I was in a large, fast boat searching for a lost boat that had not returned to port that night. There were 5 of us. While we were out in the middle of the night, we saw a red glowing light about a half mile away and thought it was the lost boat’s light. We followed it at high speed for about 30 minutes, never catching it as it kept its distance from us. We all thought “maybe the boat was farther away than we thought”, since it was very late at night and a small light. We chased the light again for about another 45 minutes, but it stayed exactly the same distance ahead of us. Finally, the light disappeared, so we went to the spot where we thought it was last located. The captain turned off the engine so we could listen. We all took a side of the boat to look and listen. After about two minutes, the captain, who was at the front/stern of the boat screamed. We immediately ran up there (it was a large cabin cruiser). He was somewhat shocked. He said that a red globe, slightly bigger than a basketball, had risen up out of the water and stopped about 3 feet in front of him. Before he could say anything, it had accelerated into the night sky. We never saw it again. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
Our family had just come to America about 1 year before. I was 10 years old then. We eventually moved to Southern New Jersey, in a town called Millville. The house was old and in need of many repairs. I helped my dad clear the overgrown weeds in the yard, and in a few days the yard looked pristine.
About a week later I awoke from a sound sleep and bright lights were shining into my room from the back yard. I got up and looked out the window into the yard and I couldn’t believe at what I was seeing. There appeared to be two translucent spheres just sitting still inside our yard. They had a soft white glow to them. I quickly went downstairs and went out the kitchen, which led to the backyard.
I simply could not believe what I was looking at. Two shed sized spherical objects were hovering inches off the ground, right next to each other, they made no sound, and there was no recognizable writing anywhere on them.
I reluctantly touched them, and they felt warm to the touch, and very smooth, you could almost see inside them but not quite, like they had a light frosted texture to them with a familiar shadowing. That made it difficult to completely see inside them and this may sound crazy, but they both completely resembled like our moon. Let me repeat that, the shadowing was a perfect match for the shadowing of our moon, craters and everything, and if I didn’t know any better, I would swear they were miniature replicas of our moon. I know how bizarre that sounds, but that particular fact haunts me to this day.
There was enough room for me to walk between them as I touched them and I know this is going to again sound as crazy as this story, but I felt as if my brain was being flooded with some type of incomprehensible information, at least incomprehensible for the time being. I can’t recall exactly how long I was out there but, I do remember my feet getting wet from the patches of grass that had already grown. It was a summer night, and the air was muggy.
It seemed like I was out there forever, but if I had to guess i would say, for at least 20 minutes. At one point the intensity of the light of both spheres intensified to a much brighter hue and, I instinctively backed off several feet. Without any other warning both spherical objects both shot straight up, and in a fraction of a second totally disappeared, leaving me in the dark. I stared at the night sky for a few minutes trying to process all of it. I had a sense that this was an experience of a lifetime and, felt lucky.
With that, I made my way back through the kitchen door and looked at the clock on the wall, it was exactly 3:30am. I grabbed a towel from the closet and dried off my feet and, laid back in my bed. I couldn’t go back to sleep, I just kept thinking about what had happened and I never uttered a word of it in the morning to anyone. I went out in the backyard and looked where the spheres were located but there was not even a hint of a sign, that anything had been there. This event made me seriously think about all the images that ran through my head as I was touching the spheres.
I had no idea that the information would make sense years later. This particular encounter has been key to come to a most logical conclusion about the birth, life, and death of our known part of this observable measurable universe. I have placed a generic picture that most closely resembles what I witnessed, coincidently I found a picture of multiple moon looking UFOs and, I zoomed in to recreate my encounter. January 6, 1976 was Mona Stafford’s 36th birthday. To celebrate, she and her friends Louise Smith and Elaine Thomas decided to drive thirty-five miles from their home in Liberty, Kentucky, to have dinner at the Redwoods Restaurant, between Stanford and Lancaster, Kentucky.
Louise Smith was driving them in her ’67 Chevy Nova. The three women had an enjoyable dinner together. None of them drank any alcoholic beverages with their meal. At about 11:15, the trio headed back home, expecting to be home by midnight.
At Stanford, Kentucky, nine miles from Lancaster, they turned off Highway 27 and onto Highway 78 towards Hustonville. Just outside Stanford, a curious thing happened.
A bright red object appeared in the sky, which Mona Stafford at first thought was an airplane on fire. As the object descended from the right side of the road to a point ahead of them, they could see that it was not an airplane, but a huge object bigger than “two houses.”

The object stopped about a hundred yards ahead of them, stretching across the road on both sides. It rocked back and forth for a couple of seconds, and then moved off to the left. They kept driving and assumed that whatever it was had kept going.
