| Several people at the Riverfront park concert observed this UAP and videoed it as did I. The object was stationary at about a 45 degree elevation from my position. I took several photo’s of it with my iPhone. I then started to video it and it went from stationary to high speed it what appeared to be a downward path. The flight path appeared to make minor flight adjustments. After travel what appeared to be a long distance, the UAP stopped and hovered for 30 seconds. As it was stationary, it began to brighten and then dim several time. It them sped off in what appeared to be a Southeasterly direction at high speed. I followed it until it went behind other people in the crowd.
