Detailed Description of the UFO Event: So my wife and I were driving from Santos to Paulista (Sao Paulo brazil), we got lost driving which led us off track and that’s when i noticed something stationery in the sky, it was very far away, but i noticed that it was stationary in the sky and was coal black. I observed it for roughly 10 mins until we stopped the car and got out to look, it disappeared and then I looked again and it was to the right of me, but the distant it travelled was insane. So anyways still unsure what it was I just kept my eyes on it, for like 20 mins or so, then it just vanished and reappeared and closer again. And then just disappeared.
My wife and I were amazed by it and excited. So we got back into our car and started to drive up this hill and a decline on the other side, but just as we reached the peak of the hill the Ufo came up up the other side and we jammed on the brakes and the object was literally in front of us and then rose 15 or 20 meters above us, slowly flew from the front of the bonnet over us, roughly the size of a single-decker bus or a bit bigger, it had a metallic shine and black as anything u could imagine, cylinder shape and both ends where smooth and flush, no windows or any markings of any kind, I notice this from the start that it was cylinder shaped and both ends were flush, the ting that keeps playing on our mind is that we didn’t arrive at our destination until 9 pm. The Russian navy has declassified its records of encounters with unidentified objects technologically surpassing anything humanity ever built, reports Svobodnaya Pressa news website.
The records dating back to soviet times were compiled by a special navy group collecting reports of unexplained incidents delivered by submarines and military ships. The group was headed by deputy Navy commander Admiral Nikolay Smirnov, and the documents reveal numerous cases of possible UFO encounters, the website says.
Vladimir Azhazha, former navy officer and a famous Russian UFO researcher, says the materials are of great value.
“Fifty percent of UFO encounters are connected with oceans. Fifteen more – with lakes. So UFOs tend to stick to the water,” he said.
On one occasion a nuclear submarine, which was on a combat mission in the Pacific Ocean, detected six unknown objects. After the crew failed to leave behind their pursuers by maneuvering, the captain ordered to surface. The objects followed suit, took to the air, and flew away.
Many mysterious events happened in the region of Bermuda Triangle, recalls retired submarine commander Rear Admiral Yury Beketov. Instruments malfunctioned with no apparent reason or detected strong interference. The former navy officer says this could be deliberate disruption by UFOs.
“On several occasions the instruments gave reading of material objects moving at incredible speed. Calculations showed speeds of about 230 knots, of 400 kph. Speeding so fast is a challenge even on the surface. But water resistance is much higher. It was like the objects defied the laws of physics. There’s only one explanation: the creatures who built them far surpass us in development,” Beketov said.
Navy intelligence veteran, Captain 1st rank Igor Barklay comments: “Ocean UFOs often show up wherever our or NATO’s fleets concentrate. Near Bahamas, Bermudas, Puerto Rico. They are most often seen in the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean, in the southern part of the Bermuda Triangle, and also in the Caribbean Sea.”
Another place where people often report UFO encounters is Russia’s Lake Baikal, the deepest fresh water body in the world. Fishermen tell of powerful lights coming from the deep and objects flying up from the water.
In one case in 1982 a group of military divers training at Baikal spotted a group of humanoid creatures dressed in silvery suits. The encounter happened at a depth of 50 meters, and the divers tried to catch the strangers. Three of the seven men died, while four others were severely injured.
“I think about underwater bases and say: why not? Nothing should be discarded,” says Vladimir Azhazha. “Skepticism is the easiest way: believe nothing, do nothing. People rarely visit great depths. So it’s very important to analyze what they encounter there.”
Meanwhile Russian Navy officials have denied the collection of UFO-related encounters exists. A source in the Navy’s service staff said the story may have its roots in the reports of vessel commanders, which describe locating objects of unclear but Earthly origin.
“An illusion of a UFO encounter can result from large fish shoals, floating garbage or natural phenomena,” ITAR-TASS news agency cites the source.
Photographer Ed Keffel and reporter Jọo Martins claim to have witnessed Рand documented with five famous photos Рa UFO near Barra da Tijuca, Brazil. The authenticity of these photos has been in question for years.
