, however, the craft appeared to descend quickly, “as if it was going into auto rotation”. As the patrol unit got closer, however, they could see a “large, round, and rotating” object. It had the appearance of a “big bunch of balloons tied together” and the pilots would estimate it was traveling around 60 miles per hour.

Spafford would announce over the helicopter’s intercom system that “a UFO” was in front of them.

I’m Going To “Light It Up!”

At the same time as Spafford was reporting the sighting to the switchboard desk, Matisoft would shut down the main lights and switch to their “night star” search lights. This was “standard operating procedure” for activating the search lights.

The two pilots, however, would disagree in the moment about their course of action. Spafford would switch the running lights back on in response to Matisoft stating he was going to “light it up!” Spafford, being the higher ranking, insisted they simply observe.

They continued to watch the craft, its lights still flashing, for several moments as it continued west but at the same speed as the helicopter and so maintaining the same distance.

As this was happening, a dense fog was beginning to roll in over the area from the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Once again, so as to avoid getting lost in the fog, standard procedure was for them to return to base at Bracket Field in nearby Pomona. They would continue westward, however, keeping the object within its range and their sights.

Sudden Acceleration Over The Rose Bowl

Below them, the details and yard lines of the field at the Rose Bowl stadium were clear to the pilots such was their altitude. Just in front of them, the strange disc-shaped craft passed over the stadium. However, shortly after doing so, it began to increase its speed dramatically. In fact, “in just a few seconds” the object had vanished into the distance, well beyond the skyscrapers and glass towers of downtown Los Angeles.

Both pilots were shocked at the pace of the craft, stating it was clearly traveling at a speed “faster than supersonic”. After taking a moment to gather their senses and thoughts, Spafford would head back to base. Once on the ground, they would begin investigating the incident, beginning by contacting other airports and control towers in the area.

However, no airports – military or commercial – had anything out of the ordinary on their radar screens. And none of the air force bases – at least officially – were conducting any type of experiment or test flight. It is perhaps worth noting that when Matisoft contact Jet Propulsion Laboratory, he had the distinct impression that not only were they not being fully honest in their responses, but that they were “expecting” such reports.

Despite a lack of further supportive evidence, the pilots would agree to submit an incident report, and so placing the encounter officially on record.

A (Still) Unexplained Case With Ambiguous Loose Ends

The two officers would initially remain silent regarding the incident following their reports. However, as talk got around their department, including several “jibes” aimed their way, they would speak openly to anyone who might ask them about it. “I saw a stickman entity when I was a kid through the door hole in my parents’ flat. I was going to the elementary school so this must have happened in early to mid 90s. Possibly around 1993-1995. This happened in Turkey, city of İzmir. It was a sunny afternoon in April and I was waiting for my friend to come and play PC games together. I heard a sound coming from the apartment’s corridor and thought my friend arrived. Went to the door to peek through the door hole. I saw a stickman-like figure standing in front of our neighbor’s door. It was not black. It looked like it was made out of clean light brown wood. It had black spheres for hands, feet and head. Visually its body, limbs and the black spheres were identical to giant matchsticks in color and proportion. Even weirder, it was wearing a yellowish fedora hat with transparent dark fabric hanging from the edges. I could still see that it had no facial features through the thin fabric. I was very confused but kept watching it and it did not move for about five seconds. Then it made a slightly quick wavy movement with its arms (like the motion is carried from one arm to the other) and that scared me off. My mom was at home so I ran to her and told her that there’s something in the apartment. We saw nothing when we checked back. Later I discarded it as an optical illusion since I saw this through the door hole. Maybe there was some dirt or a bug with long legs on the door hole lens. HUGH TRIANGLE ENCOUNTER OVER SOUTHERN ILLINOIS

“I saw a very large black triangle craft in January of 2000 while hunting for wild pigs on a family farm in southern Illinois. I was there with my brother in law and father in law and the farm was his uncles. The hogs had destroyed crops each year and it was ruining their income. To get as many of them as possible we set up tree stands and corn bait to kill as many as possible. It’s legal in every state to do that. At around 4 am or 4:30 I observed a huge dark object coming south southwest and it was blocking out most of the sky and stars. I never heard any sound. It came almost directly over me at about 500 to 1000 feet and had to be at least large enough to sit a pro football stadium on top without seeing it. It went passed me and stopped directly over where my wife’s brother was. It didn’t move for at least a couple minutes. I was talking to him on a hand held radio and he was in complete panic. I was too but I was also intrigued by it. This was not man made. I know that because it continued Southwest and started doing this step up maneuvering then shot off at a speed I can’t estimate. As we went to check on my father in law I saw it moving across the sky at what had to be several thousand miles per hour. Then shot up into space and disappeared. My father in law couldn’t even speak. We tried to get what he saw and he was in shock. When the object was sitting still earlier I had looked at it through my rifle scope and it had a strange texture to the outside shell. The only source of light coming from it was at the rear and it was an odd glow. I served in the Marines in the Air Wing and my father in law was a WWII Army Air Corps veteran. We weren’t familiar with anything remotely close to that craft. When he finally calmed down back at the house, he too felt it was not human made. I totally agree with you and I don’t feel these triangle UFO’s are black projects. They wouldn’t look like that and be so huge with no sounds and flown in areas where people could observe them. SPECIAL NOTE: The “St. Clair Triangle”, “UFO Over Illinois”, “Southern Illinois UFO”, or “Highland, Illinois UFO” sighting occurred on January 5, 2000 over the towns of HighlandDupoLebanonShilohSummerfieldMillstadt, and O’Fallon, Illinois, beginning shortly after 4:00 am. Five on-duty police officers around these locales, along with various other eyewitnesses, sighted and reported a massive, silent, triangular craft operating at an unusual treetop level altitude and speeds. One of the police officers even managed to get a single, yet ambiguous polaroid photograph of the object.[14] The incident was examined in various television shows including the ABC special Seeing is Believing with Peter Jennings, an hour-long Discovery Channel special UFOs Over Illinois, an episode of the Syfy series Proof Positive and a half-hour-long independent documentary titled The Edge of Reality: Illinois UFO, January 5, 2000 by Darryl Barker Productions. Sufjan Stevens sang about this incident in the song “Concerning the UFO Sighting Near Highland, Illinois” on his 2005 album Illinois.

