.March 6, 1949; Killeen Base, Camp Hood, Texas (BBU)8:20 p.m. (AFOSI 29 & 30) Army Sgt. Hubert Vickery and PFC John Ransom on patrol at the AFSWP (Armed Forces Special Weapons Project) nuclear weapons storage site saw a blue-white oblong object about 2 ft x 1 ft in size travel S from 286° to 279° azimuth elevation 5°45′. Other sightings by Army patrols from 8:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. (FOIA)
March 7, 1949; Camp Hood, Texas (AFOSI-32-34)PFC. Max Eugene Manlove, 1st Provost Squadron, Camp Hood, Texas, observed a teardrop-shaped object, orange in color, drop vertically in front of him. Observation time: 2 seconds. (AFOSI 34). 1:30 a.m. Two other sets of military witnesses. Very brief (2 secs?). (AFOSI 32, 33).

7:52 p.m. Capt. Horace McCulloch, Asst. G-2 of the 2nd Armored Division at the nuclear weapons storage site, was preparing the test firing of flares in order to prove recent sightings were mistakes when he and his men themselves saw aerial phenomena, 7 separate sightings by trained artillery observers in different locations enabled rapid triangulation of large, green, red and white flare-like objects flying in generally straight lines. 9:20 p.m. 2 Army soldiers [Pillett and Belislandro?] on patrol saw a blinking violet object 1-secs 1/2 inches in diameter 10-12 ft away and about 6-7 ft above ground in motion, passing through branches of a tree before disappearing. At 9:25 p.m., 2 miles away 4 Army men sighted a 4-inch bright light, with a 2-4-inch metallic cone trailing in the back, 600 ft away 6-7 ft above ground silently approaching from the NE in level flight at 60-70 mph, disappearing suddenly in the SW at 150 ft away. At 9:37 p.m. the same witnesses saw a 2-inch white light appear 100 ft away to the NNE flying in a zigzag in level flight about 6 ft above ground, disappearing suddenly. Object was tracked for 57 seconds as it traveled 20 miles (at 1,300 mph) while changing color from white to reddish to greenish as it dropped altitude and dimmed then disappeared. No sound. At 16.25 hours on July 11, 1995, a Dash-8 passenger plane from the Wideroe company was on route from Fornebu (Oslo) to Bronnoysund when something very strange happened over Steinkjer about 70 kilmetres north of Trondheim. The co-pilot caught sight of a flying object that moved to the right of the plane. From his left side of the cockpit the captain only saw a part of what happened: – First we thought it was another plane but as I bent down to get a better view, I noticed it had neither wings nor tail-fins, says captain Erik P. Risan. It was fine weather and good visibility. His (anonymous) co-pilot, on the right side of the cockpit, got a better view of the object but does not want to elaborate on the incident: – I have already told the facts to the radar station in Trondheim. If I had wanted this story in the media I would have said so, he said. The Wideroe Dash-8 plane was flying on 15.000 feet. Soon the unknown object slowed down and disappeared. In about a minute it was all over. The crew informed the Vaernes tower that something was in the air. Sometimes a weather balloon goes astray, but the captain does not want to speculate if this might be the explanation in this case. The military radar at Grakallen near Trondheim had coverage of the area but caught no returns from an unknown object. There were no military planes in the area. The object was considered unidentified by the military forces. 11 year old Roy Arne Hallem apparently witnessed the incident from the porch of his home at Inndalen. The boy told his parents on Tuesday evening. The incident was published the next day. – The object was very polished and almost as large as the airplane. I saw it for half-a-minute or a minute before it went straight up at disappeared at great speed, he said. Three hours later the same (or a similar) silvery polished object was spotted by 75 year old Bjarne Lein. NOTE: The above image is a rendering.

It was turning five in the morning on New Year’s Day 1970, when Miss Doreen Kendall, a practical nurse at the Cowichan District Hospital on Vancouver Island, noticed that one of the elderly patients in her ward was restless. Deciding the patient was too warm, she went to a window and parted the drapes to let in a little air. “Just as I pulled the drapes a brilliant light hit me in the eyes,” she said. “It was still dark outside, but about 60 feet away right above the children’s ward to my left there was this object so big and bright I could see everything clearly.” “The object was circular and had what I guess you would call a top and bottom. The bottom was silvery, like metal, and was shaped like a bowl. There was a string of bright lights around it like a necklace. The top was a dome made of something like glass. It was lit up from inside and I could see right into it.” Continuing her account in question-and-answer form, Miss Kendall told me there were two male-like figures in the craft, one behind the other, facing to her right away from the hospital. The one in front appeared taller, or perhaps was positioned higher, than the other. Their heads were encased in close-fitting dark material. As she watched with intense curiosity, yet completely unfrightened – “I never felt so peaceful in all my life. I wish I could have talked to them” – she became aware of seeing more of the interior of the craft and realized it was tilting. In a moment she could see to a point just below their knees and noticed they were standing in front of what looked like stools.”They looked like fine, tall, well-built men,” she said. “They were dressed in tight-fitting suits of the same material that covered their heads but their hands were bare and I noticed how human they looked. Their flesh seemed just like ours.”