On May 7, 1952, at approximately 4:30 PM local time, photographer Ed Keffel took five photos of an alleged UFO above the beach community of Barra da Tijuca, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Reporter João Martins was present with him at the time. First published in O Cruzeiro magazine, the photos have elicited excitement, as well as skepticism, as to their authenticity.
Soon after the photos were published, the Brazilian Air Force investigated the incident. Their conclusion was that the photos were authentic. This investigation was not made public until 1959.
Authenticity Questions
UFO skeptics have long questioned the veracity of the photos. As part of the Colorado Project, William K. Hartmann analyzed the photos and concluded, “This case is presented as an example of photographs which have been described as incontrovertible evidence of flying saucers, yet which contain a simple and obvious internal inconsistency.”
Joao Martins’ Statement
Joao Martins, the reporter who was present at the time of the alleged incident and who was the first to spot the object, later wrote a personal statement about his experience. This was co-signed by photographer Kefell.
In his statement, he said, “I do not know what that object was, and because of this, I classified it in the category of “unidentified flying object”, commonly called a “flying saucer.” The incident, besides the annoyances it entailed, contrived to call my attention on the subject as an only advantage, and consequently I have done research on the subject with the greatest detachment, both in sightings here in Brazil and abroad.”
In response to critiques that the light source shining on the UFO in the photos does not match the surrounding landscape (especially in photo #4), Martin stated, “As to the position of the Sun and the shadows on the foliage, as seen in one of the photos of Barra da Tijuca, it is easy to confirm them. One need only go there; and it is easy to reach the spot, at the same hour and time of year corresponding to the fact. This, in fact, has already been done, back in 1952, by technicians of the Brazilian Air Force, as was later divulged in detail by researcher Cleto Nunes by means of TV and the Press.”

So after she took a camera full of Óscar Arias Sánchez Friday afternoon at the Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones, she was attracted by the glorious sunset and the silhouette of the Instituto Nacional de Seguros.
Her philosophy on sunsets is to take multiple photos because the light is ever changing, she said.
Then it was time for the president-elect to talk with reporters. Ms. Ramírez took notes and photographed that and then returned to the Tribunal’s Fourth Floor window for some final shots of the vanishing sunset.
Not until she returned to her office after 6 p.m. Friday did she find that she had photographed much more than a sunset. A handful of photos show one or more elliptical lights in the sky on what seems to be a westward course.
During her second round of photo taking, she captured what appear to be some kind of aircraft in much the same area as where the lights had been.
San José residents were excited several weeks ago when some weather balloons were seen in the sky. The images photographed Friday, however, are not of weather balloons. They probably are not lenticular clouds, either because they are so small in relation to the existing cloud cover. Lenticular clouds frequently are advanced as a possibility when such lights are seen.
Ms. Ramírez said that close study of her digital photographs show similar lights. But these are not obvious as are the ones in the photos because they are in the distance.
Workers at the Juan Santamaría control tower report that they frequently see unidentified objects on their radar screens. They jokingly call these objects “bacteria.”
The camera records the first round of sunset photos made Friday at 5:52 p.m. The second series was made at 6:09 p.m.
The object resembled a falcon diving from a high altitude, but this was not a falcon. It was white as snow and had no sound, and was moving easily 30 mph towards Columbus, Georgia from my location.
The object was almost translucent and somewhat reflective because as it flew out of view it was like a shining dot in the sky. It was at 1500-2000 feet from the ground.
I am a retired combat vet that worked with drones in Iraq and this was like nothing I’ve seen. The rate of speed and lack of sound was noted were close to an airport and Fort Benning.
INVESTIGATION REPORT
On 2-8-2026 at approximately 2:48pm EST, the witness identified as M, observed a white craft flying silently above an open field near his residence in Smith’s Station, AL. The duration of the sighting was approximately 8 seconds.
Statements
On 3-1-2026 at 3:00pm PST, I interviewed M by telephone regarding his UAP sighting on 2-8-2026. M is a retired combat veteran and was a forward observer who worked with military drones and weather balloons in Iraq. M stated that it was approximately 2:48pm EST on 2-8-2026 when he was looking up in the clear sky and observed a “snow white” colored craft silently flying approximately 1500 to 2000 feet above him. M added that he has never seen anything like that craft, and he is very familiar with conventional aircraft and military/private drones.