ALIEN CREATURE ENCOUNTER IN DADE COUNTY FLORIDA

MAY 1992…DADE COUNTY FLORIDA

On this particular day, sometime in May 1992, Francovich was taking her two large dogs – each of which was trained to attack if necessary – through the lime trees of a deserted stretch of the Miami countryside. Far from the sun-kissed bodies and party atmosphere of downtown Miami, though, here was serene and quiet.

That was until a loud noise from somewhere behind her like “someone chopping down a tree with an ax”.  She turned around, and in front of her was a strange “humanoid being” with “grayish pink skin” and approximately just under five feet tall.

She would recall how it looked “plastic” from a distance until she looked closer and could then tell it was “wearing snug-fitting, metallic looking clothing”. This was so tightly clad to the creature that it “clearly showed the shape of its body”. She would state to Moulton Howe:

The most alarming thing that caught my attention immediately was the head!

She would continue that the upper skull was much larger – disproportionately so – than the lower half. What really stood out, though, was the “huge, black, almond-shaped eyes”. These had no whites or pupils to them, just deep black. Where one would expect the nose and mouth to be were considerably smaller than a humans.

Furthermore, although she could see something similar to ears, they were essentially flat to the creature’s head.

Two Halves Of A Body That Simply Didn’t Match

When Francovich went on to describe the creature’s body, she would state it was “as startling as the head”. She would claim to Moulton Howe:

…the upper torso did not match the lower torso. The arms were very long, without what we muscle tone, very skinny, extending into very long hands (which) were six-fingered…!

She would go on to state that she checked the digits several times – again using her experience of studying primates – and was particularly fascinated that the creature had five fingers AND a thumb. And what’s more, the thumb was in the same location as the human thumb resides.

Overall, the creature had a “very slender frame”, at least the top half. Except that is for a “little pot-belly” that jutted out slightly.

However, when Francovich would begin to describe the creature’s lower half, she specifically pointed out how “over-developed” it was by comparison to the upper half. She would continue:

The thighs were actually over-developed. Coming down to the calves they looked like exactly like the legs of a well-trained athlete…The feet were small, I mean too small for the rest of the body!

On its feet was something similar to shoes made from the same metallic material as the tightfitting bodysuit.

Well it is pure speculation on our part, this description of such an out of proportion body is an interesting detail, and one that brings to mind some of the conspiracies regarding the depiction of the Ancient Egyptian pharaoh, Akhenaten, whose body had very similar dimensions, and who some ancient astronaut theorists have suggested was an alien-hybrid creature.

A Strange Creature, The Likes Of Which She Had Never Seen!

Francovich would state that although she had worked closely with many animals – some of them dangerous in the extreme – she had “never seen a being like this”. She would go on to state how she would feel “shell-shocked” by the sightings.

However, not because she sensed danger, as she “had no time to think about that”, but because she had no idea what she was looking at. For all the creatures and experience she had, during which she had been around the vast majority of species in her part of the world, this new figure was something completely new.

She would also state that she had the profound feeling that the strange creature was just as shocked as she. She would state:

We both were at a dead stand-off, just staring at each other!

Throughout all of this, Francovich’s two dogs had sat patiently by her feet. While she didn’t know if this was because of some kind of mental control over them by the creature, she remained certain that “something out of the normal was taking place”.

She would recall how the very moment they saw the strange figure they immediately lay submissively on the ground. In fact, they had the look of sleeping dogs to Francovich.

The two continued to stare at each other for several moments. Francovich tried to take in as much detail as possible while maintained the safe distance between them. Then, the strange creature began to run.

A Strange Tunnel Out Of Nowhere From “Densely Growing Vines!”

Instead of turning around and running herself in the opposite direction, Francovich stood and stared at this bizarre creature. And more specifically, the way it ran. She would compare its movements to that of a gazelle, which were similar to someone on a pogo stick. She was elaborate:

…leap, leap, leap, with very little effort. This is exactly how this being ran. It would actually spring!

She would estimate that it “easily” jumped to a distance of three feet with each leap.

This is another discreetly interesting detail from Francovich. Several other close contact witnesses have made very similar assertions as to the way such creatures move. Furthermore, if we look back to the legends of Spring Heeled Jack from the 1800s England, its movements, as the name might suggest, were extremely similar.