Intrigued as she was by the appearance of the two figures, Miss Kendall found her interest centered on what looked like an instrument panel facing the one in front. The man in front was staring at the panel as if something very important was going on, and I wondered if they might have had mechanical trouble. I even thought they might have landed on the roof of the hospital and then had trouble taking off.” She described the panel as a very large one, taking up almost half the interior of the object and reaching nearly to the top of the dome. The instruments, if that is what they were, seemed to be inset in the chrome-like metal of the panel and there was a variety of sizes. The total sight was so absorbing that at first Miss Kendall’s thoughts were lost to everything else, and for a moment she forgot Mrs. Frieda Wilson, a registered nurse, was in the same room. “Then when I did think of it, I guess I hesitated. I felt I mustn’t make a noise or do anything that would break the trend of what was happening.” At this point, almost as if her thoughts were being read, she saw the figure in the rear turn slowly and face squarely in her direction. “He seemed to look right at me but I couldn’t see his face. It was covered by a darkish material that looked softer than the rest of his suit. I’m sure he saw me because then he touched the other man on the back. When he did this, the man in front reached down and took hold of something like a lever beside him. I’ll never forget how deliberately he did it. He pushed it back and forth and the saucer, or whatever you’d call it, started to circle slowly, still close to the building, in an anticlockwise direction.” The motion seemed to break the spell for Miss Kendall, for then she remembered Mrs. Wilson was there and called her over. Later I spoke separately to Mrs. Wilson, who said, “I noticed Miss Kendall standing at the window and wondered what she was looking at. In fact, I was just going to see when she beckoned to me, and then I saw this great big light over the patio outside the children’s ward. I’d say it was quite a bit larger than a car. (By the estimate of both witnesses, the object spanned a width of about five windows of the children’s ward. This gave it a diameter of at least 50 feet.) It looked circular in shape and the far side seemed to be higher than the side near us. It was moving around slowly and then it started to move away. I didn’t really see any top or bottom to it. DECEMBER 10, 2014 … MARICOPA ARIZONA 8 AM
We saw two bright orange lights at first. Same brightness but some distance from each other over the Eastern side of Maricopa as we drove down John Wayne Parkway. Then a third orange light appeared in between the other two. It slowly faded from nothing into a bright light just like the other two were. A few minutes later, the light on the far left faded out and disappeared. As we got into town, the two that remained got closer together and seemed so close they may be touching. Then they faded into darkness as well. The entire event lasted about 20-25 minutes. One thing to note, there was a spotlight display happening at the same time from in front of the grocery store in the middle of town, we could see it from a few miles out of town. We didn’t get pictures because we were driving and didn’t think about it until it was too late.
DECEMBER 10, 2014 …… ELOY ARIZONA 1 PM
Unknown object over Eloy, Arizona. Daytime sighting. At 1:03 pm, Arizona time, witness strange shaped object consisting of three outer cylinders attached to a shorter center cylinder, approximately the size of a Hot Air Balloon, hovering over farm fields in Eloy, AZ. The object was bright yellow in appearance and I could see no form of propulsion (i.e. engines, propellers, etc). It hovered for about 4 minutes, and then I noticed a jet and a couple airplanes coming from the direction of Pinal Air Park (Air National Guard base) and the object then left, going away from me, fairly quickly. By the time the jet and planes arrived, it was long gone.
DECEMBER 10, 2014 …. LITCHFIELD ARIZONA 9 PM
Multiple lights in the sky in Litchfield Park Arizona. I’m a 45 year old college graduate. My job is a server admin at a local utility. I’m also familiar with many types of aircraft and the flight paths around my area. I considered myself to be educated and use good logic. In the past I’ve seen things in the sky that at first I could not explain, however on further thought I am able to determine what I had seen in logical terms. This is the first time I could not come to a logical reason for what I saw. I just finished up being an aide in my son’s Religious Education class at Church and was walking to my automobile. Out of my left eye, I caught an orange light in the sky to the North. I then turned to look at it and noticed several more objects in trail, not flying in any sort of formation. I then looked to the Northwest in the direction of Luke Air Force Base and saw several others appearing from that direction. After viewing in Church parking lots for several minutes and taking two pictures, my son and I drove about a half mile north. The objects were almost directly over us at this point, and appeared to be a round flat light. I took another picture. As I was viewing them the lights appeared to go straight up and disappear into a thin cloud. We drive about 1,100 feet east from the point to get a better view. One last object appeared from same direction as others; however this one appeared to be larger than others. This last object disappeared straight up before I could unlock my phone to take a picture. This was not in any flight pattern I’ve seen in the 12 years living in this area. And I could look behind and above me to see the normal pattern of planes flying in/out of Sky Harbor and through its air space. At first I thought they might have been military helicopters. However I’ve seen flights of helicopters out of the Arizona National Guard base before and they tend to fly in formation and lower. Also each object had only one light with no visible tail rotor light. Further I ruled out hot air balloons because the lights were two small for that (the entire balloon usually lights up at night). Next thought was that I was seeing afterburners on jets out of Luke AFB. But this did not fit either. Flights out of the AFB are usually around four to six jets, and flying in some sort of formation. Also with 30 plus fighter jets in afterburners, the noise would have been horrendous. These objects made no observable sounds. Also if these were jets, they would have been moving much quicker in horizontal flight. NOTE: The above image is a rendering.

DOZENS OF WITNESSES OBSERVE AN ALIEN DISC O’HARE AIRPORT

The National UFO Reporting Center has received the following information from a single source, who, for the time being, wishes to remain anonymous, and who prefers not to reveal for what entity he works. We have received documentation about the alleged sighting, which satisfies us as to the veracity of the report, and as to the credentials of the party reporting the incident. We have delayed release of this case, principally because an investigation was begun almost immediately after our receipt of the initial report, and because we were hoping to obtain addition documentation about the sighting, before it could be concealed, or destroyed. At approximately 16:30 p.m. (Central) on Tuesday, November 07, 2006, Federal authorities at O’Hare Airport received a report that approximately a dozen witnesses were observing a small, round disc-shaped object, metallic in appearance, which hovered over Gate C17 at that airport. The object was first spotted by an employee, working on the ramp, who was engaged in “pushing back” Flight 446, departing Chicago for Charlotte, NC. The employee reported to his supervisors that the object appeared to be almost directly above his location at Gate C17, it appeared to be perfectly round, and that its size was approximately equal to a U. S. quarter, held at arm’s length. The object had a metallic appearance, according to the first witness, and it appeared to him to be spinning. The first witness apprised the flight crew of Flight 446 of the existence of the object above their aircraft, and we believe both the pilot and copilot were witness to the bizarre object, as well. The witness also contacted his supervisors, who also witnessed the object, which was visible for approximately 2 minutes. At the end of that time, the object was seen to suddenly accelerate straight up at a very rapid pace, and it “shot” through the solid overcast, which was at 1,900 feet at the time. The witness added that the object appeared to leave a “hole” in the clouds, where it had streaked upwards through the overcast. Both the Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration were apprised of the event at the time it was occurring, and personnel in one, or more, of the towers at O’Hare may have witnessed