We had been visiting Jerome, AZ and drove up to scenic overlook on Hwy 89A above Jerome.
When we exited the car, I walked up to wall at NE end of parking lot. I saw a flash of light ahead of me and asked if anyone saw it. I was only one out of 4 who did.
My wife was taking a photo with her IPhone 7. When she looked at the photo, it showed what I thought I had seen. There is a flash near the wall, that moves to my right, then flashes higher above my right vision.
Next frame shows a 4 sided flying object in only one frame of the “live frame†and then is gone.
We have photo of it. I now believe we saw a flying ship due to the photo.
I was outside taking out the trash and saw a strange light in the sky. I had my phone on me, so I called my wife who was in the house and told her to get outside.
She was standing by the garage and I was walking back towards the house (about 90 feet). My neighbor was also outside.
It appeared to be moving towards the ground, vertically towards the area where we live. Then prior to it disappearing, it moved back towards the sky.
It was bright and disk-shaped, no sounds were present.
It stayed in one place for a few seconds and then would move erratically in a chaotic pattern, but with no recognizable signature to identify it by any means.
It was not an aircraft, because immediately as this was happening we heard two jets (aircraft of jet-like origin) moving towards the object.
We tried to videotape this with the camera phone but it was too dark, and would not be sufficient for what we saw.
After we heard the jets coming towards the area of the object, it shot across the sky and disappeared. The jets continued to make loud noise, but soon after were gone as well. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
On a plane bound to Greece, a man has videotaped an unknown flying object which was flying alongside the jet. The footage was shared by passenger Kerry Flores on Youtube and has been seen by many over the world-wide video site. Comments from viewers included: “Incredible video catch. I’m thinking (sic) you got a UFO,” was one comment. While others weren’t convinced and said that it was a trail of smoke from another plane.
Either way, I’m pretty sure we can all agree that we’re not too keen on weird things flying anywhere close to us at 30,000 feet? I’m not sure about you, but if I spotted this next to my window while on a plane, I would have probably panicked a bit.
This is a recount, to the best of my recollection, of events that occurred from October to December, 1968. I swear that the following is true and actually happened.
All of these sightings occurred at a place locally called “The Tote Road.” This was a wood road near Toad’s End on the east side of the Passagassawaukeag (Passy) River, and it ended on a high point of land.
This provided a view of a long field through which high-tension power lines ran. The lines are in a generally east-west direction.
The Tote Road was a place where young people hung out at night, out-of-the way, and a pleasant location to sit and listen to the radio and watch the stars.
I was one of those young people and spent many pleasant hours up on the Tote Road, often with dates and sometimes, just with my buddies.
Sometime in mid-October, we had our first unusual experience.
While sitting in my 1967 Ford, we noticed a lighted object coming along approximately 100 feet above the power line. The object came from the east and when a few hundred yards away from us, it halted, still above the power lines.
We heard no sound and were fascinated by the sight.
While we watched, we saw the object spin about. It was of a basic, elliptical shape. It was lit with red and green lights and appeared to have windows.
As it spun as if on an axis, we noted that small, lighted objects dropped from the object and drifted downward, toward the power lines. We could not discern the nature of the small objects, but they left a kind of light trail, or lighted thread as they descended.
I don’t recall seeing the small objects return to the larger, hovering object. After what might have been an hour, the large object sped off toward the west.
We were sort of shaken by the thing and left soon after the object left. But a couple nights later, we determined to return.
This became a regular habit, and we went almost every night. About half the time, we were rewarded by seeing similar objects acting in much the same way as during our initial sighting.
In fact, seeing these things became routine and we became desensitized to it. In time, we began to bring others with us to see the objects.
On some nights, we would see multiple objects. These each and every one, followed the power lines. Never, did one deviate from this pattern.
Then one night, after watching a (by this time) standard-sized object, we were amazed when another appeared above it.
The new object was giant and dwarfed the other. This was so big that it was plain to see portals, or windows, as it slowly rotated.
This rotating deserves some explaining. It didn’t appear as if the entire object rotated, just the windows. These flashed red and blue light, blinking as they went around the diameter of the object.
The craft was neither saucer-shaped or cigar-shaped, but somewhere in between, something like a elongated saucer.