After a moment, she too began to run. However, she ran in the same direction as the creature, almost “neck and neck” with it. The two dogs followed, remaining just behind her heels. This would continue for a distance equivalent to “several city blocks”. The entire time she would keep her sights on the creature.

Then, out of nowhere, a “tunnel” appeared out of the “densely growing vines”. She would state to Mouton Howe that:

…he darted right into it and disappeared!

She would continue that as soon as it vanished a “wall of stench” of a combination of sulphuric acid and formaldehyde. In fact, the intensity was so bad that it “burned the lining” of her nose.

Although she couldn’t explain why, she “knew instantly that there were others” inside the tunnel. What’s more, there was:

…a lot of them (and) I knew they were waiting for me to follow…!

It was then she would stop dead and turn around. And run.

A “Different Kind Of Encounter” The Following Day

With her dogs close behind her, she ran for around a mile and a half before finally stopping to take stock of the situation. They then eventually returned home. However, she would bring both dogs back to the area the following day. And this time, they would have “a different kind of encounter”.

As she was running along the same track as the previous day, a black car came up the track and straight towards her. The vehicle would show “government plates”. It came to a stop right next to her, the windows rolled down allowing her to see two men sat inside, each wearing a black suit.

They would ask, matter-of-factly, if she had “ever seen anything strange” in the area. As calmly as she could she shook her head.

Whether they believed her or not she wasn’t sure. However, the man nearest to her in the passenger seat stretched out his arm to offer her a business card. When she looked at it she could see a “raised gold emblem of the White House” but no other significant details that might reveal their identity or department.

Again, a strong feeling would run through her that the two men knew of her encounter with the strange creature. And the tunnel that it vanished into. She also believed that they were not sure if she had or hadn’t seen the said creature or not.

She would keep both incidents to herself for several weeks before eventually telling her husband. With her permission, he would write of her account for the aforementioned Unknown magazine.

More Evidence Of An Extraterrestrial Presence On Earth?

The encounter remains unexplained. However, Florida is perhaps one of the states in America with a persistent abundance of UFO and strange creature encounters. Many such sightings would appear to fall into the cryptology field. Such reports of the creatures as the Skunk Ape, for example, surface often – although these are more Bigfoot-type creatures to gray alien.

However, how many of these sightings may be down to the respective witnesses being mistaken about what they saw. Only instead of rationalizing it to an escaped or wild animal, perhaps at least some are sightings of similar creatures in the area?

And what about the apparent Men In Black presence? While many researchers insist such a group and the US government remain separate agencies with no connection, Francovich insisted that the vehicle in which they drove had “government plates”. Is there a shadow agency within the US government that is aware, even protecting, an extraterrestrial presence in America?

While that is a bizarre and outlandish question for some, we should perhaps consider just how respected a researcher, investigator, and author Linda Mouton Howe is. The fact she chose to involve herself in the case should perhaps speak volumes as to its authenticity. NOTE: The above image is CGI.

ALIEN CRAFT ENCOUNTER IN IRAQ BY OUR MILITARY

My experience was in Iraq, early summer 2008, en route from Mosul to Tal’Afar.  I was a UH-60 crew chief in the U.S. Army.  Just past the mountainous ridgeline in the desert, we were about 10 min from landing.  I sat right seat, one of my first times on mission flying right seat.  NVG as well, about 12 midnight.  I looked out over the ridgeline to the north in the distance and noticed a sphere, like a perfect sphere, no lights or anything.  I was a fresh journeyman so I knew cosmetic blemishes and operational defects and all.  I tilted the goggles to offset any reference points, still there.  Shook my head left and right with the limited 20 degree view, still there.  I thought I’d say something to my pilot at the time that I thought I saw a ufo, as soon as I said that that, it amended its parallel flight path from us, and shot off to the northwest much faster than the 130 knots it was traveling.  That was something I’ll never forget.  NOTE: The above image is CGI.

In 1951, Mr. M was a 19-year-old corporal based at Nellis Air Force Base and was one of several personnel on sentry duty around the perimeter of the nuclear testing range at Yucca Flat. One particular October morning (either 22nd, 28th, or 30th based on official nuclear test records, with the 30th being the most likely), not long after sunrise (between 6 and 7 am), he was on such duty, with an expected nuclear test detonation around 15 minutes away.

The early morning sky – approximately 6:45 am – was perfectly clear. However, when he looked in the direction of the test site he could clearly see three “silvery elliptical objects” hovering directly overhead. The three objects were identical, with a flat underside and a dome on top. They appeared to be in a purposely triangular formation with one of the crafts in front of the remaining two, which were positioned on either side and behind it.

Mr. M couldn’t hear any sound emanating from the three strange objects. Each of them, however, would shine brightly as their silver exterior reflected the steadily rising sun.

With Mr. M at this stage was another young guard who saw exactly what he was looking at. After witnessing the shining objects for several moments, he would retreat to inform the Corporal of the Guard leaving Mr. M alone.

By the time they returned, numerous other objects had arrived, each seemingly in their own formations, but all over the test site. What is quite bizarre is how the objects were seemingly just there all of a sudden, with none of the witnesses able to state they had seen them actually arrive. In total, the men would count and record 18 identical silver discs.

Mr. M and his colleagues would continue to observe the strange crafts for between “30 seconds to a minute” longer before they suddenly “vanished in seconds” moving upwards at an angle.