M stated that as the craft flew over him, it appeared to be translucent with a type of haze around it. M then stated that for a quick second, he thought the craft was possibly a falcon, but that thought changed after he observed the craft “cutting through the air” and traveling approximately “Mach 1 (767mph).” M added that the craft dove from a high altitude like a “high speed boomerang” and was traveling south which happens to be the direction to Fort Benning. M added that his residence is approximately 10 miles from Fort Benning.
M stated that based on his training and experience, the craft was approximately 18 to 22 feet long, totally smooth, had no navigation lights, and left no trail of fumes. M added that it looked like light was bending around the craft, and he was sure that the blue sky was visible through the fuselage. M stated that despite the translucence and appearance of light bending around the craft, he was still able to see a structured craft. M also stated that it took the craft approximately 5 to 6 seconds to travel from horizon to horizon, and as it flew further away, it looked like a “bright dot.” NOTE: The above image is the witness rendering.
I am not sure if you can think back, but I have been receiving a number of reports and pictures of some strange objects around the same area in which this photo comes from. I also have heard of a few other reports coming in also, same area. Although this is a short report, the picture is of interest. West Central Minnesota Date: Saturday, November 8, 2003 Time: 5:30 p.m. Object was oval in shape. Coming from the east and horizontal. As it gets very close it turns to a vertical position and emits a red glow. Remains Îsidewaysâ for a few seconds then simply blinks off. Just disappeared. The moon was rising to the southeast of vantage point, air was surreal and it was quiet. No other remarks.
My husband photographed this object late last year. I had sensed it; however, the object wasn’t visible at the time this photograph was taken.
What is interesting is that the landmark is less than 40 feet high, and the area it was photographed is a high street. There were a lot of shoppers that day and the public never noticed it. It was hanging there, invisible except to the camera.
Looking objectively, the object would have been quite large had it been visible. It made no noise. I have several other ufo photos, but this is really interesting, considering the sceptism of my husband.

Curiosity’s mission to Mars began years ago, but the rover has continued to study the Red Planet well past its initial two-year mission timeline, to establish the historic habitability of Mars for life. Zoom in on the image and see for yourself. It usually takes me a few hours to properly scan one image for insects. Below are some of my newer findings on Mars. Sometimes it is very hard to get a clear image of these insects. Most of the time they are very small and by the time I enlarge them, the image looks blurry. KENS NOTE: Make sure you view these insects on a large screen desktop. Remember that rocks do not have legs, eyes, hair, tails, fur and antennas. They also camouflage themselves with the areas background.Most of these insects vary in length from 4 inches to 24 inches. All NASA has to do is look at their images from the Rover and helicopter. Many times, NASA blurs out portions of a hi-definition image or they copy and paste duplicates over the object they want to hide. NASA is lying to us again and it’s a wonder why the news media has not reported this to the world. It’s funny how the truth never comes from the news media.
For all of you conspiracy theorist, there is talk about Devon Island, in Canada, as being the place where most of these photos were taken. There are an increasing number of people who believe that NASA’s rovers never left the Earth in the first place, and the pictures they are allegedly sending back from Mars are taken in remote areas of our planet. “Evidence suggests that the pictures that we see on NASA’s website are not even taken by the Curiosity and Opportunity rovers. “It is very possible that by now, both rovers are stored in a hangar, somewhere at NASA’s headquarters.”
This event happened here in kamloops British Columbia on July 13/2022. I had just got home from taking care of my elderly mom who had a broken hip and broken shoulder, and was home bound for the last 5 years of her life, and I was the sole caregiver in the middle of the covid. We had nobody else into her apartment as I was severely injured from a shot in 2011and we refused any help coming in. The time was 11:42 pm pst and it was quite warm around mid to high 80 Fahrenheit. No wind, otherwise beautiful night. Stars were out and I don’t recall seeing any moon? Nobody was around and I paused for a smoke before I went into my apartment at 343 Nicola street, where ive lived for 18 years.