We strained to see inside the windows but were unable to discern anything in any detail. We did see objects inside, but could not tell what they were.
The large object dropped multiple, small objects which descended in threadlike light trails. This scared us a bit, but we remained, watching. Eventually, the large object, the small object and the multiple small objects sped off and we left soon afterward.
This continued more or less the same through October, November, and into early December.
Then one night, Steve Woodrow and I each had dates. We went to the Tote Road to park with our girlfriends. We had some beer, which was on the back seat with Steve and his girl.
Soon, before it was even dark, an object came down the power line and this one was another very large one.
It hovered, performing the same actions as the previous one. We decided to leave the car and walk down toward the object.
Before leaving, we made sure to put our beer on the floor in back and I took off my coat (it had turned warm that night… some kind of front, apparently, had come in) and covered it, so anyone walking up to the car would not see it.
We walked down toward the object and the girls became frightened and refused to go any further. This was, as I later learned, probably good advice. So we stood there, watching this large object hover over the power lines.
It was huge and the girls were speechless. This was the closest any of us had ever been to one of these.
Eventually, the girls convinced us to return to the car and they and Steve left. But I decided to walk just a little closer. I was able to make out movement inside the craft, although again, the forms were vague and indistinct.
I suddenly felt a chill and became very frightened. So I turned and ran back to the car where the others waited.
Back at the car, we watched the object take off. We left the place and took the girls home. This was on a Saturday night. The next morning, I got up and it had turned cold again.
So I went out to the car to get my coat. But it was gone. I thought that perhaps Steve or his girl had inadvertently kicked it under the seat with their feet, so I stooped down and reached under.
And I felt the arm of the coat and pulled it out. But that’s all there was to it, just the arm. This was a sheepskin-lined, corduroy coat, something like “The Marlboro Man” wore.
And someone had pulled the arm off it… think it was the left arm. Little threads stuck out at different angles, which made me think that whoever did this was very strong.
They had to have simply snapped the arm off. So I called Steve and told him off. We had an argument over the phone and I refused to believe that he wasn’t responsible for destroying my coat.
I took the sleeve and kept it in the car, to shove it in Steve’s face when I saw him. He continued to deny any knowledge of it.
After that, nobody wanted to go back up to the Tote Road. So I went by myself.
It was a good place to think, when the objects weren’t around. I went for three nights straight after the coat incident. That third night that I went there, it had snowed, a little less than an inch.
I pulled in and sat there, listening to the radio (I remember hearing the Beatles) and keeping warm with the heater running. No objects appeared.
I hadn’t seen one since the night with the girls. I went home.
I returned the following evening and pulling in, saw that nobody else had been there, the only tire tracks were my own, from the night before.
And there in the snow on one of my tire tracks was a dark form. I studied it briefly and tried to figure out how it got there. There were no footprints or tire tracks.
It was as if the thing had been dropped from the sky.
I got out of my car and walked to the thing and saw that it was what was left of my coat. I picked it up and got back in my car. I was practically paralyzed with fear.
I backed around and left as fast as I could. I have not been back to that place since, although I live only a few miles away.
I took my coat, minus the sleeve, home and showed it to my grandparents, whom I lived with. I had told them about the flying objects.
I had mentioned them before, but not in any detail. Grandpa was nonchalant about it. I don’t think he believed me.
Grandma was a righteous woman and had continually warned me that I should stop going out to that place at night… she thought the objects had to do with the devil. I discounted her thoughts.
Since my coat was ruined, Grandpa took it and went downstairs, to the drive-in basement. There, he kept his beagle hound, “Mickey.” Grandpa took my coat and placed it where Mickey slept, as an extra blanket for him.
Mickey backed away from it and growled, low and deep. His hair bristled, I remember.
Mickey was always gentle and had never before growled at anyone. Grandpa took the coat and burned it.
That is the essence of what happened. I might add that during the time we were visiting the Tote Road, Steve set up a 35mm camera on a tripod and took pictures.
He left the lens open because it was night and all he got were some time-lapse photos, with no definition.
Also, Steve contacted a man who was a UFO expert… he visited with us and took our statements. I don’t remember his name.
I think he was connected with the newly-formed Unity College. Steve may, however. It has been a long time, though.
