No one has been able to explain more than half of the UFO encounters in the last year. And in 2021 and 2022 there have been an increasing number of UFO sightings. This is one of the surprising facts outlined in the Senate Intel report done by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and submitted to Congress.
The U.S. is acknowledging more than ever that UFOs, now known as Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, need to be investigated.
NASA recently pulled 16 space scientists together for an expanded study of UFOs. We know that “they” are out there. We just don’t know what “they” are.
Senate Intel Report describes classified UFOs
The 22-page report details 366 cases of UFO encounters in 2021. And alleges that more than 150 of them remain unexplained.
In an interview, Daily Mail reporter Josh Boswell explains that “The sources that I have been telling me they just don’t know what these things are. You know, there’s a proportion of these cases, 366 in this classified report, that’s going to Congress probably tomorrow that are explained, that are Chinese drones, for example.”
“The unexplained ones just have no clue, because these things are moving in ways that we just don’t understand. At hypersonic speeds, and then they just turn on a dime. I mean, it’s incredible,” Boswell said.
Due to the prevalence of the stigma and retaliation against those who report encounters with extraterrestrial objects, it is becoming harder to do so, with an increased frequency.
The Department of Defense (DoD) has acknowledged the importance of addressing the issue of UFOs and aviation safety.
For decades, commercial pilots did not report UFO sightings for fear of retaliation. Those who did report were often penalized on the job or at the very least stigmatized for their encounters with UAPs. NOTE: The above image is real but from an Australian case file.
I was in the house watching the WSU – Utah football game when I heard helicopters over the house. We are familiar with life flight copter blade sounds and this was much louder and shook the windows. I went outside and many of the neighbors were outside looking up. I immediately saw 2 chinook helicopters over head, black and no navigational lights. There was also an Osprey tilt rotor helicopter hoovering about 700ft away. That’s when I saw the triangle object. It was less than a football field away horizontally and maybe about 300 ft high. Low enough to be illuminated by house and street lights. This triangle craft was hovering silently still for about 10 minutes. It was a crystal clear night with the stars easily seen.
There was also a 767 flying patterns over head a fairly low altitude, again no navigational lights. Slowly the triangle moved south at less than 5 mph. The helicopters and Osprey all moved with the object at the same pace eventually moving out of sight. I went back inside and after about 30 minutes I could again hear the helicopters return to the East of us about 3 blocks away. that’s when 2 unmarked, no lights C 130’s flew really low over the town at a high rate of speed with the 767 Circling overhead. Later in the evening the Chinook helicopters again flew over our house about 300 ft up at a slow pace, we could not see the triangle craft but when we looked directly up the starts were blacked out completely, the triangle craft was directly over us, but it was like it was adsorbing all light and no share was detectable. But as the craft moved, slowly, the stars became visible as the back edge of the craft mover north. I took a video and all you could see is black with the stars becoming visible. Again, the Chinook was tailing the craft at a very slow pace almost like walking pace. The neighbors were all outside watching and the neighbor girl was so afraid she grabbed my hand in fear. My girlfriend had been in bed but looked out the window and watched the whole episode, she was quite frightened. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
SEPTEMBER 26, 2022……HARROWGATE N YORKSHIRE ENGLAND
Normally about 10pm (perhaps earlier) one appears over Larkfield Road another I would say over Otley Road, however recently I have seen 6 altogether. First time in 2 straight parallel lines over said road at about 5.30 am then 2 nights later there were 9 further down the road but more scattered at 5.30 am.
This morning at 6.30 it was beginning to lighten up I saw 7 at side of house again scattered and 1 in front all in Larkfield Rd. Menwith Hill is not too far away. Could they be interested in or anything to do with the base? I’m not saying they are UFO’s, but they are triangle with bright white/blue lights right round them perhaps a red light as well, too far up to see properly.
The only time I don’t seem to see them is if it is very cloudy or rainy. I have never seen them appear or leave they are stationary a lot of the time. I think but must move very slowly other times. I do not wish for my name to be used. Would be interested in any thoughts you have. Have just checked and there is one at the side of my house – time 11.34 pm quite high up. to get here if needed up Otley Rd from town pass the playground on right and turn left at Beckwith Road and first right into Larkfield Rd. NM

HARROGATE LARKFIELD ROAD Cont. As a continuation of the letter, I sent late last night I would also like to say that about 11.45 I saw a really big triangle brightly lit up with white lights (Mother ship?) this was also seen by my husband about 11.30 (who is a big disbeliever but now wondering!) it was moving Eastwards then turned North after a few moments it disappeared, no lights showing. This was much lower than the other triangles.
A group of children playing in Littleborough reckon they have had a close encounter with a UFO. So vivid was their experience at about 7pm on Thursday they have started to draw what they saw. They say the spacecraft hovered slowly just over the rooftops for several minutes and then shot off at hyper speed. Lindsey Stansfield, of Timbercliffe, Summit, said her sons, Louis, aged eight, and Cameron, aged five, were playing with friends on a trampoline outside their home when they spotted the ‘extra terrestrial’. She said: “The children saw the object flying slowly above the houses. Some of the children thought it was triangular in shape and others square, but it could have been to do with what angle they saw it.” “It had red lights around the edge and yellow lights in the middle. They rushed in to tell us about it, but the time we got out it had gone. The children say the object had stopped above the house behind us and then shot off in hyper drive.
