I never reported this to anyone offically. I have discussed & shown the object I accidentilly captured in a photo December a year ago with family members & some co-workers. Some were intrigued, some very skeptical. In my mind, it’s a UFO, no doubt about it. My husband, my sister-in-law, & myself were on a 4 day cruise in the Caribbean. On the evening of Thursday, Dec. 19, 2002 getting ready to depart Key West, FL we were on the uppermost deck of the ship watching the sunset to our West. The time was between 5:30 & 5:45 p.m. The sun sets very quickly this far South, so I was intently watching the sun go down thru the view finder of a simple Kodak 35mm disposible camera. Music was playing but not loudly. There was no noise coming from overhead and no motion to take our attention away from getting the sunset on film. There were lots of people on the starboard side of the ship doing the same thing. I took only two shots, just a few seconds apart. I had the film developed at a local Wolfe Camera Shop.
I looked at the photos before I left & when I saw the object in the sunset photo, I asked their rep if there was a scratch on the negative or any trash on it. He looked at the negative closely with a magnifing eye-piece and said no there wasn’t. He thought, like I did, it was a very curious photo and even jokingly said that “you may have captured a UFO without even knowing it”. The object is gone in the photo taken almost immediately after the first one. I mailed the negative to the Kodak Picture Center (901 Ctr Pk Dr, Charlotte, NC) and had it enlarged to an 8″ X 10″. The enlargement definitly showed it to be a solid object. Someone at work had a maginifing device that we put right over the two ends of the object & when you shine a pin light flashlight into the part provided for that, the end toward the sun is a reddish yellow, reflectant of the sun I believe. The end away from the sun is definitely green. Also, there are distinct ridges to the parts that slant downward. I have no way of determining the distance this object was from us, or the actual size of it in relation to the other ship that was leaving the harbor at Key West during this sunset. Since you are a research site, maybe there is someway you might could figure this out.
On July 16, 1952, Shell R. Alpert, a photographer with the U.S. Coast Guard, took a famous photograph of four bright objects in a “V” formation in the sky. This iconic photo was part of a wave of UFO sightings and awareness in the early 1950s.
Alpert recounted the sighting, “I was sitting in the photo office filing negatives with my back toward the window when I turned slightly in the direction of the window and noticed something bright outside. I observed the sky and saw what appeared to be several bright, almost brilliant lights slightly on the starboard side of the power plant smokestacks.” He described them as “wavering” for a few seconds, only to have them dim down by the time he had focused his camera.”[1]
He then called over a colleague, Thomas Flaherty, and the two observed that the lights were bright again. At this point he took the photograph. Right after, according to Alpert, there was a “momentary flash” and the objects were no longer visible.[1]
The photographic print was given to Alpert’s superior and flown to Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, D.C., and then to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for analysis. Alpert was reportedly interviewed by numerous governmental officials.
The photo and news of the incident was picked up by newspapers all over North America. Alpert subsequently shifted his description of his experience in a news release from the Coast Guard.
LEARY, GEORGIA – On October 12, 1973, then Governor Carter responded to NICAP’s inquiries about his sighting with a letter and a report form. Harry Lederman the Regional Investigator handled the investigation. Phone 404 656-1776 Education: Graduate in Nuclear Physics. Military Service: Navy Carter and ten members of the Leary Georgia Lions Club witnessed a UFO, shortly after dark, 30 degrees above the western horizon in October of 1969. The group of persons observed the object for ten to twelve minutes starting at 7:15 EST. The object was at one time as bright as the moon. The object changed size, color, and brightness. The object was sharply outlined and self-luminous. The object came close, moved away – came close then moved away. It was about the same size as the moon, maybe a little smaller, varied from brighter/larger than planet to apparent size of moon. The object moved to distance then disappeared. Estimated distance to the object was difficult to determine, maybe 300-1000 yards about 30 degrees above the horizon.