I heard a girls voice from above me, maybe a little over half-way up the building, its 15 stories high, and I struggled to see her as all the suites were in darkness, it sounded like she was on a cell phone talking quietly, no way could I see where? I then heard a shiiiiiik…noise as she closed her sliding glass door going indoors. At that exact moment, a glowing white object appeared above me from the south-west corner at the top of the building ….silently and slowly flying North East. I would guess its altitude at roughly what a Cessna airplane would fly at? I said to nobody.. “what is that?” “What the hell is that”?……It was literally straight above me moving silently away…..I pulled out my phone and started shooting rapidly…straight up through the power lines over my head. as facing east at that moment and I shot…..once-click…..?nothing!……camera jammed….twice–click? Nothing again?
Then on the third shot…”Boom”…..in a millisecond…an enormous orange wheel with a white center had appeared to have descended on me, touching the power-line, thirty feet above me, in silence faster than my human brain could even perceive it.. . And was rapidly pulling straight up and away from me….heading west towards my back..trailing a white contrail in its wake….I rapidly and automatically fired twice more. I was stunned like a shell shock as I looked to where the white object had been? It was gone, as well in the split fracture of time this happened…not a trace of the “orange wheel”..could be seen?
I wandered inside soo tired….my consciousness was skipping like a scratched L-p record, I tried to do my prayers and meditation but no way, my brain wouldn’t hold a thought…I went to sleep, I was exhausted. I had a small burn on the very top of my head that wouldn’t heal for 3 or 4 months and Mom would put Aloe Vera creme on it. I still have various effects to this day, I dont feel this was an “attack” and I look always for them. I never told a doctor. Mom became a complete believer. At least 62 children at the Ariel School in Ruwa, Zimbabwe made international news in 1994 when they saw multiple spaceships in the sky and witnessed one silvery disc-shaped craft land in a field near their playground. They also saw small beings in dark suits exit the craft. This happened approximately 112 miles northwest of Mount Nyangani.
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – 03-18-26 – I was in my backyard, trying to fix the old wooden swing that my grandfather built when I was a kid. It was a peaceful afternoon, and the sky was a brilliant blue, without a cloud in sight. Suddenly, a strange humming sound caught my attention.
I looked up and saw a shimmering, metallic object hovering just above the tall oak tree. It was shaped like a teardrop and had a smooth, reflective surface that seemed to change colors with the sunlight.
The object didn’t make any noise except for that soft hum, and it moved so gracefully, like it was defying gravity. As I watched in awe, the teardrop-shaped craft began to emit a series of small, bright orbs that danced around it in perfect synchronization.
These orbs zipped around the craft, creating patterns that were mesmerizing to watch. I couldn’t believe my eyes, and I stood there, rooted to the spot, unable to look away. On July 11, 1991, a total solar eclipse was visible from Hawaii and Mexico. Some of Ufology’s best, yet controversial videos were taken by the citizens of Mexico.
The objects in questions have been explained away by debunkers as the planet Venus or Jupiter, or other misidentified conventional flying craft.
Take a look at the evidence and see if you think that the objects in question were in fact, a planet, comet, or other atmospheric phenomena. The majority of video taken over Mexico was recorded using video cameras which were generally available to the public at the time, videocassette (VHS) camcorders.
Shortly after 1:00 PM, the eclipse began. Hundreds of camcorders and cameras were ready to document the event. As some of the waiting cameramen scanned the sky, something unrelated to the eclipse caught their eye in the darkening sky; at first the object appeared to be a small, shining star-like object.
As all eyes watched the skies, a number of videographers captured the unknown object/objects. An initial investigation into the footage taken during the eclipse listed as many as 17 different videos taken.
Researcher Jaime Maussan and others presented much of the footage on a primetime television special. Appeals were made to anyone who might possess other footage of the events of the eclipse to come forward.
Not only was this footage brought forward, but video and photographs of other UFO events were also submitted for analysis.
The entire country of Mexico and the world at large was now aware of the UFO phenomena, and more and more cameras were trained on the skies.