However, after they had been about a quarter of a mile, a blue light appeared through the rear window of the car. At first, they thought it was a highway patrol car with its lights flashing, but soon they realized that the flying object had circled around and had come up behind them.
Suddenly, something wrested control of the car away from Louise Smith. The car accelerated even though Mrs. Smith took her foot off the accelerator, and the speedometer was soon on 85 mph. Mona Stafford, in the front passenger seat, tried to help Louise regain control of the car, but it was not possible.
The women began to feel a burning sensation in their eyes. The ignition lights lit up on the instrument panel, an indication that the car’s engine was stalled, but they were still speeding along.
They saw a wide, brightly lit road ahead of them, and then, seconds later, the scene became Highway 78 and they recognized they were on the outskirts of Hustonville, a full eight miles from where they had just been. Checking the time, they found that, incredibly, an hour and twenty minutes had passed.
They arrived at Louise Smith’s trailer in Liberty at 1:25 am, almost an hour and a half late. They went inside to collect themselves and found that they each had a red mark like a burn on the backs of their necks, and they all had burning, irritated eyes.
Louise Smith went into the bathroom and removed her watch to wash her face. She saw that the hands of her watch were spinning at a much higher than normal speed. When she splashed water on her face, she found that contact with water caused pain in her hands and face.
They went next door, to the home of Mr. Lowell Lee, and told him what had happened. He had them separately sketch the object they had seen. The sketches were extremely similar, if not identical. They called the police and the local navy office, but neither showed any interest in their story.
In the days that followed, Mona Stafford had more problems with her eyes than did the other two women, and she sought medical help for severe conjunctivitis. Louise Smith’s pet parakeet was now inexplicably terrified of her and the bird died a couple of months later. Smith’s car also began to develop mysterious electrical problems.
The navy office reportedly gave information about the story to the news media, and the story was soon in the newspapers. Hearing of the case, Jerry Black of MUFON set up an interview with the three women. J. Allen Hynek of CUFOS and Jim and Coral Lorenzen of APRO also investigated the case.
The investigators found that other individuals had independently reported sightings of a UFO in the Casey and Lincoln counties that same night. Dr. R. Leo Sprinkle of the University of Wyoming heard of the case and flew in, and on March 7, 1976, he performed a preliminary hypnotic regression of the women.
In his conclusive paragraphs Dr. Sprinkle reports:
“In my opinion, each woman is describing a “real” experience, and they are using their intelligence and perceptivity as accurately as possible in order to describe the impressions which they obtained during the hypnotic regressions.
Although there is uncertainty about their impressions, especially in regard to how each person could be transported out of the car and relocated in the car, the im pressions during the “loss of time” experience are similar to those of other UFO witnesses who apparently have experienced an abduction and examination during their UFO sighting.”
In July of 1976, Lexington Police Department detective James Young separately gave the three women lie detector tests regarding their experience. They all passed with no problems. Later that evening and continuing into the next day, extensive hypnotic regression of the women was performed by R. Leo Sprinkle.
These sessions were similar to the story of Betty and Barney Hill in that they revealed that during the period of missing time the three women were taken on board the object they had seen. While there they were medically examined by shadowy beings that they later identified as being similar to depictions of aliens. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
My first extraterrestrial experience happened at around the age of 6. One night I visited my aunt’s apartment, just a floor above ours, as we lived in a condominium at the time. It was starting to get dark, and the adults were going to watch an adult film. So, as it happened, I was sent out to the outdoor balcony while they enjoyed their adult entertainment.
As I faced the balcony railing just above the railing from the right of me, came into view a glowing red sphere (which I would say was no bigger than maybe, a common soccer ball) just floating along very slowly it made a soft buzzing sound as if a swarm of bees were inside of it. As it passed in front of me it stopped. and the glow intensified in magnitude, a red dot appeared at the center of the sphere the dot shot out to, what I can only describe today as a laser beam that was wide at the end enough to cover all of me, it made several passes up and down and then sideways over my body. I felt no discomfort whatsoever as this was going on, but I could not move either, I was paralyzed and even my speech was silenced. I was literally a captive audience.
The dot disappeared and the glow of the sphere returned to its original magnitude… the object then continued along it way and as soon as it was far enough its paralyzing effects abated ,so naturally I being curious ,I went to the edge of the balcony railing and looked to the left seeing the red sphere floating along and going on its merry way … naturally I tried to tell all inside when they finally let me back in but you know how that went…
About six months after this incident, I developed a very aggressive ganglion cyst behind my right knee, and it quickly reached the size of a softball. It was surgically removed, and it took me about another 6 months to regain full mobility…
I am fully convinced that the scan I received was either partially or fully responsible for my cyst…. furthermore, I’m totally convinced that it introduced a precognitive/intuitive ability that I can only use not at will, but at random to safeguard myself or anything pertaining to my personal everyday occurrences, from any type of harm by forewarning me of a pending event. January 1976, I was eight years old and living with my family in Hazelette Hollow on a small farm a few miles out in the country (outside of Stanford). The location of the farm is in the Appalachian foothills and a ridge separated us from the road (highway 78) where three women were abducted near the drive-in. From the old farm to the drive-in, it would basically be a straight shot as the crow flies. My mother said she noticed strange lights illuminating the house and exclaimed what is that?!? As typically it would be very dark in the hollow at night. My mother, older brother and I went outside to witness the craft. The craft traveled along the tree tops parallel, and across, the road. At the time there were three families living in the hollow, us, the Rowe’s and the Hazelette’s.