The Corporal of the Guard would state matter-of-factly:

If we’re smart, we won’t say anything about this!

It would appear none of them did. That was until Mr. M spoke with Webb 13 years later in 1964. Mr. M would attest that, at least in military circles, he didn’t hear any mention of the incident again.

Was their presence purely coincidence? Or were they there in a surveillance capacity? Mr. M would certainly claim his belief that not only was the sighting connected to a monitoring of human activities, but that the intelligence behind such sightings was, at least to his mind, undoubtedly extraterrestrial. ALIEN CRAFT CRASH NEAR NEEDLES CALIFORNIA

A large object with a turquoise hue plummeted out of the sky earlier this summer and plowed into the earth south of Las Vegas near Needles, California.

Eyewitnesses say this was no meteorite, especially since a bunch of helicopters came looking for it and then hauled it away.

The object was seen in the early morning hours of May 14. It appeared to crash into the ground just west of the Colorado River. And that’s when things got interesting for residents of the area.

Somewhere in the rough terrain just west of the Colorado River and south of Needles is a point of impact, maybe some burn marks, created by something that fell from the sky. Frank Costigan saw it because he got up at 3 a.m. to let his cat out — a fiery object that flashed across the sky, but it wasn’t a meteor he says.

“It was bright, bright enough that it illuminated the ground,” he said.

For seven years, Costigan worked as the chief of airport security at L.A.X. He says the mystery object flew out of the north east, heading southwest, traveling very fast, but at one point it slowed down, then sped up again.

“It went behind a hill, and I waited to see if I could hear it crash because as big as it was, it was bound to make noise,” he said.

But he didn’t hear a crash. Hours later, David Hayes, the owner of KTOX Radio in Needles, was coming to work when he spotted an odd formation of dark vehicles getting off the highway. He drew a picture of the lead vehicle, a large truck with a dome on top and a black structure that reminded him of a stealth fighter.

“It seemed like it was some kind of surveillance vehicle — four-wheel drive. It had government plates, U.S. government plates and behind it were a couple of vans that looked like support vehicles,” said Hayes.

The men inside had a military bearing, Hayes said, but weren’t in uniform. He made eye contact with one of the drivers and the guy followed him. Later in the day, one of the vehicles was parked outside the station, seemingly conducting a surveillance of the place.

“These guys staring you down had a ‘Men in Black’ feel to it?” asks Knapp.

“Absolutely. Very serious, serious as a heart attack,” said Hayes.

Coincidentally, Costigan, the ex-cop, works on investigations for Hayes. When he came in to the radio station, he told Hayes about the thing he had seen in the sky, and Hayes told him about the Men in Black.

Then they got another piece of the puzzle — a call from a man who lives in a houseboat on the river, who said he saw the fiery object — that it had crashed about 100 yards west of the river, that it landed with a thump. Hayes says he’s known the witness for years by the name Bob on the river. Bob thought a plane had crashed and tried to call 911 but his cell wouldn’t work, so he moved his boat out into the river, and then heard the helicopters.

In an interview with journalist Linda Howe, Bob says he saw at least five helicopters flying in formation, including a large sky crane. The crane picked up the oval shaped object, still glowing, and flew away, heading in the direction of Las Vegas. One odd detail, the choppers arrived only 17 minutes after the object crashed. He described it to Hayes.

“It was about the size of a semi-trailer, he says, oblong shaped thing,” said Hayes.

Out of the blue, the station got a call from a friend in Laughlin who said the Laughlin Airport had been inundated on the night of the crash with so-called Janet planes. That’s the airline that flies workers to top secret Area 51. Costigan says the airport could not confirm this because no one is on duty after 6 p.m. at night, not even in the tower.

The black vehicles have left Needles. Bob the houseboat guy can’t be found either.

“The fact that there were people here the next day, it was almost like they were doing some sort of cleanup or whatever. The point is, something definitely happened.

The I-Team phoned nearly every agency we could think of to see if they had received any report or knew anything. We were not surprised to learn that no one knew anything.

Here’s the list — police agencies in three states, the Laughlin Airport, the weather service, the FAA and several military bases.

A military watchdog group found a public record showing there was at least one army helicopter in the air in that area at that time. The helicopter, oddly enough, is listed as being attached to a U.S. base in Europe.

LARGE V-SHAPE UFO ENCOUNTER NEAR VAN NUYS AIRPORT

NOVEMBER 14, 2008 …….VAN NUYS AIRPORT CALIFORNIA

My girlfriend and I were leaving her house to go to dinner just after 8:00 pm at Woodlake Ave. and Saticoy Blvd. Both of us were seated in my convertible with the top down. I remember there were terrible brush fires just to the north of us near Santa Clarita and the smell of smoke was heavy in the air.

Before I started my car to back out of her driveway I noticed a unusually large object in the northeastern sky that caught my attention. I have always been an airplane buff, I spent hours as a kid listening to my aircraft radio, always at the end of some runway, always one eye toward the sky, built untold plastic models.

So I know planes and can spot and classify military aircraft on sight. I have been to untold air shows and really enjoy the most exotic of aircraft, and what I saw that Friday evening frightened the hell out of me. I pointed it out to my girlfriend and she asked what it was, I replied, “Looks like a friggin’ UFO to me babe!”