I was sitting on the deck when I realized that a black, c-shaped object was flying over Vienna. It was a cloudy day. The object flew with a constant speed into one direction without make any sudden movements. It flew from the west side to the east side until it was right before the Danube when it changed slowly its direction to south. At this point it began to decrease altitude and disappeared behind the Vienna international center. It was a warm December night in 1965. I was 14 years old and my cousin John was 12 years old as we left my house to sneak a few cigarettes down the alley. We lived in the suburban community of Bridgeville; 12 miles southwest of downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We came to this lithographic building which had a loading dock in the back. It was the perfect place to sit and smoke in secret. We knew we had to leave soon. The time was getting late into the evening. But, before we made our way back to my house: Something pierced the night’s sky over my left shoulder. Our heads turned to the left and our eyes could not help but notice a bright ball of light! Both John and I were stunned. Our mouths dropped. The object was about the size of a full moon and it trailed sparks or little bits of light. The odd thing about it was the thing did not fall straight down.
The UFO went laterally; sideways; almost up! Whatever this was…it could not have been a meteor. A shooting star (or space debris) falls down. A natural object does not move horizontally. Meteors do not go up. There was no sound. We could not tell its distance from us since the object appeared just like a big dot of light. This was no saucer with lights or any kind of features. The entire sighting lasted for approximately 5 seconds. Then, the object passed over the southern hill; behind the trees of what was called Cook School hill. John and I immediately reacted. We ran to my house very excited. My father, an old skeptic, thought we were crazy. UFOs were not a part of his belief-system. Nevertheless, I convinced him to drive us up to the top of the hill and check to see if anything came down there. At the time, my cousin and I thought the thing could have hit somewhere around Cook School. My father humored us and drove us around. We saw nothing strange.
This convinced my dad that there was nothing to this UFO business. ‘Ah, UFOs’ he would say and had a good laugh at my expense. Thirty-eight years had passed. I don’t smoke cigarettes anymore. I had seen a number of UFOs in my life. When looking back at the past, I almost did not put this experience in with those other unexplainables. Probably, the reason was it did resemble a close meteor fall. I assumed this was merely a natural event and was nothing extraterrestrial. Very recently, on television’s Sci-Fi Channel, they showed previews of ‘ Kecksburg Exposed.’ This was a 2-hour special hosted by Bryant Gumball. I looked forward to this because they were calling it the ‘new Roswell’ and it happened in the Pittsburgh area; my home town. Minutes into the show, my mouth dropped (as it did 38 years ago) and I said ‘Oh, my freaking God.’ I saw the Kecksburg UFO!
I certainly should have heard of this event and I’m a little ashamed that I’m not that up on UFO history. Actually, I’m glad that I didn’t put 2 and 2 together before this point because that would have lessened the revelation that occurred during the documentary. The most compelling factors in the show that led me to conclude I saw it was: 1) This was the time I had my sighting; late one warm December night in 1965. 2) Kecksburg is 25 miles southwest of Pittsburgh; Bridgeville is 12 miles southwest of Pittsburgh. The object moved south and it appeared to us to pass over the southern hill. 3) The UFO, according to all reports, did look similar to a meteor. In an old newsreel film, an interviewer asked a very young Kecksburg resident: ‘What did it look like?’ The boy answered: ‘A star on fire.’ A street in the small farming town of Kecksburg was named METEOR Street because of this encounter with the object. People who were able to get a good look at it said that it was acorn-shaped. An acorn monument was erected in the town and stands to this day.
The first reports came out of Canada and the thing in the night’s sky continued southward. The UFO buzzed the Pittsburgh area and turned…which, of course, indicates that it was not a natural phenomena. Thousands of reports flooded into news agencies. KDKA received hundreds of calls alone. If I was only mature enough, I would have searched through newspapers the next day. This would have told me that my cousin and I were not alone in our observation. Kecksburg was another Roswell because the military was dispatched. Once more…government agents, soldiers, Men in Black converged on a small American town. Guns were pointed at citizens; people’s lives were threatened; there were ‘radiation’ scares; and authorities told people to lie. People witnessed that federal ‘suits’ seemed to give orders to the military.