It was a dome shaped craft moving silently as it rotated and had various lights that reminded me of Christmas lights. Some lights rotated around the center and others probed and search from the smaller dome underneath. The craft crossed the road, so it was situated between us and the Hazelette’s just beyond a tree line where it stopped, paused and went down. I recall a feeling of terror as I thought “oh no, ‘they’ are on the ground” and it seemed just as quick it raised back up to its original position then proceeded over the ridge and towards the drive-in where the three women were abducted. Strangely I don’t remember us ever mentioning it again until my brother called me in the 90’s out of the blue and asked if I remember the UFO we saw as kids. I instantly recalled the event, and he informed me to my amazement that it had abducted three women and it was all over the internet. The records of this expedition is still Sealed and marked “TOP SECRET”, and no one is supposed to be able to read it. WHY !!! Now, 71 years later – what is to super secret ?? It must be very important for mankind, so they do not want mankind to know. In 1947, Admiral Richard E. Byrd led 4,000 military troops from the U.S., Britain and Australia in an invasion of Antarctica called “Operation Highjump”, and at least one follow-up expedition.
That is fact. It is undeniable. But… the part of the story that is seldom told, at least in “official” circles, is that Byrd and his forces encountered heavy resistance to their Antarctic venture from “flying saucers” and had to call off the invasion.
This aspect of the story was pushed forward, again, a few years ago, when a retired Rear Admiral, allegedly living in Texas, who had been involved in the “invasion”, said he was “shocked” when he read material from a documentary, entitled “Rire from the Sky”.
He allegedly claimed that he knew there had been “a lot of aircraft and rocket shoot-downs”, but did not realize the situation was as serious as the documentary presented it.
Operation “High Jump”, which was, basically an invasion of the Antarctic, consisted of three Naval battle groups, which departed Norfolk, VA, on 2 December 1946. They were led by Admiral Richard E. Byrd’s command ship, the ice-breaker “Northwind,” and consisted of the catapult ship “Pine Island,” the destroyer “Brownsen,” the aircraft-carrier “Phillipines Sea,” the U.S. submarine “Sennet,” two support vessels “Yankee” and “Merrick,” and two tankers “Canisted” and “Capacan,” the destroyer “Henderson” and a floatplane ship “Currituck.”
A British-Norwegian force and a Russian force, and I believe some Australian and Canadian forces were also involved.
Interestingly, the Pine Island (AV-12), one of the seaplane tenders involved in the expedition, has a rather colorful history. The USS Pine Island, a Currituck Class Seaplane Tender, was laid down, 16 November 1942, at Todd Shipyard Corporation, in San Pedro, California. It was launched, 26 February 1944, and given the commissioned name, USS Pine Island on 26 April 1945.
The ship served through the final months of the Second World War, and the immediate post-war period, but was decommissioned on 1 May 1950 When the Korean War broke out, the ship was re-commissioned, on 7 October 1950, at Alameda, California. She was finally decommissioned, for good, on 16 June 1967 and laid up in the Reserve Fleet.
But… here’s where the story gets interesting… The USS Pine Island was struck from the Naval Register, on an unknown date… Her title was transferred to the Maritime Administration for lay up in the National Defense Reserve Fleet… on an unknown date… and… the ship’s final disposition is unknown… Now… how does one go about “losing” a major surface ship, over 640 feet long, almost seventy feet wide, with a displacement of over 15,000 tons? [see Rejoinder below]

As a federal employee with immediate access to the NDRF (National Defense Reserve Fleet) archives, which are all unclassified, let me provide additional information as it relates to the subject story of 3/15.Mr. Choron states:“The USS Pine Island was struck from the Naval Register, on an unknown date… Her title was transferred to the Maritime Administration for lay up in the National Defense Reserve Fleet… on an unknown date… and… the ship’s final disposition is unknown… “Here’s what I can tell you: PINE ISLAND was delivered to Zidell Explorations in Portland, OR (now Zidell Marine) on 3/7/72 under a standard scrapping contract. Zidell paid $166K for the ship, which would be typical. In 1971 PINE ISLAND was towed to Bremerton to be stripped out by the Navy, which is not uncommon for a ship to be scrapped. The fact that she (nor the other AVs) is not listed on the Naval Vessel Register is strange, but probably just an oversight on the Navy’s part (as is not uncommon). Should you E-mail the nice folks running the NVR today, they would probably thank you for pointing out the ommission and add the missing ships.Now, all this is not a refutation of OPERATION HIGHJUMP; that will be left up to others.