The brightest star, Sirius, has a magnitude of -1.4, Venus at its brightest can reach a magnitude of about -5, and the full moon is -12. Additional information is needed to determine the exact nature of the object and thus it remains as a viable unidentified object in my opinion.

CARLYLE LAKE, KEYSPORT ILLINOIS — During hypnosis of an October 28, 1999, abduction I was out boating on Carlyle Lake. I remembered the flight from the lake to the craft and getting a good view of our town from the air, and going through the floor of the UFO. The boat gradually moved over me and went through the bottom of the craft before I did.
I did not get a good look of the UFO as I was concentrating on my boat and other possessions as we were brought through the floor.
The next thing I recalled is standing inside the craft and seeing an examination table which was on a pedestal that almost reached the edge of the table.
It was molded into the floor. There was some kind of structure over the table that looked like a light or some instruments. The room was rounded and I was guided to the table by a small gray. I remember getting up on the table as if I had done it before.
At that moment, I discovered that my clothes were gone. Shortly there after a larger gray came up and put his face into mine and I felt he was sucking the memory out of me.
I was okay afterward and left alone. I then tried to get to my clothes, but wound up back on the table. After I received some kind of examination, I again went to my clothes and the small grays helped me get them on.
The next thing I remember is sitting in the boat and a ramp with a rounded front that opens up. The grays pushed me and the boat out some 750 feet above the northern portion of Carlyle Lake. I did not stay in the boat, but floated out.
Afterwards, I just forgot the whole thing except the position change which was about one quarter of a mile and I was going in another direction. I have been able to determine that there were two abductions and one failed abduction before during the same year and have recalled parts of others with and without hypnosis.
Two of the abductions and a failed abduction were recorded on a GPS and saved.
Hi Ken, I hope you are well my friend. It was a beautiful hot sunny day, and the sky was clear and completely devoid of any clouds, so I immediately grabbed my gear and went straight outside into the back garden. I couldn’t wait to see what I could capture on this fine sunny day. I had my Asus laptop with me and I was monitoring all the aircraft within the vicinity by their identifying transponders.
I saw and photographed many commercial airliners and once the air space was finally clear of all aircraft, I started taking random bursts of photographs in an area of the sky where I have often sighted strange anomalous objects, and while in the process, I captured a round object that flew diagonally across that section of the sky. The object was at around 38000 ft, and it had no transponder.
This object was using active camouflage to stealthily blend in with the sky making it almost impossible to be seen with the naked eye. it was not a balloon, drone, or aircraft, It had no visible means of propulsion and made no discernible sound.
This anomalous object moved off before it intelligently changed direction and disappeared from view. I have photographed these types of objects several times before and I have designated them as “Center-Type Objects.” Yet again I have captured an anomalous object over my hometown.
These crafts are always ever present within the vicinity of this town, and the fact that I can go out and photograph them so easily proves that my astute observations are correct. The photographs were taken at 6:06 PM on the 20th of April 2024, at Newton Abbot Devon England. All the best John.

On November 7, 2006, multiple United Airlines employees—including pilots, mechanics, and supervisors—reported seeing a dark, disc-shaped object hovering silently over Gate C17 at Chicago O’Hare International Airport for several minutes.
Witnesses described the object as metallic, saucer-like, and motionless despite windy conditions, before it suddenly shot straight up at high speed, leaving a perfectly circular hole in the cloud layer above the airport that closed shortly afterward.
Air traffic control did not detect the object on radar. The FAA initially denied knowledge of the incident and later attributed it to a rare weather phenomenon, a “hole-punch cloud,” though witnesses maintained they saw a solid object prior to the cloud formation.
No official investigation results were released, and the incident remains unexplained, often cited as one of the most credible civilian UAP cases due to the number and expertise of the witnesses and its occurrence in controlled airspace.