Just between her and her neighbor’s house, low in the northeastern sky from up here in the foothills, an absolutely enormous V-shaped craft was lazily headed due north. Its lack of forward speed almost suggested a lighter than air vehicle if it was a reasonably sized craft, but I knew what I was seeing was either a distorted sense of scale, or this “V” had to be several hundreds of feet across MINIMUM!

There were numerous red lights visible from the lower rear, three quarters degree view we had, so we were at i’s “8 o’clock low” from its vantage. As far as the number of lights I cannot say for certain, I am now uncertain if they lined the forward leading edge perimeter, or were line abreast, across the bottom surface, (ventral) at right angle to the center line on the V.

There was a reddish glow emanating or reflecting off of the bottom, almost a shimmering, with some intricate fine detail barely visible underneath, through the reddish glow I first attributed to reflection from the nearby forest fire. There were no visible means of propulsion evident.

I cannot stress the lumbering slow movement of this object away from us ,and when it passed behind a neighbor’s leafless tree, I quickly sped 30 feet out of the driveway to gain a better unobstructed vantage again, away from the tree, no more than 5 seconds, it was gone!

I could not see any possible obstruction that could have prevented visual reacquisition. It just vanished! My girlfriend remembers being very aware then of numerous private and light commercial traffic in the sky, as there is always in the vicinity of the Van Nuys airport. I had this impression as well, but felt it was a result of such intense target fixation observing the object then having no stimulus directly forward tends to widen your perception from the tunnel vision we experienced.

We humans are predator by nature with both eyes fixed forward for expanded depth perception, keyed to movement. I wish I could say I photographed my sighting, but there are seldom good cameras when you need them around. I did make a crude animated .gif file the very next day to try and record the event to the best of my and my girlfriend’s recollection.

I didn’t come forward earlier because I have always scoffed and outwardly derided people who have claimed to have witnessed things like I now have. I didn’t want to be, “one of those people,” but I am now.

I’m not going to pilgrimage out to Roswell or anything or claim abduction stories, but I will share what I saw, and know to be seen by at least me and my girlfriend. Thank God she was there to back me up!

Lastly, this was above a major population area of more than 1.8 million in the valley alone, within easy visual range of one of the busiest private aviation airports in the world, Van Nuys airport. It doesn’t add up?

Casebook Reader Responds

In response to your story about the V shaped UFO over So Cal on November 14th, 2008, (see below), my family and I also saw it that night from our back deck in Calabasas. I immediately reported it to MUFON, and later spoke to them by phone. I also reported it to some other online sites.

For the next few days, I searched the Internet for others who may have seen it, but was unsuccessful. I did find a video shot on November 13th (a year earlier) in 2007, taken by two young women on their way from San Diego to Bakersfield off the 5 Freeway. It showed the exact same craft we saw.

Earlier this month, I was searching the Net once again, and came across others who saw the triangle on Nov 14. This link shows one report from a family of four in Long Beach, in which one observer, a woman who is a technical advisor for military and police for film and television, saw the craft through high-powered binoculars.

It completely blew me away. She describes it as something out of “Battlestar Galactica,” complete with multi-level docking ports. NOTE: The above image is CGI from the witness.

2018…A BRITISH skywatcher got the surprise of his life when he spotted a UFO flying past the moon and now conspiracy theorists think it could be a secret NASA cover-up.

Video footage shows the moment Jason Callum aimed his telescope at the lunar surface to get a better look at the craters. But what he ended up uncovering left him stunned.

The clip, captured from Bracknell, Berkshire, shows the moment a small black object made its way across the screen, zooming from right to left. Jason attempted to follow its journey, but once the light from the moon had gone, it was impossible to track. Followers were asked what they thought it could be.

“Looks like a mothership dropping some aliens off,” one viewer claimed. Another added: “Looks like its circling the moon looking for something.” And a third claimed: “Could be the black knight.” The Black Knight satellite is said to be a spacecraft in near-polar orbit of Earth that is of extraterrestrial origin.

UFO DISCLOSURE FROM THE CANADIAN GOVERMENT

The Canadian Government has authorized open public access to thousands of federal government documents concerning UFOs. A total of 9500 digitized documents spanning the years 1947 to the early 1980s have been made available through the Library and Archives Canada website.

Titled “Canada’s UFOs: The Search for the Unknown” the files include correspondence, reports, memos and procedures, some of which specifically deal with UFOs. The files come from Canada’s National Defense Department, the Department of Transport, the National Research Council, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Canada’s release of its UFO X-Files follows closely upon the release at the end of January of Denmark’s UFO files. Britain continues to release thousands of UFO files through a program of gradual releases it began in May 2007 through its national archives with the most recent being on October 2008. The French Space Agency had earlier announced on March 22, 2007, that it was making public its secret UFO files through a government website.

The important difference between the released Canadian UFO files with other country releases is the inclusion of departmental analyses rather than simply reports of UFO sightings. According to Victor Viggiani from Exopolitics Toronto , who has been monitoring the Canadian Government UFO website since its inception, “The Canadian files do not simply list UFO sightings; they describe actions, meetings and inter-departmental memoranda generated by Canadian officials that attempt to make sense of the considerable onslaught of UFO sightings as well as referencing American problems with keeping abreast of UFO sightings.”

