During the 14-year history of this website, the night of January 24, 2015 remains the most remarkable for UFO sightings over the mountaintop town of Cashiers, North Carolina.  UFOs were zipping all over the sky and included the strangest UFOs we’ve ever seen.

“They were everywhere – east, north, south, west. They were different sizes, different colors – so many I couldn’t count them all.  Sometimes I saw laser-like beams of light shoot across the sky, but so fast I couldn’t get a photo.” – Glynis Heenan, resident of Cashiers, NC

Some of the most unique UFOs seen that night are shown below.  The white object in the first photo is an “ordinary” or typical UFO often seen over Cashiers.