Four hot pink UFOs were captured on video on January 11, 2024 by Denisa Tanase (L), an airline flight attendant with Wizz Air based in Hungary. At the time, she only was focused on videotaping a city at night during her flight between England and Poland. It wasn’t until 20 minutes later that she looked at the video and saw the pink UFOs.
“I thought, ‘How is this possible? ‘I’ve seen stuff before on the Internet and thought, ‘Hmm, this could be photoshopped,’ but I had it on video myself.”
Tanase, a wife and mother of two, said she didn’t feel scared. Instead, she felt excited and says the video is proof to her that extraterrestrial life exists.

This photo of a UFO over the southern tip of the Andes Mountains in Argentina was taken by Nancy du Tertre around noon on January 12, 2025 during her trip to Argentina and Antarctica.

“About the third night, I was able to dream again but I didn’t feel particularly in control of my dreams. The imagery and storylines were extremely vivid, colorful and involved public figures in ridiculous and unlikely scenarios. Finally on the fourth or fifth night, normal sleep returned but the content of my dreams was still a bit bizarre.”
Friday, December 9th, around 4:30 pm. My daughter and I were standing outside talking when we saw a slow moving, oblong shaped, glowing white object. A few seconds later another glowing oblong object came extremely close to the first object and passed it before briefly stopping a little ways ahead of the first object. It then sped off extremely fast and that was when we lost sight of the second object. The slower moving object hovered in the same place for a few seconds before continuing on at a slower pace. Then it all of a sudden sped off and disappeared behind a cloud (I think). That’s when we lost sight of the first object. I live near BWI Airport so I am very familiar with how airplanes look. These were DEFINITELY NOT airplanes. Other than the glowing whitish light they gave off, there were no other lights. Neither object had wings or a tail, things that are perfectly observable on airplanes. I serious doubt that the FAA/ Control Tower would have allowed two airplanes to fly that close to one another. There would surely have been a crash if that was so. Honestly, I was a skeptic when it comes to UFOs but now that I’ve seen 2 of them with my own eyes, I have no doubt that they exist. There is no other explanation for what these objects could have been. NOTE: The above image is real but from another case file.
The unidentified object was first noticed as it flew above the city of Brzostek at high altitude. Then it changed course and flew over a market in the center of the city. The person who made this photograph said that he was outside at his home when he saw this strange for him object. He call it fantastic! The witness took a few photographs from his garden outside his home. The photographer of the object quickly ran to his balcony, and took several more photos of the object .
The motion of this object was up and down. The object moved to the center of the small city and flew forward and away. The witness took about 10 photographs of this object . Reaction of the newspaper ” Wiadmosci Brzosteckie ” wrote that they saw the pictures and they are the original photographs and asked the readers for their thoughts.
Argentina: A UFO Stole Water from a Military Base in Santa Fe. An effort was made to conceal the case for years, but the proof is undeniable
The case emerges 11 years later and makes manifest the strange repetition of events related to Ufology that are intentionally concealed from the public. The episode occurred on the evening of 24 November 1999 at an army base located in the provincial capital of Santa Fe. A strange “imprint” appeared on the ground.
The official story suggested a gag among army officers, but research showed that several witnesses directly observed the presence of a 40-meter-long flying object. But that isn’t all, because no one was able to explain the reason why the water tank and two water cisterns that supply the troops were left completely empty.
The exciting story of the event and its subsequent investigation was made known by Grupo Vision OVNI resulting from field work by experts Luis Brussa (general research), Ariel Maderna (photography) and engineer Fabian Rossi (calculation and diagrams).
“After having learned of the event, I decided to go to the base to carry out investigations. Ten days had elapsed. I invited two researcher friends – Ariel and Fabian – to come along. So we grabbed our gear and went out to conduct field research, which is unquestionably the most pleasant and interesting aspect,” says Brussa regarding the origin of the event.
A Search for Truth
“Upon arrival, we were greeted by two soldiers. We told them that we were researchers of the subject and wanted to carry out some studies. They whisked us off to a superior officer, to whom we had to explain matters in greater depth, why we were doing it and what we would do with our conclusions. Permission was granted,” states the researcher.
