EARLY MORNING UFO CLOSE ENCOUNTER IN NEW ZEALAND

JULY 12, 1981 ……………… SOUTH CANTERBURY NEW ZEALAND

An hour-long late night encounter on a South Canterbury back road has convinced the Thew family of Temuka that unidentified flying objects do exist. Mr and Mrs Ken Thew yesterday described how a multi-coloured flying object paced them along the Waitohi Road in the early hours of the morning of July 12, approaching to within 120 yards of their car and changing colours as it went. Mr Thew, a motor mechanic, said they had always had an open mind on UFOs before their encounter, but were now convinced such phenomena existed. Mrs Thew said they knew by the hour of the night, the manoeuvres and closeness of the object that it was not an aeroplane. While Mrs Thew was frightened by the encounter and wanted to drive faster, her husband wanted her to pull over to the roadside to get a better view of the object. They were returning to Temuka from Pleasant Point with their three daughters. Mrs Thew, who was driving, said she thought the lights were a reflection on the wet windows. But after winding down the window, the couple could still clearly see the object. They said it seemed to be approaching the car, then abruptly stopped about 200 to 300 metres away, then changed direction and began to pace the car. “The sight itself didn’t frighten me, but the car’s speedo told the story of how my wife felt,” Mr Thew said. “When we opened the car window and the object came closer to the car, it was something we had never seen before. There was no noise and it was quite apparent this was a controllable flying object.” Both Mrs Thew and her eldest daughter were intrigued by what seemed like the shape of a “… a figure eight” which seemed to be outside the object. In movement, a fan-like tail of golden-red colour appeared to follow it, but the “tail” was not visible when it was stationary. The object finally “shot away* towards the east. It did not seem to move between two points, according to Mr and Mrs Thew — “suddenly it was just somewhere else.” Mr Thew said that as soon as he got home he wrote down all he could recall while the incident was still fresh in his memory. The Thews said thai after reaching Temuka they followed the UFO, which was still changing colours to the east of the town, towards the sea. Giving up the chase, they returned home, and the couple said when they looked up. the object was hovering above them at an altitude of about 1000ft. Mr Thew said yesterday that although their sighting had been a fortnight ago, his wife had seen another strange light in the sky only three nights ago. The Thews were unaware until yesterday that the shape and colours of the object they claimed to have seen were almost identical with a detailed UFO sighting in Illinois, America, in 1952. PHYSICAL HARM AND LOST TIME ALIEN ENCOUNTER IN CHILE

FEBRUARY 25, 1997 ……………… PUERTO ARENAS CHILE

On or about February 25, 1997, teenager Maria Amparo Galvez was walking home from school in her hometown of Puerto Arenas, at the southern tip of Chile, when a glowing UFO suddenly appeared. According to Carlos Munoz, an investigator for Agrupacion de Investigaciones Ovniologicas (AION), Maria ran away and “was hit in the back by many small balls of light flashes that peppered her back.” Maria remembers nothing else of the strange incident except “waking up at another location four hours later.” On February 24, 1997, an odd “ring shaped OVNI”(Spanish acronym for UFO) was seen hovering above Lago (Lake) de Rapel in the Andes. The following day, February 25, 1997, Fuerzas Aereas de Chile’s (Chilean Air Force’s) crack aerobatics team, Los Halcones, was performing at an air show in Pucon when a UFO slipped into the restricted airspace. “The object was ring like,” AION reported, “It looked like a ring of smoke but very bright. It turned on its axis and left the area very slowly (about 60 mph), moving east. VOLCANOS AND ALIEN CRAFT ACTIVITY INCREASES

An increase in volcanic activity is directly proportional to an increase in UFO sightings. We are dealing with anomalous objects shaped like disks, cigars or spheres flying over the volcanos without suffering any ill effects, as they appear to be impervious to the high temperature in the crater or the ash it gives up. According to experts, an aircraft would plummet in a matter of minutes when it comes into contact with these elements, as its moving parts would become worn down. Thus, we are clearly faced with a very advanced technology. Various researchers have the videos and photographs taken by the public at large, who have immediately shared any oddities on social media. Cameras placed in the vicinity of the Popocatepetl volcano monitor the colossal natural formation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They have shown strange objects traveling along a specific heading and exact altitude, leading ufologists to believe that their goal may be to monitor our planet’s natural activity. Contactees believe that “extraterrestrials” are engaged in a prodigious effort to place a “plasma-based technology” within volcanic cores to keep them from erupting. It should be stressed that putative aliens are not under any obligation to help us, and if they do so, what is it they want in return? A matter we should always keep in sight..These stories are confirmed by eyewitness accounts from rescue workers, who claim having seen slender humanoid creatures over 2 meters tall, in the upper reaches of the “Popo”, wearing no personal protection equipment and with heels ending in a sort of spike that keeps them from slipping on the ice. What strikes rescue workers the most is how these creatures are able to cover very difficult terrain in 15 minutes, while it takes humans up to two hours to do the same. July 11 [2016] marked the 25th anniversary of the start of the Puebla UFO Wave, when residents of Atlixco gathered every weekend at Casita Blanca – a structure that regulated the flow of water stemming from the volcanos – to view the strange lights flying overhead. The witnesses – some of whom are still alive – remarked that these objects were heading toward Popocatepetl, but at the time no one linked UFOs with the volcano’s activity. Researcher Carlos Clemente of the Tercer Milenio program has stated that this UFO wave “was a milestone in UFO research, since with the advent of the modern age, video technology was in the hands of the citizenry and the sightings were not relegated to mere anecdotes.” To celebrate this first quarter century, the Vigilantes del Cielo organization will hold the La Ruta Ovni skywatch on August 6 & 7. This group managed to document most of Mexico’s UFO activity. Paulino López, a contactee, will also be present at the event..