The story, of course, gets stranger, still. The Pine Island is not the only ship involved in “Antarctic Research” or “exploration” to have disappeared. There were numerous others. The question is not so much “how many”, that is fairly well established.
The question is “how and why”… particularly “why”…
On 5 March, 1947 the “El Mercurio” newspaper of Santiago, Chile, had a headline article “On Board the Mount Olympus on the High Seas” which quoted Byrd in an interview with Lee van Atta:
“Adm. Byrd declared today that it was imperative for the United States to initiate immediate defense measures against hostile regions. Furthermore, Byrd stated that he “didn’t want to frighten anyone unduly” but that it was “a bitter reality that in case of a new war the continental United States would be attacked by flying objects which could fly from pole to pole at incredible speeds”.
Interestingly, not long before he made these comments, the Admiral had recommended defense bases AT the North Pole.
These were not “isolated” remarks… Admiral Byrd later repeated the each of these points of view, resulting from he described as his “personal knowledge” gathered both at the north and south poles, before a news conference held for International News Service.
He was hospitalized and was not allowed to hold any more press conferences. Still, in March 1955, he was placed in charge of Operation Deepfreeze which was part of the International Geophysical Year, 1957-1958, exploration of the Antarctic. He died, shortly thereafter… in 1957… many have suggested he was murdered…
So… who was the enemy that owned or flew these flying objects? Germany was apparently defeated, and there was no evidence that the new emerging enemy, Russia, certainly had such superior technologies. They were, like the United States, only on the verge of the “rocket age”, and totally dependent upon technology, and expertise captured from Germany at the end of the War. There was no other known threat could that could account for the United States’ invasion of Antarctica nor for the development of any craft that could fly “fly from Pole to pole with incredible speeds.”
Of course, the Roswell Incident had been in the news the past summer, but… it had been “officially” explained, and hushed up by the time Highjump began.
KENS NOTE: My father Earl Pfeifer was on the Carrier Philippines Sea during this mission to the South Pole in 1947. He served earlier on the attack Carrier Bennington during the Iwo Jima and Okinawa campaign. He never spoke about the High Jump operation.
Curiosity’s mission to Mars began nine years ago, but the rover has continued to study the Red Planet well past its initial two-year mission timeline, to establish the historic habitability of Mars for life. It is now working in collaboration with the new Perseverance Mars rover, which landed in February 2021 and has been tasked with collecting rock and soil samples for a possible return to Earth.
KENS NOTE: As you know by now, NASA says it has no evidence of life on Mars. After researching a few hundred images from the rovers on Mars, I have discovered hundreds of insects and very strange things. NASA has purposely blurred many images on Mars in order to hide life on Mars. All you have to do is research and view the NASA hi-def images to see for yourself. You can also find the GigaPan images on facebook. There are a few Mars sites that have the GigaPan images on them. These images seem to be in hi-definition and makes it easy to spot insects or mammals. Make sure you are using a larger desk top screen or laptop, at least 16 inches, to properly see the image. KENS NOTE: All NASA has to do is look at their images from the Rover and helicopter. Many times, NASA blurs out portions of a hi-definition image or they copy and paste duplicates over the object they want to hide. They are lying to us again and it’s a wonder why the news media has not reported this to the world. It’s funny how the truth never comes from the news media.
Witness stated “My story- end of May 2018. I was without a house for a few days so I was staying in a park in Niagara Falls just off Drummond. It’s 3-4am. I noticed clouds that came in quickly even though it was clear seconds before. They were really low clouds very wavy looking. I thought weird and said so to my friend. I sit down (facing North) put my shawl over my head. I hear what sounds kind of like wind turbines and I say out loud what kind of jet is that. I stand up and look towards the water fall (To the right of me (SE)-slightly behind me) that’s where the sound is coming from, but knowing jets move faster than the speed of sound I’m expecting to see this in-between me and the water falls which is only about 15 min walk from where I was. Out of my left eye (SW) pretty much right above me a light catches my eye. Right above me. It didn’t look higher than a high-rise building. 3 lights in a triangle!!!! I’m like wtf. I look trying to make the shape out/ how big this thing is, what kind of material is it made from, looking like “I am I actually seeing this.” I look down at my friend and say to him to look, he gets mad says “I just want to sleep.” I look back up and without a sound this thing is gone only a faint single light way far up and then it’s gone…” NOTE: The above image is CGI.