the object, possibly with binoculars. The FAA apparently reported that the object was not visible on radar, although that fact has not been confirmed at the time of this writing. We hope to be able to release more information about the incident at some time in the near future. In the meantime, we would like to invite anyone who may have been personal witness to the event to submit a report of their sighting, using our Online Report Form. We would be most grateful if you would indicate in your report where you were located, at the time of the sighting, and what the object looked like, from your vantage point. During a clear summer night in 1790, a settler in Schoharie County, New York saw a bright shining light in the northern sky. He was playing his fiddle while sitting on the porch. At around 9 in the evening, he noticed a bright shining light in the north sky with a great roar. He described that it grew intensely until it became brighter than the noonday sun. The resident explained that the brightness of the light would allow him to pick up pins anywhere around him. The German colonist stated he observed what looked like a meteor passing west at around 250 yards from him and approximately 65 feet above the ground. He said that the light maintained low altitude on the other side of the hollow. The object moved above the countryside and rose above tall trees with the speed of galloping horse. When the object reached the Owelus Sowless hill (as what Indians called it), it elevated and flew over the hill. The settler stated that this was the time he lost sight of the mysterious object. He described it as around 300 yards long with snake-like shape, except that the supposed head looked like the root of a tree plucked up by force. He further said that the shape had no neck, and its thickness was like a young bull and tapered off similar to a serpent. He said that it closely resembled a welding hot iron and sparked similar to it. He noted the intense heat warmed his house, and it left a stench resembled a burning star or sulfur, which lingered for another day. The witness was part of the first German settlement in the area. He swore out his statement on August 23, 1823 in the town of Carlisle. The story can be found in The Historical and Philosophical Society of the State of New York records. Perhaps the most impressive UFO story told during the recent Brazilian World UFO Forum was that of Haraldo Westendorf, who made news headlines when he allegedly flew his private plane within a few dozen meters of an enormous unidentified flying object. Westendorf is 40 years old, a father of three children and a successful businessman. He is also an avid private pilot rated for acrobatic flying. The following account is based directly on his one-hour presentation at the Brazilian UFO conference, which included several detailed illustrations. Westendorf says he took off in his single-engine Piper Apache [correction: the plane was actually an Embraer EMB-712, the Brazilian version of the Piper Cherokee Archer II] from the city of Pelotas near the southernmost tip of Brazil on the morning of November 5, 1996. It was to be a routine recreational flight of the kind he takes for fun whenever time allows. On this occasion, he had been in the air only about 12 minutes and was flying at an altitude of 5,000 feet over a large lake some five miles southeast of Pelotas when he saw ahead of him an enormous aerial object. The time was about 10:30 a.m. He radioed the Pelotas tower to learn if they could see the object from the ground. They confirmed that the object was visible to them and asked him for a close-range report. Westendorf then decided to fly as close as he could. Westendorf emphasizes that he did not believe in UFOs and says this accounts for his initial willingness to fly close to the object. He didn’t know he might be in danger. When he got close to the object, he realized that in his twenty years of piloting experience he had never seen or heard of anything like it. Since he had done stunt training in the United States and had also flown in France, he had become acquainted with some very advanced and exotic aircraft. But he knew that this was not an airplane. Westendorf showed several detailed color drawings of the object, with his own plane drawn to scale alongside it. He describes the object as a faceted cone, flat on the bottom with a rounded point on top. On each of the eight or ten sloping side panels were three large bulges, like triangle-shaped bay windows on the side of a house — but they did not look like windows. The entire surface was brown in color. The structure was about 70 meters (225 feet) high and about 100 meters (325 feet) in diameter, big enough to fill nearly an entire soccer field if landed. His own plane, less than 6 meters wide, was tiny by comparison.
Westendorf says he spent about 12 to 14 minutes in close proximity to the object, trying to see as much as he could. Although the Pelotas air tower does not have radar, he believes the airport radar at Curitiba (nearly 450 nautical miles northeast of his position) tracked the whole encounter. However, officials at Curitiba deny this (see below). The object was spinning around slowly and moving southeast toward the nearby seacoast at a speed of about 60 nautical miles per hour. Westendorf managed to fly entirely around the base of the object three times. At one point, he says, his wingtip came within about 40 meters of the object. After his third lap around the object, Westendorf noticed that the rounded top seemed to disappear, leaving what looked like an open hole at the top. Then he saw, emerging from inside the object, a classic flying saucer. It rose sideways, its long axis vertical until it cleared the top of the larger object, then tipped down to assume its normal orientation and departed at tremendous speed. Westendorf said that this saucer was about 10 meters in diameter, or nearly twice as wide as his own plane, and he thinks it flew away at more than Mach 10. The saucer showed no indication of noticing Westendorf’s presence nearby. As soon as the saucer disappeared, Westendorf decided to try to fly over the top of the object. Brazilian media later reported that he wanted to fly his plane into the interior of the object, but he says he never even considered that. He only hoped for a peek through the opening. To get more altitude, he flew his plane several hundred meters away from the object, turned around and began a steep climb. He noticed that the object was now rotating much faster. Then he saw brilliant beams of red light shoot from the top of the object toward the sky. He quickly abandoned his plan to fly over the top. Then, to his amazement, the object rose straight up at tremendous speed. For the first time, Westendorf was scared, because he believed the object’s rapid acceleration might produce a shock wave of turbulence that could overwhelm his own plane. As a trained pilot, he knew that air traffic controllers recommend staying at least three minutes behind a large aircraft to avoid such turbulence. He estimated that the unidentified object probably weighed at least three times as much as a 747 jumbo jet, so its shock wave should be huge — and he was only a few hundred meters away. He quickly began emergency procedures in case his plane went into a spin or a stall. But to his surprise, he did not encounter any turbulence. NOTE: The above image is the witness rendering.

On evening in the summer of 1958, 20-year-old Edward left his home in Sunderland and took a bus to South Shields, intending to spend the night with his auntie, uncle and two cousins. He was particularly thrilled because his uncle had promised to take the three boys to a football match the following day. What actually happened turned out to be far more exciting. According to Edward’s son, Billy, who related the tale to me, his father alighted from the bus and proceeded towards his aunt and uncle’s house several streets away. At some point he became aware of a faint but distinct humming sound which “sounded electrical” in nature. Sensing that the noise seemed to be coming from above his head, he looked up. He probably wished he hadn’t. “My dad told me that he saw a circular object hovering directly above him,” said Billy. “It was gun-metal grey in colour and had a blue light in the centre which was pulsing or throbbing. “He was really scared, and ran for the house as fast as he could without looking up again.” Billy said that he almost fell through the front door when his aunt opened it for him, and he blurted out his story. His two cousins were naturally excited and raced outside to see if they could see the object. To their amazement, they could; it was now hovering directly over a house on the other side of the street. The humming was still audible, although according to Edward it was fainter. They could also see the blue light, although it was no longer throbbing.