For example, a September 1967 memo titled “Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) – Investigations”, was released which stated: A number of investigations of the reports suggest the possibility of UFOs exhibiting some unique scientific information or advanced technology which could possibly contribute to scientific or technical research.

Another memo details a UFO sighting at Shag Harbor witnessed by member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and six civilian witnesses on the night of October 4, 1967. The memo describes how “[w]itnesses reported seeing an object 60 feet in length moving in an easterly direction before it descended rapidly into the water, making a bright splash on impact.” The report continued: “A single white light appeared on the surface of the water for a short period of time. The RCMP, with help from local fishermen and their boats, endeavoured to reach the object before it sank completely.”

Undoubtedly the most significant documents are those associated with a 1950-1952 classified investigation and analysis of UFOs by a Department of Transportation team led by Wilbert Smith, a senior radio engineer. In his Project Magnet Report, Smith commented extensively on the flight performance of UFOs that were far in advance to anything known at the time: … it is difficult to reconcile this performance with the capabilities of our technology, and unless the technology of some terrestrial nation is much more advanced than is generally known, we are forced to the conclusion that the vehicles are probably extra-terrestrial, in spite of our prejudices to the contrary.”

While not all of the information made available through the Canadian archives is completely new to UFO researchers, it does provide a comprehensive online archive for the public and media to scrutinize the Canadian Government UFO X-Files. Canada first began to release UFO files through its archive in October 2007, and these have quickly increased to its present level of 9500 files. NOTE” The above image is CGI.

DOCUMENTED ALIEN CRAFT LANDING IN TRANS-EN-PROVENCE FRANCE

At a little after 5 pm on 8th January 1981, Nicolai was at his home building a concrete shelter for an outside water pump. His home overlooked the land below it as it was built on a raised level. As he noticed how cold it was becoming, he heard a “sort of faint whistling”. He turned his attention towards the sound and in front of him was a “device in the air” at the tree-top height at the very edge of the land of his property.

He would distinctly remember the device “was not spinning”. And furthermore, it was “coming lower to the ground”. He moved closer to a stone cabin on his property so he could watch the object land. As it moved, there was no flames or clear sign of propulsion or an engine. Almost as soon as it touched down on the ground it rose again, the whistling sound still audible. It would take off with speed towards the woodland nearby. It had the shape of “two saucers, one on top of the other” and was a lead color.

The higher it went Nicolai could see “four openings” on the underside, although no lights or flames were visible from inside. Still a short distance away from where the craft landed, he would wait for a moment until he was happy it had gone. Then, he would walk toward the landing site.

Markings Of A Circle And “Abrasions”

Upon arriving at the location Nicolai could clearly see a circle around two meters across. Within this circle were “abrasions” or scorch marks. Following his reporting of the incident, further reports would reveal more intricate details of the area. One of those investigating groups was GEPAN who would investigate such mysterious sightings. They would find “mechanical pressure” most likely the cause of the impression left at the site. Very likely, the craft was of a weight of between four to five tons. Furthermore, indications were that the underside of the craft (at least) was of a temperature of between 300 to 600 degrees Celsius (between 500 and over 1,100 degrees Fahrenheit).

Due to the relatively close location of the Canjuers military base, Nicolai would ponder if the device was some kind of secret military reconnaissance craft. And while UFO enthusiasts had an obvious interest in the case, many theories bizarrely enough, would revolve around “natural phenomena”. This, despite the report of a very physical and real nuts-and-bolts machine. As well as GEPAN’s own suggestion that a four or five-ton machine had made the impression on the land.

In total, from him first noticing the strange whistling sound to the object taking off from the ground and disappearing out of sight, the incident would last no longer than a minute. However, the investigations would all agree it was the alertness of the witness and his ability to take in as much as possible that made such a short and otherwise mundane sighting so rich with detail and subsequent information.

Alien Intelligence Or Military Advancements?

Given the size of the craft, while it isn’t impossible by any stretch of the imagination for a single pilot to fit inside, it is perhaps more likely that the craft was indeed some kind of drone or scouting device. If this is the case, then, would it be one of military origin or from further afield? While it apparently had the ability of propulsion, possibly based on electromagnetic energy (given the immense rise in heat upon its take-off), that is of an advanced nature, the object didn’t exhibit any breathtaking speeds or movements.

With this in mind, then, is it more likely that the brief landing is one of a clandestine military craft? Either French or from one of the numerous American bases in France and other parts of Europe? Might it even be a secret joint international-type project? Perhaps the design and propulsion is indeed based on recovered extraterrestrial technology? This itself would be reason enough to discredit or gloss over the incident.

Or might the “downplaying” of evidence be another example of controlling what little information had already ventured into the public arena? Whether there is a connection or not, there are several similar sightings in France on record around the same time. And, possibly of more interest, an almost identical sighting in the immediate days following the Trans-en-Provence sighting, on the other side of the world, no less. NOTE” The above image is CGI.

Madeira island  is located about 500 miles west of Morocco. On May 22 nd 2008 at about 21.57 pm local time my wife and I witnessed a strange light which at first  I thought was an extremely bright star.  I had just walked out onto our balcony, I then realized that it was moving in relation to the stars in the sky .I then thought it must be a shooting star and expected it crash in to the atmosphere ,which did not occur. By this time my wife got the camera and managed to take two pictures before it disappeared from view over the apartment, heading northeast almost directly above us. The sighting lasted about 3 minutes. Unfortunately we are not great photographers, the images are not great but left us quite surprised and confused at what they revealed .  In them both appears a star and the object, they were taken a few seconds apart.