This convergence of government officials does not happen when a meteor falls to Earth. Of course, there are those that will say the Kecksburg UFO was a piece of Soviet intelligence…and that was the reason for military intervention. The same was said about Roswell. A large, flatbed truck was seen entering the wooded area where the thing seemed to come to a soft landing. The truck was empty when it went in and covered when it left. To this day, the Kecksburg controversy rages on as townspeople are divided as to what really occurred. Some deny the fallen object and that feds made any appearance at all. Others claim to have had been in direct contact with government intimidation. This writer is very pleased that something did happen at Kecksburg . I wish my father was alive so I could tell him that I was not crazy. Or…look dad; there are many others that are just as crazy as I am. NOTE: THE ABOVE IMAGE IS C.G.I.
Jared Lee, a graduate student at the University of Florida, and an aerospace engineer at the time the video was made, relates a riveting UFO encounter he had with his family in December, 1991.
Lee was 13-years-old at the time of the event.
On the night of the encounter, he was with his parents, who both worked for the State of Florida. They lived in the sparsely populated town of Havana.
The family has gone to Tallahassee, picked up a pizza, and arrived back home about 10:00 PM.
Exiting their vehicle to go inside, Jared noticed something unusual; there were lights coming down from the top of the nearby trees. He called his parents’ attention to the lights.
The family thought at first that what they were seeing were hunters in the forest shining their lights to locate a deer. The lights appeared to be scanning the forest floor.
The trees were approximately 60 ft. tall, and the family pondered: “How did they get the lights to the top of the trees?”
Jared’s father was visibly shaken, and this was the first time that the boy had ever seen his father afraid. Suddenly, the car horn began to sound, and to the left side of the area the family watching, a large glowing orange ball of light began to move.
Then to the right side, a large blue-green ball of light followed suite.
Both of the lights were moving up to where the original lights were. Then the two balls of lights disappeared. For a brief moment, there was nothing but darkness.
Then a large beam of intense, glistening white/gold light beamed down to the forest floor illuminating the entire forest area. At the top of the light, a large UFO became clearly visible.
Jared described its size as “unbelievable.”
The craft sat hovering for some 10-15 minutes. It never made a sound. Then the object simply vanished, and was not seen again. What this was and what its mission was is undetermined.
In the summer of 1950, Paul was in the U.S. Army and working at Camp Wallace on the James River in Virginia. One day, for reasons he no longer can recall, he went to Camp Peary near Williamsburg, Virginia. While there, he recognized an MP guarding a bunker; they had served in Guam together.
“I went down and asked him what he was guarding,” says Paul, “and he said I can’t show you. So I kept talking to him and he said, ‘All right, I’ll give you a brief look at it.’ So he opened the door.”
Behind the door, just 15 to 20 feet from him, was an alien standing in a small cage with a base that was only three to four feet square. The alien was about 4 ½ feet tall and only wearing briefs.
What caught Paul’s eye the most was the alien’s skin color which he described as “an old orange-gray, dead-looking color.” Despite the color, Paul assured us it was alive and seemed to be aware of his presence.
Though smaller and skinnier, Paul found the alien’s features remarkably human-like. The shape of the head, ears, eyes, nose, chest, arms and legs were all similar to those of a human being. He did say the alien was almost bald with just a little bit of hair. He also noticed the alien’s fingers were longer than those of a human being.
After viewing the alien for several minutes, Paul left the bunker. He recalls the guard saying “that was the fifth one from Roswell” and “they were taking it up north somewhere.” In an earlier interview, Paul explained that the alien was transported from Roswell, New Mexico to Fort Hood, Texas before arriving at Camp Peary, Virginia. “At that time,” Paul adds, “Camp Peary was the most secret place that we had in America. I didn’t know much because I didn’t stay there long, but I know you had to have top secret (clearance) to get in.”
When Paul Epley finally talked publically about some of his secret military activities, his story ended up in a small North Carolina newspaper. Guess what? Two weeks later, two FBI men showed up where he was working and said, “If you don’t keep your mouth shut, we’ll shut it.”
That was in the 1990s, but today Paul no longer cares if they kill him. He’s 80 years old, fighting cancer and wants to get three things off his conscience. On August 8, 2010, two of us from the Sky Ship website and two men with video cameras were invited to his home to record stories that have haunted him nearly his entire life. We also were given access to documents and an earlier video that originally weren’t to be released until after his death.
The following is a true and accurate account of my “close encounter” in Seattle, Washington, which occurred in 1993. I believe it was in the month of November.