He later explained that “the soldiers themselves led us to the impression, located in the remotest area of the base, which covers six blocks. We started by looking at the imprint and other facilities, such as sheds, the water tank, trees, wires and the cistern, which supplies water and has a depth of 15 meters and a diameter of 2.5 meters.”
The first clue emerges here. According to the story that Sgt. Carlos Villano told the researchers, “the cistern was practically drained the night of the event.” The officer also stated that the morning following the event, the principal of the primary school that operates on the base’s premises called him to report a lack of water in the school’s rest rooms. “I was sent to the cistern to see what was going on, thinking that the fuses had blown, but they were fine,” said the officer. At the same time, he found that the cistern and tank were both out of water, while noticing the circular impression for the first time.
Direct Witnesses
Another witness was Claudio Chena, the water basin’s custodian, who was 25 at the time. “He said that he was a professional photographer and showed us pictures taken of the event. He also explained that he was playing soccer with his cousin in the base’s soccer pitch, which is in the front of the base, facing Avenida Freyre,” comments Brussa.
“Claudio said that after 9:00 p.m., they saw a bright light toward the water tank, and that the lights went out throughout the district, but not the street lamps, which remained on. They paid little mind to the situation, thinking the lights were from a truck driving along Calle San José, behind the district,” states Brussa in his account.
The researchers canvassed the base’s neighbors, and came across Marta. “This woman said that on that evening, they were watching TV with the family and suddenly became aware of a persistent, even buzzing sound, a sensation similar to that of an earthquake, which Marta had felt in Córdoba, and she compared it as being alike. She stated that the TV set and the household lights experienced at least two brownouts, although power was not entirely lost,” says Brussa.
Another key witness was Aidé, who already knew of the imprint. Aidé is Colombian and is married to a renowned rural doctor. Her son is an architect. On the night of the event, she was standing in the doorway facing Calle Salta around 8:45 p.m. when she saw “a light having a circular shape, with a luminosity similar to that of a fluorescent bulb, and it flew at low speed.
The treetops concealed it. It didn’t give off sparks or lights, smoke or any wake at all. It didn’t change shape, nor did it blink or explode, or even accelerate. It just moved on a fixed course, maintaining its brilliant light and shape.”
“She only saw a single object, which in her estimation, was between 30 and 40 meters wide and at a distance of some 150 to 200 meters. She added that at that time se felt a sense of tranquility and total silence during the approximately 12 second duration of the event,” states Brussa’s report.
Characteristics of the Imprint Found at the Base
Shape: Circular. Measurement: 5.30 meters: Interior: 1.2 meters. Characteristics: the inner print was not perfect. The external print presented a shape with hexagonal edges, not very defined, toward the south. Organic vegetable matter: grass. Size: 3 to 4 cm. tall.
Color: Natural green at the center of the print; dark brown within the print itself. The virgin soil surrounding the grass was similar to that at the center of the print, natural green and regular height.
Complementary Data: The print was seven meters distant from the water tank. Ten meters away on the left is a shed containing two water cisterns which provide water to the tank. Water comes from the street network and fills both cisterns.
An electrical pump sends water to the high concrete tank. Water was missing from the cisterns the day after the event. They [the cisterns] have a diameter of 2.5 meters and a depth of 15 meters. The cistern panel connected to the electric pump did not short-circuit.

UFO fever has hit South Devon with one amateur photographer snapping this “flying saucer” over Brixham. The Herald Express switchboard was swamped with calls yesterday from readers who said they spotted mystery objects over Torbay. Some reckoned what they saw was a Jumbo jet-sized party balloon while others accepted it as a UFO. Police and coastguards said they had no reports of any close encounters. Chef Nick Borne from Paignton, who took the main picture, was enjoying a meal out with his family on Tuesday evening when the flying phenomenon strayed into view. Nick, who works at Aromas Cafe in Hyde Road, was using his mobile phone to snap panoramic views from the Berry Head Hotel when the craft suddenly appeared in shot. A bemused Nick secured a couple of images and continued eating. But the object, which he captured for posterity at 6.30pm, was witnessed by at least 20 others elsewhere in the Bay at around the same time. One mystified skywatcher was retired British Aerospace engineer Roy Dutton.