The reaction of Edward’s uncle was interesting. He was a lay preacher in his local church, and quickly formed the opinion that what they were looking at was “something devilish,” and he ordered the youngsters back inside. However, he went upstairs into the front bedroom and peeked through the curtains. The object remained stationary for about a minute, and then “shot off” over the adjoining streets. Intriguingly, it left behind a faint, white glow which hung over the house for another minute or two before slowly dissipating. Edward’s uncle told the boys not to mention the incident to anyone, as he was worried that people would think they were “going daft”. Edward did as he was told, and only divulged what had happened to his own children after his parents, aunt and uncle had died.
There was one other interesting aspect to the case. Three nights after the incident, Edward had a dream. In it he saw two men standing in front of him. He recalled that one “looked normal” and had long, blond hair, while the other was completely bald and had skin which was “almost white.” According to Edward the men were talking to each other in a language he couldn’t understand. Then the “normal-looking man” turned to him and said: “Don’t worry. You are not to be needed now.” The dream then ended abruptly. Edward was convinced that it was somehow connected with the strange UFO incident which happened days earlier. “What stuck in his mind was the way the man in his dream said, ‘You are not to be needed now.’ It was a strange turn of phrase. Dad thought that the chap couldn’t speak good English.” Edward had no further UFO encounters – or dreams about the odd men – after the incident. Billy feels uncomfortable talking about it, and only agreed to the story being published if I agreed to give the family a pseudonymous surname. “I’ve always worried that something similar might happen to me,” he told me. “I saw a documentary on TV once which said things like this can run in families. “My niece once saw strange lights in the sky. Nothing has happened to me yet, but I know my dad was telling the truth. He was an honest man.” I’m sure he was, although the truth behind his experience will probably forever remain a mystery. The monolithic statues of Rapa Nui (Easter Island) are called moai in the Rapanui language. Carved on the island by the ancestors of the current population, approximately 50% of the total of 887 statues documented to date still remain in the immediate vicinity of Rano Raraku, the quarry in which they were produced. The majority of the remaining statues were transported to and erected upon a variety of ceremonial structures called ahu. This feat is one of the greatest megalithic achievements of Pacific prehistory.
EISP is the longest collaborative and evolving artifact inventory ever conducted within the context of the Easter Island archaeological survey. Our primary goals are scientific. Our basic purpose is to shed light on the complexities of prehistory, and to integrate the moai into the unfolding time line of Rapa Nui prehistory. We aim to locate, describe, and understand the original context and use of all statues, including those in museums. Context and use, it is hoped, will reveal meaning. Our methods include archaeological survey, artifact description, research into the meaning of symbols, and cultural history interpretation. Our tools have always included camera, compass, measuring tape, and field notebook. Over time we have added large-scale calipers, the latest in GPS mapping technology, and advanced computer data management.
We have two other goals: to provide the results of our work to Rapa Nui families and to the island’s public agencies that are responsible for conservation and preservation of the moai. To that end, we have created an irreplaceable archive of unique documentation. It is anticipated that by making this study more accessible to colleagues we will further the critique of our goals, methods, and findings.
Finally, it is hoped that students and the interested and concerned public will gain increased insight into Rapa Nui prehistory. It’s not known exactly why the bodies were buried – Were they buried on purpose? Or were they buried as a result of time and erosion? The events occurred in April of 1981 when the witness accompanied his fiancée and her parents to visit the fiancée’s brother and family in Scottsboro. “I drove the entire distance in her father’s car, a late model Olds Cutlass coupe,” the witness stated. “We had been visiting and talking into the night and I had a beer or two. It began to get late and my fiancée (now wife, Anna, of over 33 years) and I were to go stay with her brother’s in-laws in town.” The witness described the area. “Her brother lived in a log home on a peninsula into the back waters and main channel of the Tennessee River at Roseberry Creek. It was populated with some street lights, but not many. The evening was clear with few clouds and a partial full moon. “It should also be noted that just up the Tennessee River, in Stevenson, was, at that time, a nuclear reactor project which was in the process of being built in Hollywood, just to the north of the location of this incident, the Bellefont reactor project. “I am not sure if there was any nuclear material at the site at that time, as the unit is still unfinished. Another site just north of the Bellefont unit, at Widow’s Creek, is coal fired and likely being shutdown.” The witness describes the road trip. “At around 11:30 p.m. we left her brother’s house and began the 5-7 mile trip to the in-law’s house. After about a quarter-mile the car began to knock and shut off. The radio stopped and shut off. At the same time, a bright white light appeared over the tree line just off the road to the right – approximately to the northeast.” The sounds of Mother Nature disappeared. “We had the windows cracked about two inches and noticed no crickets which we heard upon leaving the house and entering the car. The road is narrow at that point, with water on the left side and a house just prior to it. There is a street light at that point, which had also turned off when the bright light appeared.”