It was a Sunday night about 9:30. I often had occasion to be driving north about that time of evening on Sundays, and I usually took the I-5 freeway. This time, however, I knew the freeway, northbound, was jammed up due to an accident. So I took an alternate route which eventually led me to what I think was East Marginal Way, right next to the main Boeing Aircraft facility in Seattle.
As I was traveling, northbound, I noticed three red lights low in the sky ahead of me and to my right. They were moving in unison, very slowly across my field of vision from east to west. At first, I thought they must be the lights of a low flying plane, perhaps about to land. Then I thought, no, they must be helicopters because a plane, even if it was landing, wouldn’t be moving that slowly.
The trouble was, I couldn’t actually see the craft or crafts that the lights were attached to. They were, maybe, a half mile ahead of me, about 30 degrees to my right. Normally, I wouldn’t have paid much attention to this because I’d been making that Sunday night drive past Boeing (although via the freeway) for twelve years.
This is also not too far from the Sea-Tac Airport. In all that time I’d seen plenty of airplanes and helicopters flying low in this area. But something was different this time. It took me a minute to realize what it was. It was the fact that the lights weren’t blinking. I thought that was odd.
It seemed to me every airplane or helicopter I’ve ever seen flying at night had blinking lights. I squinted my eyes as I drove toward the lights, trying to see just what I was actually looking at.
Although I was now only about two blocks away from being directly under the flight path of these lights, I still could not make out what they were attached to.
However, from their slow, steady movement, in unison, I was pretty sure all three of them were attached to a single object, rather than being independent of each other. By the time I was directly in line with their flight path, they were about to enter the airspace above Boeing Field to my immediate left.
At this point I was convinced it was a single, low-flying craft of some kind and I knew there was something very odd here. I pulled my car off to the side of the road and rolled down the window to get a better look. But the craft was now directly overhead so I had to get out of the car to see it…
I opened the car door and stepped out, craning my neck to see the craft as it passed slowly directly over my head at an estimated altitude of less than 500 feet (Note: at the actual time of the sighting my impression was that the craft was perhaps only about 150 feet above me).
I could see it was a gigantic black triangle. There is no other way to describe it because that’s precisely what it was; a huge, black, triangle; not just “sort of” triangular-shaped, like one of those stealth jets I’d seen photos of.
It was just one big, three-sided, cookie-cutter-straight-edged, black, geometric shape; a triangle with one large, round unblinking red light at each of its three corners, flat up against the underside of the craft. There was a high, gray cloud cover that evening, subtly lit by the Seattle city lights in the distance. I could clearly and without obstruction see the object like a huge, dense, black silhouette against this gray ceiling.
I stood there almost not believing what I knew I was seeing. I actually said to myself, “Ok. What, exactly, are you seeing? You’re going to want to remember every detail of this! Just the facts, now. What, exactly, do you see?”
I made a mental inventory. “Black triangle. Red light on each corner, flat up against the underside of the craft. They don’t blink…
(Note: at this point it has proceeded on past me and was now over Boeing field)… It looks like it’s about seventy-five to a hundred feet above one of the main Boeing hangars. It’s moving very slowly. Maybe five miles per hour. It’s heading west. It appears to be about the size of a football field.”
Suddenly I realized, as I stood there in the dark on this quiet empty street, the object didn’t make a sound! Maybe more than anything else, that’s what made the whole thing so eerie. Something that huge, that close, moving through the air at a snail’s pace should be making some kind of a sound. A hum. A rumble. Anything. But, no.
It just moved across the sky like something out of a Steven Spielberg movie with the volume turned off. I looked up and down the street to see if anyone else was witnessing this silent event, but the street was dark and empty in both directions.
It occurred to me, however, that the thing had just passed directly over hundreds of cars on the freeway which was only a few miles east of where I was standing. I looked up again at the mysterious craft now blending into the dark horizon. I watched it until I couldn’t see it anymore and then it was over.
I got back into my car and closed the door. The window was still open and I took another look. Nothing was there but the gray night sky, softly aglow from the distant city lights. It was as if nothing had happened. But believe me, it did, indeed, happen.