He tracked an object for 20 minutes through a high-powered telescope. He reckoned it was flying at 10,000 ft and was at least the size of a Jumbo jet. Mr Dutton, of Brunel Park, Watcombe, Torquay, said: “The telescope magnifies by 80 times. “At first I thought it was just an airship but I could see it clearly and there were no signs of control or propulsion. There were no features whatsoever. It was jet black. It was just like a great big party balloon. “It moved slowly along from north to south over Torquay. “I have never seen anything like this before. I know from my experience of aircraft that it was flying at about 10,000 ft and it was very big, at least the size of a Jumbo jet. After about 15 minutes it stopped. Then it just wobbled and ascended to probably double the altitude, drifting away quite quickly broadside on towards the south east out over the Channel. I lost it eventually at about 5.25pm when I had to move the telescope because of the trees. “What concerned me was that it was in the flight path often used by aircraft approaching Exeter airport. My first guess was that it was some sort of experimental balloon, in which case the authorities should be investigating.
“I didn’t attempt to photograph it because I know from experience that it is very difficult to capture a good image of anything at that height.” Teenagers Helen McGregor, 15, and her 14-year-old cousin Hayley Tucker, reported seeing an object in the sky from Ellacombe. “We all just stood there. Nobody said anything because we didn’t know what it was. It looked like a kite but it was really, really high. It was just a long black tube. We ran back to tell my auntie but when we looked again it had gone,” said Helen. Laura Lamont, of Moore Lane, Watcombe, was with a crowd of about 10 people on Babbacombe Downs who looked up in astonishment. “It was really amazing. We were all stuck for words. During the time we were watching it a red helicopter went across and there was a low-flying jet which went passed. They were nothing like this. It was so high up in the sky and it just seemed to have stopped there, dead. Lots of others were pointing up to it too.” Five golfers in Torquay interrupted their game to gaze in wonder at the cylindrical object which they said remained still in the sky for 15 minutes, the length of time that Nick Borne saw it before leaving the Berry Head Hotel with wife Claire and nine-year-old daughter Maddison. “I was just panning around with the mobile when the UFO popped up and I took the pictures,” said Nick. “I’m still quite sceptical about it all. At the end of the day it was something I could not identify. It was stationary and conical shaped with a dome in the middle.
I’ve no idea what it was,” he added. He did not alert other diners and left with the object still hanging in the sky. Simon Wills, who runs Babbacombe Model Village, also saw the phenomenon, which he reckoned might have been a balloon of some description which came away from its mooring. “It was long and black with a shiny texture. It floated over Oddicombe Beach to Petitor and beyond,” he said. Gary Close, from Pendennis Road, Hele, saw it through his high magnification binoculars. “The end facing me had a yellow tinge. If it was an escaped balloon I could not see any wire or rigging attached. It was very peculiar. It’s difficult to say how big it was.” Other witnesses were Adam Nesbit from Watcombe and Pat Shemwell from Babbacombe who said: “It was around for about half-an-hour. I gave up looking at it in the end.”

Black Triangle Floating Craft With Lights
Approximately 5:15am on Sept 17th, I walked out onto my back patio and noticed the sky was not very dark, but it was much darker around me. I looked up and there was a massive black triangle craft right above me. It was easily seen because it was much darker than the sky. It was half the size of a football field or bigger. I was directly underneath it and I could see 4 round lights, that were not on, and it was just floating/hoovering in place.