The witnesses did not understand what was happening to them. “As the intense and blinding white light shone upon us through the windshield with us trying to peer up and find out what was going on, Anna asked if we should get out to see. “I said, ‘No,’ also mentioning that we should stay buckled in and lock the doors, forgetting about the windows being partially down.” They then noticed another anomaly.“I looked at my new Seiko LCD watch and it had stopped, as the screen was blank and even the internal light would not work when I pressed the button. Anna’s battery powered analog watch even stopped. I don’t remember the exact time, though.” Then the light vanished. “After what seemed to be an eternity, the bright white light simply disappeared. No noise of any kind was heard until the radio came back on and the crickets began to chirp again. We looked at each other in shock at what had just occurred. I remember her watch having restarted, but was about 10 minutes ahead and thought that was very weird since the second hand had stopped when I looked at it while the light was present.” The witness had to restart the car. “I started the car after putting it in park. Apparently, I must have let the engine help slow us to a stop after the vacuum from the power brake booster was spent from my heavy braking. We continued on our journey to the in-laws and agreed to not speak a word of our experience as we thought people would think us crazy.” They then learned that other family members had experienced something similar. “Many years later, in 2007, while in Chicago visiting her youngest niece from Alabama who is now an ER doctor, we mentioned the above story to her from 26 years prior. She was not amazed as her grandparents whom we stayed with on that visit in 1981, had also experienced the exact same situation in the same location numerous times. They are both now deceased and cannot corroborate or tell their stories.” The witness says they had information about UFOs prior to this incident. “While I believed in UFOs before 1981, a now deceased uncle worked with the USAF’s FTD group at WPAFB here in Dayton and was elusively frank with me when describing Project Blue Book, using a non-denial denial phrase to let me know about this subject, I had never thought much about it for about 12 years. I don’t believe I was influenced by any unconscious belief in UFOs with this experience in April of 1981. However, since that time, both my wife and I are avid believers and do not push aside many stories of similar or more involved sightings. Sure, the government could be working on secret projects and the like, but that only begs the question: Where did they get the technology so quickly?” Scottsboro is a city in Jackson County, Alabama, population 14,770. November of 1991, the opening stages of what would become perhaps the most intense outbreaks of UFO sightings and related phenomena in southwestern and south-central Missouri were well underway. The first mysterious livestock mutilations had already occurred and stories of everything from strange lights in the sky to close encounters with what seemed to be highly exotic aerial crafts were a frequent topic of discussion across the region.At approximately 10:15 that night Scott Freeman and his cousin were eastbound on Dent County Route H about five miles west of Salem when Scott’s cousin noticed what appeared to be an aircraft at low altitude and still descending as it approached the road from the left above a field. Its path would take the craft over the roadway not far in front of them, but it was at this point that events took an abrupt turn into the unknown. Quoting from the initial email I received from Scott on Nov. 23, 2014: “Believing that it was an airplane, we accelerated to approximately 90 miles per hour so as to pass under the plane as it crossed the highway (it seemed like the cool thing to do at the time). The object reached H Highway before our car had the chance to pass under it or even get close to it and, much to our dismay, the object came to a complete stop above H Highway. As our car came to a screeching halt, it slid up under the object and stalled out.” In a later email answering a few questions I had posed to him, Scott expressed the opinion that the vehicle died As a result of the sudden stop, not from any form of electromagnetic interference from the UFO. At this point any thoughts on their part of a conventional aircraft evaporated. They could clearly discern the triangular shape of the hovering craft, and by rolling down the windows were able to confirm its absolute silence. In place of the familiar navigation lights required by the FAA, there were three bright, round white lights on the underside.
These shined spotlight-like beams directly down, illuminating the roadway as if it was high noon. Realizing they were clearly experiencing a close encounter with an unknown craft, the witnesses grew nervous. It was at that point that perhaps the most unusual element of the sighting began. The craft performed a very unusual maneuver, one that I am not aware of being duplicated exactly among the thousands of UFO reports in my files. “After sitting motionless above the highway for what I believe was approximately two or three minutes,” Scott wrote, “the craft began to slowly move diagonally from its original route and moved to a clearing in the open field that lay to the right of my car. The object moved just above the tree tops, almost brushing them as it passed over them, until it had reached an opening in the field. “The object stopped again and then, much to our dismay, starts to turn onto its side and then slowly lower itself to the ground. So close to the ground, in fact, that I could see the silhouette of the field grass as the light from the lower of the two back lights shined through them. After sitting at ground level for no longer than one minute, the object slowly left our side and made its way down the forest that rested to its immediate right. The object then leveled back out flat to the ground as it traveled and after flying about 300 yards, it ascended at a 30-degree angle. It flew up into the night sky, never to be seen again by my cousin or myself.” They look good to me, but my artistic ability ends with using a ruler to draw a straight line. My wife was in Ocean City, MD this past week with her youngest daughter (my step daughter) and granddaughter. They just got back in town this afternoon and I asked them if they saw the fireball/meteor event this past Wednesday night. They didn’t but they told me that they had a different sighting on another night. On this past Monday, 12/1, at around 6:00 – 6:30 pm they were traveling along Coastal Highway in Ocean City on their way to dinner. As they were traveling, my stepdaughter, who was a passenger in my wife’s truck spotted a strange light out over the ocean. She said that it was red orange/orange in color and appeared to be stationary. A short time later, she saw three more lights of the same color appear in proximity to the first one. She described the tree lights as being in a V-shaped pattern, parallel to the surface of the ocean, with the point of the V being farther away. The single light was to one side of the other three and appeared a bit closer. She described them as being about the size of a pencil eraser from her vantage point. She said the objects appeared to be stationary. She was able to observe the objects for approximately 5 minutes before they disappeared. My stepdaughter called these objects to the attention of my wife. My wife was driving and couldn’t observer the objects in detail, but what she described backs up what my stepdaughter described. My 7 yr. old granddaughter was also in the truck, but was preoccupied with something else and did not observe the objects. Neither witness described seeing lights that would be consistent with normal aviation lights. The objects they reported maintained their color/shape throughout the duration of the event. My wife has an interest in UFO’s and such things and has an idea of what to look for because me. My stepdaughter is fairly neutral on the subject, but is a sergeant with the Westminster City Police Dept. and would not lie or exaggerate about such things. My stepdaughter is going to file a sighting report with MUFON, at my request. I asked her to send me the case number of her report. I can forward that to you if you would like. BTW, while they were out and about on Wednesday evening, 12/3, they did not witness the fireball/meteor event that was widely reported that evening. Smithsonian Admits to Destruction of Thousands of Giant Human Skeletons in Early 1900′s
A US Supreme Court ruling has forced the Smithsonian institution to release classified papers dating from the early 1900′s that proves the organization was involved in a major historical cover up of evidence showing giants human remains in the tens of thousands had been uncovered all across America and were ordered to be destroyed by high level administrators to protect the mainstream chronology of human evolution at the time.
The allegations stemming from the American Institution of Alternative Archeology (AIAA) that the Smithsonian Institution had destroyed thousands of giant human remains during the early 1900′s was not taken lightly by the Smithsonian who responded by suing the organization for defamation and trying to damage the reputation of the 168-year old institution. During the court case, new elements were brought to light as several Smithsonian whistle blowers admitted to the existence of documents that allegedly proved the destruction of tens of thousands of human skeletons reaching between 6 feet and 12 feet in height, a reality mainstream archeology can not admit to for different reasons, claims AIAA spokesman, James Churward.