I was with an US Army infantry team in Southern Iraq at the time. We were on mission, sitting stationary in 3 humvees near the Iraq/Iran border, watching for mortar fire. After about 30 minutes of sitting in place in total blackout, the lead humvee gunner, Specialist Henry Merrill spotted one glowing, pulsating circular object hovering close to a mile away at about 45 degrees from horizon. The object then began to sway, almost like a slow dance before it started to seperate into dozens of different but similar objects. All objects continued to sway in unison as the seperation continued to fill the sky over a period of 30 minutes. Rhe movements were all similar, literally had the feeling of an aerial slow dance. Moving closer amd further away, spinning, almost seeming to change shape, all simultaneously. The objects then stopped, rapidly got in-line back to the 45 degree inclination before descending below the horizon. When I first noticed the object my first thought was that it was either a star or a distant helicopter. That thought only lasted about a minute before I realized it was neither based on the movement and the fact that the objects were ONLY visible through infrared. At first I felt worried that nobody knew what the original aircraft was. Once it started seperating, I became less worried the object was hostile and just became puzzled. The feeling of worry was rekindled when the objects got in line because this was so different from the previous movements and seemed almost hostile, like an attack formation. Photographic evidence shows a very strange object.  This UFO sighting is very significant for many reasons. First, the reliability of the witnesses are beyond reproach. Second, the photographic evidence shows a very strange object, and if one looks carefully, two of the photos appear to show the silhouette of at least one occupant, possibly two.

On Saturday, September 10, 2016, Pepe (fictitious name) and his wife, daughter and son were in the process of exiting their house to enter their vehicle. Son alerted Pepe about a bright light hovering above near the zenith. Pepe saw the light and remarked it was not only too high over the horizon to be the planet Venus, but also brighter. The object was stationary and to Pepe’s eyes it seemed to consist of two lights in one. Pepe asked wife to bring camera from the house and asked her to take a photo of the light. Wife took the first photo. Camera is an old Sony digital camera, model DSC-HX200V, with an integrated zoom lens made by Carl Zeiss. Wife handed over the camera to Pepe. Pepe took a photo. He waited a few minutes and when he tried to take another photo could not locate the object in the LCD screen. His son advised the object was still in the same place and after re-acquiring the object he took another photo. Pepe advised the three photos had different zoom settings.

After approximately 7-10 minutes a large cloud hid the object. After realizing it would take a long time for the cloud to pass they decided to enter vehicle and departed area. From time to time Pepe pulled over the vehicle in order to try to locate object, but the cloud was still hiding the object. When the cloud finally moved away the object was gone.  Pepe regrets he did not try to take more photos of the object at different zoom settings. He thought at the time the object lacked any features and was not doing anything. His overall impression of the experience is that whoever controlled this object wanted for him not just to see it, but to take photos of it.

Carlos took off, nevertheless, at 10:30, without having his breakfast. He climbed his little plane to 13,500 feet but conditions were still bad so he climbed to 14,500 where he found a clear blue sky and continued on his return trip to Mexico City.  Arriving in the area of Tequesquitengo, Carlos decided to lose altitude in order to make visual contact with Lake Tequesquitengo and verify his position, instead of depending on his instruments. When he got down underneath the cloud cover, ground mist and fog blocked his view of the Lake. Then things began to happen.  When he looked from the left (he had been gazing through his left side window) to the front he became aware of something on his right and glanced in that direction and was shocked to see an object with the appearance of two plates joined together at the rim with a cupola which had what seemed to be a little window and an antenna on top. It was positioned 20 centimeters above the surface of the wing and about 1 1/2 meters from the Piper’s cabin. (See drawing by Staff Artist Robert Gonzales.) A glance back to the left revealed another object of the same description in the same position above the left wing.

“I was petrified,” Carlos told officials later, “after I saw a third object which seemed about to collide head-on with the windshield. But it went beneath the aircraft and I heard a strange noise from below as though it had collided with the underside of the plane.”  Carlos then noted that his airspeed had decreased from 140 nautical miles per hour to 120. He tried to bank to the left, in an attempt to “bump” the object away from his plane but the controls were frozen and would not move. He then tried to let down the landing gear, hoping to get rid of the object under him, but with no results.  APRO’s Field Investigator, Fernando J. Mexico City: Come in, extra bravo extra alfa union. (Here the pilot repeated his call twice — apparently he did not hear Mexico City answer.) Center Mexico here, come in extra alfa union.

Carlos: Extra alfa union to Center Mexico. My aircraft is out of control — I have no control over it — I have three unidentified objects flying around me. I have three unidentified objects flying around me, one came under my aircraft and hit it. The landing gear is locked in and the controls won’t release them. My position — I am on the Radial 004 from the VOR Tequesquitengo — I am not controlling the plane — Center Mexico, can you hear me?

Center Mexico: Take note extra alfa union, give me your position and your situation. We are contacting competent authorities and (here interrupted by Carlos again)

Carlos: The aircraft is out of control.