I was frozen and just starred at it for about two minutes before I ran into the house to grab my phone. I ran back outside, and it had started to float off headed west towards Chattanooga. It had changed colors to what looked like silver and the lights were now on. It looked as if it had lights on the side as well. I was not able to see the sides of the craft when it was directly over me. It looked like it had a tail with a red light on one end, and the rest of the lights appeared to be white. It was about a block of off I-40.

Of the 35 photographic cases examined by the Condon Committee (pp.168-9), only two were judged to be “first priority” — having potential value in establishing the existence of “flying saucers.” One was the so-called Calgary case with its two photos. Dr. Hynek, who subjected the original negatives to exhaustive lab tests, called the first photo (above) the “best Daylight Disc photograph I have personally investigated.” Fifty miles southwest of his home in Calgary, Alberta, Warren Smith and two friends were returning from a weekend prospecting trip through rugged “bush” country on July 3, 1967. At about 5:30 PM the youngest of the group pointed to what at first all thought was an airplane.
It was some two miles away at about 2000 feet — but losing altitude fast, as if headed for a crash. As it traveled toward them, they noticed it had no wings. “…It passed slightly out of view behind some trees, ” went Smith’s deposition, to which he swore under the Canada Evidence Act, “…then reappeared and hovered in the open sky, and something of a much smaller size fell from the craft.” In the 25 seconds the object was in view, Smith remember the loaded camea in his pack. “I … took two pictures of this strange craft and swear… no other humans were in that area” and “no camera tricker” was involved, he stated. The object was described as circular, shiny, and about 25 feet wide. Arrows point to a small cloud formation virtually unchanged in both photos, proof of Smith’s claim that the shots had been taken only seconds apart. Hynek, who flew over the site with Smith, found no evidence of a hoax in his investigation.
Curiosity’s mission to Mars began years ago, but the rover has continued to study the Red Planet well past its initial two-year mission timeline, to establish the historic habitability of Mars for life. It is now working in collaboration with the new Perseverance Mars rover, which landed in February 2021 and has been tasked with collecting rock and soil samples for a possible return to Earth.
KENS NOTE: As you know by now, NASA says it has no evidence of life on Mars. After researching a few hundred images from the rovers on Mars, I have discovered hundreds of insects and very strange things. NASA has purposely blurred many images on Mars in order to hide life on Mars. All you have to do is research and view the NASA hi-def images to see for yourself. You can also find the GigaPan images on Facebook. There are a few Mars sites that have the GigaPan images on them. These images seem to be in hi-definition and makes it easy to spot insects or mammals. Make sure you are using a larger desk top screen or laptop, at least 16 inches, to properly see the image. Zoom in on the image and see for yourself. It usually takes me a few hours to properly scan one image for insects. Below are some of my newer findings on Mars. Sometimes it is very hard to get a clear image of these insects. Most of the time they are very small and by the time I enlarge them, the image looks blurry. KENS NOTE: Make sure you view these insects on a large screen desktop. Remember that rocks do not have legs, eyes, hair, tails, fur and antennas. They also camouflage themselves with the areas background.Most of these insects vary in length from 4 inches to 24 inches. All NASA has to do is look at their images from the Rover and helicopter. Many times, NASA blurs out portions of a hi-definition image or they copy and paste duplicates over the object they want to hide. NASA is lying to us again and it’s a wonder why the news media has not reported this to the world. It’s funny how the truth never comes from the news media.
For all of you conspiracy theorist, there is talk about Devon Island, in Canada, as being the place where most of these photos were taken. There are an increasing number of people who believe that NASA’s rovers never left the Earth in the first place, and the pictures they are allegedly sending back from Mars are taken in remote areas of our planet. “Evidence suggests that the pictures that we see on NASA’s website are not even taken by the Curiosity and Opportunity rovers. “It is very possible that by now, both rovers are stored in a hangar, somewhere at NASA’s headquarters.”