The turning point of the court case was when a 1.3 meter long human femur bone was shown as evidence in court of the existence of such giant human bones. The evidence came as a blow to the Smithsonian’s lawyers as the bone had been stolen from the Smithsonian by one of their high level curators in the mid 1930′s who had kept the bone all his life and which had admitted on his deathbed in writing of the undercover operations of the Smithsonian.
«It is a terrible thing that is being done to the American people» he wrote in the letter. «We are hiding the truth about the forefathers of humanity, our ancestors, the giants who roamed the earth as recalled in the Bible and ancient texts of the world».
The US Supreme Court has since forced the Smithsonian Institution to publicly release classified information about anything related to the “destruction of evidence pertaining to the mound builder culture” and to elements “relative to human skeletons of greater height than usual”, a ruling the AIAA is extremely enthused about.
«The public release of these documents will help archaeologists and historians to reevaluate current theories about human evolution and help us greater our understanding of the mound builder culture in America and around the world» explains AIAA director, Hans Guttenberg. «Finally, after over a century of lies, the truth about our giant ancestors shall be revealed to the world» he acknowledges, visibly satisfied by the court ruling.
The documents are scheduled to be released in 2015 and the operation will be coordinated by an independent scientific organization to assure political neutrality.

On the evening December 4th, 2014 at approximately 9 p.m., I was exercising in our basement and noticed a very bright light which I could see through our basement window. I ran up our first flight of stairs, opened the front door and stood on the porch. Before noticing any detail I felt an intense sense of dread. I looked up toward the sky at a 45 degree angle, directly away from our house, toward Vermont’s highest mountain peak. In the near distance, perhaps a half mile from where I was standing, I saw an extremely bright object, pulsating red and blue lights, bouncing around slightly. I stood for perhaps 30 seconds or a minute watching this object, feeling transfixed but also very fearful. I recalled in that moment some of the stories of abductees who were paralyzed prior to their close encounters, and screamed at myself mentally to turn around and go back inside. I walked quickly inside, locked the door and ran up the next flight of stairs to our living room, where my wife was sitting and watching television. I turned off all the lights and then the TV and told her, “you need to see this.” I brought her to our picture window, oriented precisely eastward in the direction of the object, and asked, “WHAT IS THAT?” She leaned toward the window, squinted her eyes and her mouth dropped open. At the same moment I noticed another similar bright object to the north, but this object became a secondary consideration to us because it was partially obscured by tree branches near our window and appeared to be farther away and at a higher altitude. I asked her to stand there and continue to watch the object for unusual flight patterns if it began to change position. As she did this, I ran to my office to retrieve my Celestron Model #21035 travel telescope. When I returned, I noticed a light on the ground directly below the UFO, in a location that I know to be a patch of cow pasture void of any structures. I quickly found the UFO in my telescope lens. What I saw shocked me down to my core. The object was disc-shaped, bright, colorful, pulsating and bouncing. The pulsating red and blue lights appeared to come from within the craft, passing out through its walls. I then found the light on the ground below the craft and saw that it was cylindrical, orangish-yellow and was illuminating a white angular object which sat closer to my house on the grass. After two or three minutes, I decided that I would not see enough detail in the light and turned the telescope back toward the UFO. When my wife again examined the craft, she asked, “what is that other thing…in the air, closer to us, in the bottom right corner of the view?” I looked and saw the corner of another, mostly black and camouflaged object, perhaps two or three hundred yards closer to us.
I watched this object for ten minutes or longer and noticed that it was slowly rocking around and up and down. On several occasions, I could clearly see that the bright, pulsating disc was casting enough light on the angular craft to illuminate two corners of what appeared to be a triangular black craft. My wife paced around the house, communicating irritation with me for looking at these objects with such interest at first, but eventually, after at least a full hour, parked herself on a chair near me saying, “I feel weird…I’m scared…I don’t like this.” At some point, I noticed that the light on the ground had vanished. Then, I noticed that the pulsating disc was calmer – more stationary and less bright. The red light, especially, was mostly or entirely gone and the craft appeared to settle into a lower-energy state. The triangular craft remained in the same position for another thirty minutes. Immediately prior to going to bed, I saw that the disc and triangle had both changed positions. The disc was now higher, perhaps directly above the triangle, which was now oriented with a single corner pointing downward. Suddenly, I saw the full form of the triangle, which was hovering with its underside pointing directly at my window. I saw one faint, circular orange light at each of three corners. The next day, I bumped into a resident who lives on the road directly opposite my house from the previous evening’s activity. This individual informed me that she had see an object that matched my description of the bright object at 9 p.m. on December 3rd and 4th. I knew this meant that the object might return soon, and watched from my window throughout the night of December 5th. Two bright, pulsating objects appeared shortly before midnight, at least one half mile farther from my house than they had been the previous night. I watched for over an hour as they appeared to follow a grid pattern slightly above the tree tops near a river. A quick scan of the internet reveals that Vermont is currently a hotspot for these phenomena. Many people have reported similar objects in my area; MANY more have likely seen them and remained silent. I would be willing to speak with you by phone, but I must be careful not to allow my name to be associated with my report as it is presented to the public. OCTOBER 1, 1948………… FARGO NORTH DAKOTA
One of the early “classics” of UFO history involved Lieutenant George F. Gorman of the North Dakota Air National Guard, who said he had a twenty-seven minute “dogfight” with a UFO in the skies above Fargo. Date: October 1, 1948-Location: Fargo, North Dakota. Gorman, then manager of a Fargo construction company, told this story to Air Force investigators: On the night of October 1, 1948, he had been on a cross-country flight with his squadron. Upon return to Hector airport in Fargo, he elected to log some night flying time, so he remained airborne after the other planes had landed. He had circled his F-51 over the lighted football stadium and around the city and was preparing to land about 9 P.M. The control tower cleared him to land, advising him about a Piper Cub in the vicinity – the only other plane – and he could see the light aircraft outlined plainly about 500 feet below him. What appeared to be the taillight of a plane passed him on the right, but the tower insisted they knew of no other planes in the area. Gorman informed the tower that he was going to investigate the other aircraft and pulled his F-51 up and out toward the moving light. He closed to within about 1,000 yards and took a good look at the object. “It was about six to eight inches in diameter, clear white, and completely round without fuzz at the edges [i.e., sharp and clear]. It was blinking on and off. As I approached, however, the light suddenly became steady and pulled into a sharp left bank. I thought it was making a pass at the tower. I dived after it and brought my manifold pressure up to sixty inches but I couldn’t catch up with the thing. It started gaining altitude and again made a left bank, I put my F-51 into a sharp turn and tried to cut the light off in its turn. By then we were at about 7,000 feet. Suddenly it made a sharp right turn and we headed straight at each other. Just when we were about to collide, I guess I got scared. I went into a dive and the light passed over my canopy at about 500 feet. Then, it made a left circle about 1,000 feet above, and I gave chase again.” Gorman said he cut sharply toward the light, which was once more coming at him. When collision again seemed imminent, the object shot straight up into the air in a steep climb-out, disappearing overhead. Gorman again attempted to pursue it but his plane went into a power stall at about 14,000 feet, and the object was not seen again. It was then 9:27 P.M. Gorman was so shaken by the encounter that he had difficulty handing his plane, although he was a veteran pilot and a flying instructor during World War II. He had noticed no sound, odor, or exhaust trail from the object during the “dogfight,” and no deviation on his instruments. At times during the chase, he had pushed the F-51 to full power, sometimes reaching 400 mph. He described the object as round and somewhat flattened.