Shortly after all this, Steve was drafted into the United States Marines and was soon deployed overseas. Steve now lives in either Washington State or Oregon… I think Washington.
Steve visited his family here in Maine several years ago. He says he does not remember ever going to the Tote Road or seeing any UFOs back in 1968 or any other time.
I live in Waldo, only about three miles in a direct line from the Tote Road and very near the same high-tension power lines where the UFOs traveled. My grandparents are both dead, long ago.
That is all I have to report about this. This is my true statement and I testify upon my oath of honor that the above-described events are true.
Forty-two years have passed and the memory of this incident haunts me.
Perhaps some day I shall undergo hypnotic regression and record the session. Maybe that would disclose further details.

The details of a Russian Crash on or about 1969 are sketchy and somewhat suspect. This case comes from the so-called “Secret KGB Files,” which were reportedly smuggled out of the former Soviet Union.
Reportedly, $10,000 was paid for the information. The details of these secret files were first offered to the general public on 9-13-98 as part of a TNT special titled “The Secret UFO Files of the KGB.”
The show featured extraordinary film and still photographs of the UFO recovery, and also a portion of autopsy film on part of an alien body.
The event itself, according to the files, occurred in the state of Sverdlovsky, which was formerly Yekatrinburg of the USSR. The crash story follows a familiar pattern normally associated with this type of report. The fiery crash of an unknown object occurred in March 1969.
The site was secured by the Russian military, and one dead alien was found in the wreckage. The remains of the craft and alien were brought to a secure location, and the alien body was autopsied.
Both still and moving pictures were taken of the craft, its retrieval, and the alien autopsy.
The autopsy shows only an alien torso and arm. From the size of the body parts, the alien would have been an extremely small being.
The TNT special features Roger Moore, veteran actor and former James Bond, who discusses other UFO events, along with interviews with UFO experts, CIA agents, and other film.
Probably the most notable footage is from MIG gun cameras of confrontations with UFOs. There have been only a few still frames of this footage in America, and I have not been able as of this writing, 11-01-2002, to obtain the videos.
The show itself is mediocre, and its only redeeming quality is the presentation of the UFO crash story. Supposedly, the crash story was validated by secret KGB documents.
The footage at the crash site does seem to be authentic at least on several points. The truck in the film is a circa 1950 model ZIS151, which has not been used by the military for quite some time, and the truck would have been difficult to find to stage a hoax with.
Other elements of the film do not exhibit any obvious signs of a hoax, as to the movement of the soldiers, the timing of the film as to shadows, and the UFO itself.
There are also several documents shown to verify the event itself, and an eyewitness to the event who swears that the recovery mission did occur.
The footage of the autopsy film shows personnel without caps and gowns, which seemed odd to me at first, but after some research I found that this was commonplace for that era in Russia.
The furnishings in the room are acceptable, and in Russia have probably not changed much today. Three men in their 20’s and 30’s are performing the procedure, and one woman is taking notes.
The note taker is identified as KGB stenographer O. A. Pshonikina.
The alien’s torso and arm are lying together on the table as the autopsy is performed, and there are documents shown to support the autopsy.
Although the USA-Russia relationship is much improved over a few years ago, it still lacks. Any information received is subject to translation, and often times there are problems with interpretation. It is sad there is not more cooperation between the two countries.
Hi Ken: With another Covid lockdown looming over the U.K. I decided to go out UFO spotting while I was still able to do so. I wanted to see if I could capture any more anomalous objects at Dawlish. When I got there I headed towards the bridge that crosses over the railway and leads to Boat Cove. I walked up the steps and then walked across to the other side of the bridge where I stood taking photographs of the sea and surrounding area.
Then when I looked through the viewfinder of my Nikon P900 camera towards Langstone Rock at Dawlish Warren, I suddenly spotted a rod like object that flew in to frame. I immediately started to take photographs and watched as the object flew across the beach and passed directly over two people who were walking their dog along the beach there. The object then flew out of frame and I lost sight of it. I had only managed to capture the rod like object in two of the photographs that I had taken as it was moving far too fast for me to follow it with my camera.