December 30, 1969, 1.30 p.m. Bariloche, Argentina:
Prof. Sebastian José Tarde, MD, a prominent physician and later director of the Mendoza Central Hospital, spent the year´s end with his students in Bariloche, a popular holiday ressort in the Argentinien Andes. When the group shipped on the Nahuel Huapi-Lake, the Professor shot some photos with his Leica camera. Only after he got them back from development he realized that he had photographed an orange disc over the mountains. Two photographic experts from Mendoza analized the original slide and concluded that the object cannot be a lens flare nor a mistake in the film. They were sure that it ins indeed a real object. Indeed UFOs are frequently seen over the Lake, and several sightings were reported in 1999 and 2000.
Say I’m slightly unhinged or even that I’m trying to kick back and relax a little after all that Goldschmidt stuff. But I’d still like to know what really happened on July 4, 1947, when scores of flying saucers were spotted over Portland. And I’m not making this up, either. It was on the front pages of both newspapers.Two police officers, Walter Lissy and Robert Ellis – both World War II vets and civilian pilots – saw the first ones over Oaks Park. They were fast-moving, silvery discs, traveling in formation, Ellis and Lissy said. According to the newspaper stories, the Portland Police Bureau was immediately placed on full alert. That same day, Thomas Berry, who lived on Northeast Killingsworth, saw something, too. So did M.A. Deaton, who lived on Northeast 32nd. Deaton said it was a disc, flying due east “faster than an airplane.” Downtown on Broadway at the Jackson Tower, where The Oregon Journal was then located, several employees saw a flyby of discs and if you can’t trust a reporter to know a flying saucer when he sees one, I don’t know who you could. Three sheriff’s deputies assigned to the harbor patrol spotted a cluster of discs at about 10,000 feet. Another policeman, Earl Patterson, radioed in from his car at Southeast 82nd and Foster with another report of flying discs. He said they were aluminum or eggshell in color, traveling at a high rate of speed. * * *
That evening, more strange discs were spotted by the pilot and crew of a United Airlines flight en route from Boise to Portland. Nine flying saucers, which they all described as bigger than their airplane, cruised along with them for 15 minutes. The next day, The Oregonian, obviously looking for a positive angle on the story, reported that despite the numerous sightings of unidentified flying objects, no damage to the city had occurred .Whatever it was, though, it was catching. * * * The Portland flyby came hardly a week after the first-ever recorded flying saucer sighting, by a private pilot near Mount Rainier in Washington. On June 24, one Kenneth Arnold reported seeing nine shiny objects, which, as he told the first reporter he saw upon landing, skipped through the atmosphere like saucers at speeds of up to 1,700 miles per hour. Although, as a check of the original news stories indicates, he also said they were shaped like boomerangs, the reports of “saucerlike” flying objects spread throughout the world. Over the next month or so, flying saucers were sighted in 23 states. We can, nevertheless, take pride in the fact that the Portland sighting is generally acknowledged as the largest.

At about 3:30pm on July 11th 1977, Sr. Hector Rufino Delgado, 29, a horticulturist, was working in his greenhouse at the rear of his home in Florida, Uruguay. It was a magnificent day with an almost clear blue sky, and the temperature, in spite of the winter season, was almost spring-like. A light breeze was blowing in from the east. Suddenly, Sr. Delgado heard a high pitched humming sound, “Something like that produced by an electric motor, or a ventilator.” He nevertheless paid little attention to the noise and continued with his work. The humming increased in intensity, but a few seconds later it decreased until it was almost imperceptible. In less than a minute, the humming came back to audible level again and increased once more. This time its tone was a little sharper. “It was not constant, but its intensity increased and decreased perceptibly, and the same with the tone,” said Sr. Delgado. The witness began to wonder about the possible origin of the sound.