In the airport control tower, traffic controllers Lloyd D. Jensen and H. E. Johnson also saw a strange light near the airfield: “After passing to the east of the airport it seemed to take a northwest heading, The object seemed to be at about 2,000 feet and appeared to be traveling at quite an excessive speed compared to a Piper Cub that was east of the field at the time. No definite outline could be identified. Both objects [the UFO and the Piper Cub] were sighted at the same time.” Jensen said that through binoculars he sighted, “an object or a light traveling at a high rate of speed, apparently on a southwest heading. The F-51 [Gorman’s plane] was some distance behind and the object was traveling fast enough to increase the spacing between itself and the fighter. The object appeared to be only a round light, perfectly formed, with no fuzzy edges or rays leaving its body. The edges were clear cut. No other shape was observed. The main identifying characteristic was the high rate of speed at which it was apparently traveling.” The pilot of the Piper Cub, Dr. A. E. Cannon, and his passenger, Einar Nielson, also witnessed the swiftly moving light while in radio communication with the tower: “While circling the football field at NDAC at 1,600 feet, Fargo tower advised us that there was an F-51 in the air and a few moments later asked us who the third plane might be,” Cannon said, “We had noticed the 51 and when we were over the north side of Hector field going west, a light, seemingly on a plane, passed above and to the north, moving very swiftly toward the west. At first we thought it was the 51, but we then saw the light of the 51 higher and move over the field. We landed on Runway 3, taxied to the administration building, and went up to the tower and listened to the calls from the 51, which seemed to be trying to overtake the plane or lighted object, which then went southwest and over the city. The object was moving very swiftly, much faster than the 51. We tried to get a better view with a pair of binoculars, but couldn’t follow it well enough.” In a statement to Major D. C. Jones, commander of the 17th Fighter Squadron at Hector airport, Gorman said he was convinced that there was “thought” behind the maneuvers: “I am also convinced that the object was governed by the laws of inertia because its acceleration was rapid but not immediate, and although it was able to turn fairly tight at considerable speed, it still followed a natural curve.” The object could outturn and outspeed the F-51, he said, and was able to attain a much steeper climb and to maintain a constant rate of climb far in excess of the F-51. “When I attempted to turn with the object, I blacked out temporarily due to excessive speed,” Gorman stated. “I am in fairly good physical condition and I do not believe there are many, if any, pilots who could withstand the turn effected by the light and remain conscious.” George F. The year 2014 is at its end and our New Year of 2015 sits in front of us filled with endless unknowns. Those who are interested in the subject of UFO’s remain exactly as they started this ending year of 2014 with only confusion and that which is unexplained and unknown remaining that way. We continue by the millions across the world to see UFO’s, report UFO’s and some of us even have close encounters with UFO’s and those who pilot them. The one fact that remains standard is that we continue to have no ideas who or what the strange objects we see are or who or what pilot or send them to visit us or why they visit. Those questions remain the same as they have for many years and look like they will remain unanswered for a the unseeable future. In my opinion the subject of UFO’s despite the fact that they are witnessed daily around this planet is locked in secrecy with ease by way of years of brainwashing , intimidation , confusion as well as many other forms of control that is used to keep society deaf dumb and blind to what goes on around them each and every day. We are easily kept in check by way of our social devices, computers, televisions, media, social media, plus many other methods that are used to keep the mass population living in false concepts of fake reality that form bubbles around the little earthlings by way of hand held gadgets, large screen TVs and lock step needs to be a cool or part of what’s in and easily yield to what we should follow or think. The days of free thinking curious intelligence seems to be pretty much trash canned as we become a society that seems to be extremely content following along in fantasy built bubbles living silly lives that are produced by rings in our noses that technology easily uses to keep us all in line and frankly very dumb and controlled. I know that the UFO issue will continue and many people all over this planet will continue to see them, some will deal with them up close and sadly others will not only deal with them but never be seen again as I am sure the occupants of these unknown vehicles, ships whatever they are- take and keep a number of us each and every year.
Besides a few useless organizations without training and a few private good people who are trying to keep the reports listed the subject of UFOs are left without interest or any type of agency or help for those who view them, deal with them or end up taken by these strange unexplained objects. I think this fact is as strange as the UFO issue. How can we be so nonchalant about something so amazing and interesting as alien life flying over our heads yet we (human beings) simply do not give a damn. We do not care who they are, where they come from or what they want. We are just too damn busy looking at our stupid phones. I have given up with society but I do continue to want to know what, who and why these things seem to be everywhere. For me to keep up with what is going on out there concerning the UFO issue I have been lucky to have a group of good people who like me want answers. I have had the pleasure of finding and relying on these good people who are giving their hard work and time in the hope that one day we will begin to find answers to the question of all these unexplained unknowns. Ken also has a Facebook page he keeps updated to try to bring the information that he finds about the UFO issue to those who really want to know what is happening and what people are seeing. I find amazing reports daily by way of Kens work and found that this past year of 2014 was active and full of strange crafts flying freely across our skies all throughout the year. I understand this will continue to be ongoing and anticipate that our new year of 2015 will be jam packed with new sightings and reports from all over the world.