Addendum:
The weekend following my sighting (referenced above), I told my ex-wife about it. We’re on good terms and I was either picking up my son for a weekend visit or returning him. I can’t recall which. In any case, her response to what I told her was rather shocking but it may be significant to note that she has no interest in the UFO phenomenon and is not prone to making up such stories “off the cuff”.
She works as a cocktail waitress and has conversations with many people during the course of her work. She told me that one of her customers, a Boeing employee, told her that there was an underground manufacturing facility located somewhere on the Boeing property where they were building a huge, triangular craft.
Supposedly this was a “secret” underground facility that no one was really supposed to know about. I asked her what else he told her but, having no real interest in such things and being very busy that evening, she didn’t bother to ask any questions or in any way follow up on the conversation…
As I recall, she didn’t know who this fellow was as he was apparently not one of the “regulars”.
I don’t know if this story has any merit or not, but I did find it very curious, especially coming from her and especially since I did see the craft cruise slowly, directly over the Boeing manufacturing plant.
Also of interest is the fact that Boeing made big news in 2002 when a story hit the press that they were experimenting with anti-gravity propulsion. Later, however, they denied it. But I recall that some researcher (I think it may have been Bill Hamilton) actually saw a 45-page document from Boeing pertaining to the anti-gravity research.
It occurred to me at the time of the sighting that the craft seemed much too big to be able to cruise that slowly without just falling to the ground. In fact it’s more accurately descriptive to say it was “floating” rather than flying.
In any case, as stated previously, my ex-wife not only has no interest in such matters, she’s also not one to come up with such imaginative tales on the spur of the moment. She was quite serious when she related this incident to me.
So just what did I see? Was it an alien craft? A secret military craft? I don’t know. We’ll just have to file it into the “Gray Basket” as UFO researcher, Stanton Friedman, is fond of saying. NOTE: THE ABOVE IMAGE IS C.G.I.
The object immobilized two cars, and was moving extremely swiftly and without noise. What is most important – it has been observed with a naked eye!
It is Sunday, January 8, 2006. Two men are returning from a wedding party. Both ask for their anonymity to be preserved, so we shall only use their first names – Maciej (Matthew), 65, is driving, and Zbyszek, 60, sits in the passenger seat. The atmosphere in the car is merry, the passenger is actually still very tipsy. And – an important factor in the whole story – he has a still camera, quite good at that: an Olympus. He was using the camera to photograph dancing couples but on this day it will turn out that having it enabled him to take one of the best UFO photographs in the world.
They drive towards a town called Terespol, or – to be more precise – towards a smaller town called Międzyrzec Podlaski. It is approx. 12:30 when their navy-blue Polonez car approaches the so-called “black spot”, so called because for many years there have been many tragic road accidents happening in this exact place (this detail may turn out to be of great importance). The “spot” is situated at the international European route E30, 10 kilometres behind the city of Siedlce as one drives towards Terespol, approximately where the villages of Zdany and Zbuczyn Poduchowny are located.
Seeing the “black spot”, they slow down, but suddenly, less than a hundred yards away, they see… something big, metallic and shiny flying across the road! Matthew, who is driving the car, is convinced that some kids are making fun of drivers by… throwing a huge bowl. A moment later the car’s engine stops. There is, however, another detail that must not escape our attention. Another car is running behind with Russian registration plates, a passenger minibus. And its engine stops at exactly the same moment! Both drivers step out of their cars, open the hood and try to start their engines. Zbyszek, the passenger, also steps out of the car. He is holding a camera – it’s a perfect opportunity! In the cloudless sky a condensation trail of a jet plane is clearly visible. Without much thinking, he starts taking pictures, but he suddenly notices something strange slowly moving over the fields.
The object is big, about two metres in diameter, and it reminds two bowls welded together at the edges! It is metallic – sunlight is reflected from its surface. No engine can be heard, there is no fumes or smoke, but… a very strong wind starts blowing in gusts! It is also of importance, as there was no wind so strong on that day. Zbyszek starts making pictures of the unidentified object. At one point the UFO starts a swift ascent and instantly flies away. All in all, the “two bowls” were moving around the two cars for almost 8 minutes! When the object disappears – the engines of both cars start with no problems.