He laid down the tools he was using and went to the doorway to look out. He saw, some 200m from his position and no more than 50m above the ground, a silver disc-shaped object moving smoothly, suspended in the air. “I was slow to react; never had the thought occurred to me that I might encounter a thing like this… but there it was, swinging gently as it balanced itself in the air a few meters above the ground,” assured the witness. After a few moments of indecision, Rufino ran to the house to get his camera. He grabbed the camera and raced back, fearing the strange object might leave. “I ran as fast as I was able. When I was looking for my camera in my house, I wondered if it would really be worth while to photograph the object, or whether it would be there when I came out of the house and got back.
However from the doorway of my house, I saw it again, no longer suspended motionless in the air, but moving very slowly toward the south.” He barely arrived back out at the greenhouse when he stopped to take a picture, but he saw that some trees would be in the way. He ran to a better location. “When I took the first photograph the UFO was still moving very slowly toward the south, but I had barely snapped it when the object drastically altered its velocity and trajectory and commenced some climbing maneuvers as it increased its elevation above the ground,” declared the witness.
A series of pictures taken by a young lad of 16 years named Christophe Fernandez. According to his testimony, at around 18 hours, he was leaving his parents’ house when he saw a luminous ball 35 meters from him, hovering stationary over the ground, despite a strong mistral wind. He had the impression he could see through the ball of 180 to 250 centimeters in diameter, whose general appearance rejects that of a metallic surface. He was the only eyewitness. He took a camera and approached the object. He could see spheres slowly moving inside it. He took 5 photographs. The object rose from ground level to 4-5 meters, at which point a very brilliant cylinder (1 x 0.40 meter) came out from its base. At great speed, the object flew to the sky. The sighting lasted 30 minutes. As for the negatives, they are no longer available: left unattended, they were stolen from the premises.

Strange object photographed from oil rig in the gulf, was stationary then moved at unusually high rate of speed to the north.
Picture taken on 05 OCT 2025 at approx 1930hrs CDT from an oil rig approx 140 miles south of Houma, Louisiana in the Gulf of America. Photo was taken facing west , object was traveling south to north.
Photographer first noticed object with his peripherial view, looked at the object and observed it in a stationary hover, when pulling out cell phone to take a pic, object was starting to slowly move and when the cell phone raised to take a pic, the object zoomed off at an unusually high rate of speed .
Photographer estimated that the object was at least as large or larger than the helicopter landing pad on the oil rig and that it was approx 500 yards from him on the rig.

INVESTIGATION REPORT
Witness: K Phone interview date/time: 10-11-2025 at 8:30am PST
On 10-11-2025 at 8:30am, I contacted K by phone and interviewed him regarding his son’s UAP sighting. K’s son works on an oil rig, and wasn’t able to make a report or be interviewed, so K made the report to NUFORC and spoke to me briefly about his son’s sighting. K stated that his son did not want his name or the name of the oil rig mentioned in this report for security reasons.
K stated that his son is ex-military, and now works on an oil rig. K also stated that his son is unable to take a phone call to be interviewed about his sighting. K allowed me to email him questions about his son’s sighting, and then he would forward those questions to his son. He added that when he received the answers, he would forward them to me for the report. The following answers are from K’s son.
The craft was hovering above the water approximately 500 yards from me, and was totally silent. It was approximately the size of the helicopter pad on the oil rig which is 57 feet by 57 feet. It was amber in color, and all of the craft appeared to be smooth. I could not see anything that looked like a cockpit or engines, and there were no lights inside or outside of the craft.
I reached for my phone to take a picture of the craft, and as soon as I did that, the craft started moving slowly north. I was able to take the picture that is on the initial report right before the craft took off faster than anything I have ever seen. I did not hear anything when the craft took off, and I didn’t see or feel any air disruption either.
Conclusion
I found nothing on FlightRadar24. So far, there are no other reports from anyone on the oil rig. I told K to contact me anytime if there were more sightings, or if he had more information about this sighting. K and I did note that there were some interesting features on the craft when we zoomed in on it. I am classifying this as an anomalous sighting,