The object was quite large and I couldn’t believe that the people walking there dog did not react to it passing over them. They must not of seen the object or felt any disturbance in the air which I found to be very odd as it was travelling at quite some speed and should of caused a lot of displacement in the air which they surely would of felt. I really wanted to walk over to their location and speak to them, but it would of taken me far too long to walk that distance and get over there on that beach by which time they would of been long gone. The photographs were taken at 5:40 PM on the 4th of November 2020, at Dawlish Devon England. All the best John.

Although Arrowhead UFOs are not the most common of UFO shapes sighted, this sighting was even more unusual because of its duration. The craft was seen by the entire crew of the Oil Tanker “British Grenadier” for exactly 3 days!
The event occurred around April/May 1969 while the “British Grenadier” was sailing through the Gulf of Mexico. The UFO appeared directly above the ship at exactly noon on the first day. It just seemed to appear as nobody saw it arrive and it remained above the ship for the next 3 days.
According to reports the craft was approximately 1 mile above the ship and dark blue in colour during the day. At night it appeared as a silvery light. The weather conditions were good at the time, with a clear sky and calm seas.
On the first day of its arrival (one minute after midnight), the ships engines suddenly stopped and only emergency lighting and steering were available. The crew managed to restart the engines, which took some time as all the pumps had to be shut down and restarted manually.
The second day saw all the food storage refridgerators closed down and no reason for this event could be found.
On the third day at 11.45 pm one of the crew noticed that the lights were out in the ships air conditioning room and a door leading to the crews accomodation was opened. The engineer passed through the door to investigate and spoke to two firemen. But the next day the same door was found welded shut! Apparently, the door had been welded before the ship left dock (because of a fault), but the door was definitely open for the engineer to have walked through it.
A few minutes after this event the engines stopped again, leaving just emergency lighting and steering (again one minute after midnight!). They were restarted once more, but later it was discovered that the starter motor for the emergency diesel generator had been dismantled. All the parts of the generator were neatly placed by the machine as if someone had examined it.
At exactly noon on the third day the craft vanished in the same manner as it had appeared.
Although all these events were recorded in the ships log, this is the first time (to our knowledge) that this event has been published. We would be interested in hearing from any of the crew that were aboard the BP Oil Tanker “British Grenadier” at this time, in order to obtain more information about this sighting. CIRCA AUGUST 1970……..SMITHERS BRITISH COLUMBIA CANADA
I was in the back area of the property looking for my horse to go riding that day. Normally my horse along with the others would have been there but for some reason they were spooked and up in the woods on the hillside. I never clued in that something might be wrong. I was on my way back along the fence towards the house when I just stopped in my tracks. I had this feeling that I should look up and that’s when I saw that craft above my head. The air was still. I never heard a sound coming from it. It was just in the air and was not moving. I don’t know how long it was up there before I noticed it but after about 30 seconds it just took off into thin air. I had a clear shot of the whole sky in the valley and I tell you it just vanished within a couple of seconds – without a sound.
The following is the outlay of the ranch where the encounter occurred. Most of our property was located on a hillside (to the left) which cannot be seen on the following diagram.
For days afterwards I drew a stick diagram of the body and how the wings were. I knew there was something odd about those wings facing the wrong way. I never associated it to a UFO for many many years because UFOs were suppose to be flying saucers, or at least that’s what I was lead to believe. The first thing I thought, after my mind went blank staring at that thing in awe, was that it was military. Perhaps because it was black, who knows. But it wasn’t right and was completely out of place. Not to mention hovering over my head. I also began drawing a strange diagram. I spent days working at it to get it right. The teardrops had to be very very dark with a slight shine to it. The original was very elaborate but I lost it over the years while moving around so much. Today I just attempted to recreate how it generally looked. The whole time a word kept popping into my head as I was working on it. Satus. I just felt it had something to do with this diagram and so I wrote the word with it. I felt so strongly that this diagram was important and that it had meaning. Who knows.