At this point, Mexico City International Airport closed its runways to traffic and prepared for the expected emergency landing. The objects continued maintaining position on XB-XAU, exerting complete control over the aircraft.  The “Mayday” or emergency call was received at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, May 3. The control tower contacted Ignacio Silva la Mora (Carlo’s uncle), an authority on aircraft, who was put in touch with Carlos via radio to analyze the problem and help with landing preparations.  When Carlos had reached the Ajusco navigational fix, the UFOs had elevated the aircraft from 15,000 feet (the altitude while over Tequesquitengo) to 15,800 and then, one by one, they left. First the object over his left wing elevated until it was over the cabin, then above the object on the right wing, and then these two flew off and were lost to view in the direction of the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatal volcanoes. The controls of the aircraft were immediately normal and Carlos regained control.  Carlos then attempted to lower the landing gear, circling Mexico City International Airport eight times, in radio contact to ascertain if he was successful. Finally, after 40 minutes of circling while he worked on the control column with a screw driver, he managed to lower the wheels and landed at 1:34 p.m. on the grassy area between runway 5 right and 5 left where emergency vehicles, including firemen and ambulance, were waiting.   After landing, Carlos was taken to the Airport Clinic where he was thoroughly examined and found to be normal and fit.  NOTE: The above image is the witness drawing.

MILITARY JETS BUZZED BY AN ALIEN CRAFT OVER DELAWARE

NOVEMBER 6, 2016   ……….BETHANY BEACH DELAWARE

My son, his wife and I were in Bethany Beach on November 6, 2016 at 11:10am. The sky was crystal clear blue.  We observed 3 military planes flying east at about 25 thousand ft. about a mile apart heading out over the Atlantic ocean with long contrails.  We were talking about how clear we could see the aircraft. All of a sudden out of the northeast we saw a bright, silver acorn-shaped object approach the middle aircraft.  It flew over the top and at the same speed as the aircraft for about 4 seconds, then shot off at a high rate of speed to the southwest and disappeared.  We looked at each other saying, “what was that?” We concluded we just saw a UFO. We were beside ourselves! We concluded we just saw a UFO.  What we saw was real and very clear! I called Dover air force base. They said it wasn’t their jurisdiction and to call Philadelphia international airport.  We called them. They listened and said to call Dover air force base. I was preparing the house for my son’s birthday. I go out to the back of the house and see the object in the sky. I start filming and taking pictures with my cell phone (Samsung Galaxy S5). The object was irregular in shape, rotated and oscillated. It did not emit light or sound and moved against the wind. It was at a distance of 250 meters from me and at an altitude of approximately 300 meters. He followed it for several minutes then the object split in two. Then increase the altitude very high until reaching the clouds and before entering the clouds separated into 6 or 7 smaller objects. SYDNEY (ORCHARD HILLS), NSW 2030hrs (NL)

Shape: Roundish (4 bright light)
Size: Half the size of a 5 cent piece
Objects: 4
Colour: Bright orange
Sound: Nil
Speed: Slow
Duration: 5 – 10 minutes
Direction: Heading West
Witnesses: Wife and Father

David stated he was walking home and noticed 4 bright orange lights moving towards the West about 45 degrees above the horizon. He stated they were very slow and altered their formation by moving closer to each other. The configuration was that of a square prior to them moving closer together. Colour: Bright yellow/orange

Speed: Slow (at times appeared to be stationary)
Duration: 15 minutes
Direction: Heading West
Witnesses: Wife and two children

Dennis stated he and his family were about to drive to the shop. He looked up and noticed 5 bright yellowish/orange objects slowly moving towards the West, 45 degrees above the horizon. He stated they were in a diamond configuration, which could to some look like a square configuration. The fifth object was to the left of the configuration, but twice the distance from the others. He stated the lights stayed in a stationary position over Glenbrook for some time then went out of view via cloud cover. He’d said people had told him they could have been baloons, but he said in his opinion definitely not. A video of the objects were taken. Further investigation pending. Karen Burden AUFORN NSW

Andrew stated that he saw five lights as described moving slowly across the sky in a triangular configuration 45 degrees above the horizon, after a few minutes they formed a straight line then disappeared. Karen Burden AUFORN NSW


29.01.00 SYDNEY (SOUTH PENRITH), NSW 2130-2215hrs (NL) 

Shape: Roundish (4 bright lights at 9:30 pm, 5 Bright lights at 10:15 pm)
Size: Squarter of the size of a 5 cent piece
Objects: 4 (first sighting) 5 (second sighting)
Colour: Bright yellowish/orange
Sound: Nil
Speed: Slow
Duration: 10-15 minutes each sighting
Direction: From North/North East to West
Witnesses: Wife and neighbours (6 people)

The first sighting took place at 9:30 pm, the 4 objects were in the North Sky about 45 degrees above the horizon and were a quarter of the size of a five cent piece. They stopped for a period of time, then went backwards and then proceded towards the West again.  At about 10:15 pm Charles and his friends saw 5 bright lights in the same position as the one’s he had seen previously. They were in a traingle formation then changed to a straight line. Charles grabbed his telescope and noted the objects looked like balls of fire and he could see what appeared to be smoke and that the objects were at cloud height.

David stated the he and his wife saw these lights from their home and that they formed a straight line configuration. They said that after 8 minutes or so the first light disappeared then the third one, but are unsure as to whether it was cloud cover, distrance or height.