JUNE 7, 1965 ……… EARTH ORBIT
In June 1965, Major James McDivitt saw, filmed, and photographed an object, which approached the Gemini IV (3rd June – 7th June 1965) capsule in which they were orbiting the Earth, passing over Hawaii. The UFO had a long arm sticking out of it.Here is what Major James McDivitt repeated many times:
“I was flying with Ed White. He was sleeping at the time so I don’t have anybody to verify my story. We were drifting in space with the control engines shut down and all the instrumentation off (when) suddenly (an object) appeared in the window. It had a very definite shape – a cylindrical object – it was white – it had a long arm that stuck out on the side. I don’t know whether it was a very small object up close or a very large object a long ways away. There was nothing to judge by. I really don’t know how big it was. We had two cameras that were just floating in the spacecraft at the time, so I grabbed one and took a picture of (the object) and grabbed the other and took a picture. Then I turned on the rocket control systems because I was afraid we might hit it. At the time we were drifting – without checking I have no idea which way we were going – but as we drifted up a little farther the sun shone on the window of the spacecraft. The windshield was dirty – just like in an automobile, you can’t see through it. So I had the rocket control engines going again and moved the spacecraft so that the window was in darkness again – the object was gone. I called down later and told them what had happened and they went back and checked their records of other space debris that was flying around but we were never able to identify what it could have been. The film was sent back to NASA and reviewed by some NASA film technicians. One of them selected what he thought was what we talked about, at least before I had a chance to review it. It was not the picture – it was a picture of a sun reflection on the window.” The “Condon Report” is considered by almost all ufologists and by several scientists who participated to it as a deliberate attempt to debunk the UFO phenomenon, did validate the McDivitt UFO sighting and several other astronaut sightings: “There are three visual sightings made by the astronauts while in orbit which, in the judgment of the writer, have not been adequately explained. These are: 1. Gemini 4, astronaut McDivitt. Observation of a cylindrical object with a protuberance. 2. Gemini 4, astronaut McDivitt. Observation of a moving bright light at a higher level than the Gemini spacecraft. 3. Gemini 7, astronaut Borman saw what he described as a ‘bogey’ flying in formation with the spacecraft.” And later: “visual sightings made by the astronauts while in orbit which, in the judgment of the writer, have not been adequately explained…. Unexplained sightings which have been gleaned from a great mass of reports are a challenge to the analyst. Especially puzzling is Especially puzzling is the first one [The one presented here] of an object showing details such as arms protruding from a body having a noticeable angular extension. If the NORAD listing of objects near the GT-4 spacecraft at the time of the sighting is complete as it presumably is, we shall have to find a rational explanation or, alternatively, keep it on our list of unidentifieds.”
In 1975, McDivitt adds: “I never made a big deal out of it. It was something I definitely couldn’t identify. I reported it to the ground … Ed was asleep and we were rotating at a pretty high rate in drifting flight. The windows were dirty, I recall … All of a sudden there was this white object out there. It looked like a beer can with a pencil sticking out of it at an angle. It had a definite cylinder shape, about three times as long as its diameter.” Maloney adds that the astronaut estimated that he got a 30-second look at the object. Furthermore, McDivitt said, the space agency made no attempt to prevent his telling his UFO story. A NORAD officer later handed to the well known debunker Klass a print of the Titan-II second stage. This, he told Klass, was what McDivitt had seen but was unable to identify: the Titan booster. Klass obtained a copy of the photo from NORAD and sent it to McDivitt, asking if it did not closely correspond to his verbal description of the UFO he had seen. McDivitt replied: “Thank you for sending me the slide of the Gemini-IV photograph. I very quickly identified the object in the photograph as the second stage of the Titan rocket which launched us … I am sure that this is not a photograph of the object which I described many times and which many people refer to as the Gemini IV UFO….”

NOVEMBER 14, 2014 ………… DALLAS TEXAS
A single, rectangle shaped object with red lights and alternating blinking white lights, like hazard lights flew over Dallas, Texas. On this night of November 14th, facing a little southeast, at approx. 7:31 pm, while driving with a sibling, we saw an unidentified flying object. It was rectangle in shape and was black. It had 5 lights on the front resembling that of high beams, but was blinking like hazard lights, but in an alternating fashion. There were 2 red lights on the outside and 3 white lights in the middle. The white lights were the main lights blinking, almost like search lights. The object flew in an upright position so that when it flew over me I could see its underside which was rectangle shaped as well. The more extraordinary part about this sighting is that I could also hear the object. It made a light whooshing sound that was softer than that of a plane and kept the same tone. It was a calming sound like that of ocean waves and I live nowhere near a large body of water capable of producing such a sound. It also was lower than any plane I’ve ever seen before. The object came right out of the clouds in front of me as I was driving on a residential road near my home. Seeing the object prompted me to pull over and get out of my car to witness this immaculate event. The object literally flew right over me allowing me to give such specific details.After this experience was over I got back in my car and pulled off. As I got on a nearby highway I was able to see the object once again as it faded off into the clouds once more and was at a higher position in the sky than before when it was right over me. This was one of the most shocking events I’ve seen. To actually experience what I’ve only heard people speculate about and document encounters about is beyond any word I could use to describe. Truly freaky and bewildering. I hardly know what to think. NOTE: The above image is a rendering.

Sixty years ago a football match ground to a halt when unidentified flying objects were spotted above a stadium in Florence. Did aliens come to earth? If not, what were they? It was 27 October 1954, a typically crisp autumn day in Tuscany. The mighty Fiorentina club was playing against its local rival Pistoiese. Ten-thousand fans were watching in the concrete bowl of the Stadio Artemi Franchi. But just after half-time the stadium fell eerily silent – then a roar went up from the crowd. The spectators were no longer watching the match, but were looking up at the sky, fingers pointing. The players stopped playing, the ball rolled to a stand-still. One of the footballers on the pitch was Ardico Magnini – he was something of a legend at the club and had played for Italy at the 1954 World Cup. “I remember everything from A to Z,” he says. “It was something that looked like an egg that was moving slowly, slowly, slowly. Everyone was looking up and also there was some glitter coming down from the sky, silver glitter. “We were astonished we had never seen anything like it before. We were absolutely shocked.”