It wasn’t long after my encounter with the craft that I ended up back in that end of the property again. This time to bury my cat who had suddenly just up and died for no reason. I remember he had blood coming out of his nose. I loved him so much I wanted to bury him near a tree which had a hollow in it. I loved that spot for some reason. Felt special to me. The horses were back there eating grass and hanging out like they do. I laid my cat down in a deep hole I dug and then covered him up. I knew if I didn’t protect him the coyotes would get to him so I went to search for some big rocks to cover his burial spot. I found a couple went and laid them near the burial and then went in search of some more. I remember feeling like I was being followed so I stopped and turned around. A young filly was the closest to me, however she was eating grass and looking away so I figured I was imagining things so I continued searching for big rocks. Again I felt like I was being followed. The young filly was even closer but she was eating and ignoring me. I turned back around and continued my search. This time I knew for sure something was behind me. I wheeled around in time to see the filly rear up. She towered over my head. That’s when I realised she was going to strike me. I looked down in time otherwise she would have broken my face. Instead she struck the top of my head.
I collapsed to the ground thinking she broke my neck. I screamed blue murder. I just knew she would attack me again if I didn’t get out of there so I crawled to a windrow nearby. My folks heard the scream back at the house and came running. They thought I was being mauled by a bear. My face and long hair was covered with blood from the gash on top my head. To this day we do not know why the horse attacked me. Our horses were good and had never done that before. And it never happened again. The attack occurred close to where I had seen that strange craft. To this day I have not come across anyone having had a similar sighting. I’m still waiting to hear from anyone who has. Brownsville – On October15, 1985, on a clear spring day just before sunset, the three witnesses were driving west along Highway 20 below Camptonville. As we rounded a sharp curve, we came upon three silver discs landed in a field to the right of the road. I pulled onto the right shoulder just as the large discs suddenly shot upward in powerful ascent. I felt compelled to jump out of the car and starred excitedly up at the saucers.I felt elated and awe-struck. I estimate the size of each disc to have been between 50 and 75 feet in diameter. Above us, the discs blocked out most of the sky. They appeared quite solid and metallic, with very definite mechanical features – including a central opening from which a powerful conical beam projected straight down from each disc. The beam color was brilliant bluish-white, and we were washed with the light, yet could still see the features beneath the discs. I don’t recall any sound, but there might have been a wind – those details have grown very fuzzy over the 35 years since the encounter. I do recall that the three discs were locked into a tight triangular formation, with one disc forming an apex above the other two.
When the discs reached above a hundred feet overhead, they briefly hovered. Then all together, they tilted about 45 degrees and shot off toward the south, which took them straight across the highway and over above the Feather River Canyon, which we overlooked out to our left. As the craft traveled over the canyon, the conical beams appeared to light up a big portion of the valley – the beams would have to have been extremely powerful. When the objects reached an angle of what might have been 60 degrees in the sky over to our left, they abruptly vanished, leaving three glowing purple clouds where each disc had disappeared. Those clouds remained visible and softly glowing for the entire half-hour that it took us to complete our drive home to Forbestown, where we were temporarily staying at the time. It should be noted that I am aware of a considerable amount of amnesia and possible abduction both during and after the encounter. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
I have seen this object in the past, but I wrote it off as a star or an airplane. I do live by an airport. However, I now know this is not a star or an airplane. I believe it enjoys showing itself, or thinks people will write it off as a star if it only moves occasionally. The 10 minute video gets good at the 3 minute mark, you see flame or light from a thruster as it moves to the right. I had to move the phone to the right multiple times to keep up with the object. Note the electricity that is clearly visible all around the object. It is very clear if you focus on it. There also looks to be a field around the object. In the beginning of the 7 minute video, the object is moving around in a very peculiar fashion. I am uploading 3 videos. The 10 minute video is the first one, I took another 1 minute and 55 second video about a minute later, and the 7 minute video was 20 or so minutes thereafter. I have seen this object very often in the past, but approximately 5 days ago I saw it moving in a VERY unusual way. On that occasion, I did not grab my phone because I thought the object was too small and far away to come across well on a phone. Boy was I wrong. With the 10x zoom, you can see it much better than with the naked eye. I will continue to observe and take video of this phenomenon. It is clearly not Venus or a star. I have been researching the Planet Mars for decades and I have discovered many strange objects, on the surface, thanks to the Curiosity Rover. Trying to find the hi-definition images is the hard part. NASA seems to have 100 web sites but finding the one with great images can some time be impossible. I have been recently using Gigapan and some of the images are magnificent. There seems to be many dead fossils and maybe some live ones on the surface. I have only published the ones that are clear but NASA has blurred some of the object on purpose. They are definitely trying to hide something.