Later that evening they started drawing pictures of what they had seen.” “I would like to know if anyone else in Littleborough saw the object.” Louis said: “I looked up and saw some lights flashing in the sky. I went in the house to get my mother, but when we went out it had gone.” A spokesman for the National Air Traffic service said: “There was no reported alien activity in controlled airspace that we are aware of.” A spokeswoman for the Ministry of Defense said: “I am not aware of any other reported sightings. We do have a UFO report line telephone number so that people can report things which they cannot explain.” She said sightings were checked to see if they had any defense significance, whether the UK airspace may have been compromised by hostile air activity. Was driving home from work one Friday night about 11pm. Sydney to Wollongong. Clear night with a near full moon. Great for stargazing while driving. As I was driving just south of Helensburgh I looked up in the sky to my right and noticed the silhouette of an object flying quite low (no higher than 200m), but at roughly the same speed as I. For size reference, it was about as long as the large firefighting helicopters. I returned my eyes to the road and 5 seconds later looked back up and it was still there. It was like a rounded triangle shape (like a guitar pick but not quite so elongated). I initially thought it might have been a helicopter or army plane because as a crow flies, we weren’t far from the Holzworth army range, plus it’s not uncommon to see military aircraft flying between Sydney and Nowra bases.
This definitely wasn’t a helicopter, and didn’t look like any aircraft I knew of. There wasn’t any separate segments (wings, fuselage, tail etc). It was one solid piece of machine. I put down my window to get a clear view without any dashboard reflection, but the thing that really stood out to me as odd was that there was no noise. And I don’t just mean from the aircraft. I was travelling at 100km/h and there was no rush of air passing my window and my ears. I could hear the tyres humming on the road but no engine, no wind and no noise from the aircraft. It continued to sit above me to my right for about 2 minutes. No lights coming from it, pacing my car as I drove the straight stretch of road.
As I was approaching a bend in the road near Darke’s Forest, I suddenly heard a loud whirring sound, a single light started glowing and turning in its centre and it took off at a sensational speed in a northwest direction (we’d been heading South). No braking or banking to turn. It changed direction in an instant. Best visual comparison I can make is stretching an elastic band (as it paces me) them letting go of the elastic band (it takes off in the other direction). Former U.S. Navy pilot Ryan Graves gave a detailed description of regular encounters that flight teams had with a black box UFO they were seeing “every day.”
Appearing on the latest episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Graves spoke about what a pilot who saw the unidentified object saw. As the podcast began, he highlighted his credentials and history with the Navy, saying he studied mechanical and aerospace engineering. After graduating from college, he went on to fly F-18 jets for the Navy.
He said that multiple pilots repeatedly witnessed a strange UFO phenomenon on their equipment, as well as with their own eyes, starting in late 2013. He said the pilots were seeing these objects by eye and also on their radar after receiving upgrades to their aircraft. The objects were always up there, every day, as they conducted training exercises.
In June, NASA announced that it was commissioning a study team to examine what it called “observations of events in the sky that cannot be identified as aircraft or known natural phenomena” from a scientific perspective, starting in the fall. A report is expected by the spring of 2023.

On his podcast, Rogan asked Graves: “You guys go from not having any idea that these things are out there to an upgraded radar system, to seeing them every day? What is the thought, how are you feeling? Is there an evolution of the thought pattern, of how you are addressing these things?
“Initially you are thinking they are [radar] errors. When do you start getting a thought of ‘What the f*** is this thing?'” Rogan said.
Graves replied that questions arose about what these UFOs were after a pilot first saw one of them.
“There were two aircrafts from my squadron, and they took off in a flight of two,” he said. “They are essentially flying in a formation like [one diagonally in front of the other]. As they hit the area, one of these objects went right between their aircraft.
Graves continued: “The lead pilot saw the object. The [second pilot] did not, which is not surprising because you are usually very focused on flying formation. The lead really has leeway to look around. He saw it and he immediately came back.”
Detailing what the pilot saw, Graves said: “He came back and said, ‘Hey, I almost hit one of those damn things.’ We all knew what he was referring to even though we didn’t necessarily have a name for it, just because we were seeing them so much.
“He described it. He said it was a black or dark gray cube and that cube was inside of a clear translucent sphere. Essentially, the corners or the apex of that cube, as best as he could tell, were touching the inside of that sphere.”
Graves admitted that the mystery surrounding the UFOs did not mean that aliens, or something supernatural, were involved.
“The high-probability answer was this was some type of classified program, of our own making, that had started operating in an area they were not supposed to, for whatever reason,” Graves said.
He continued: “That was kind of our assumption. We submitted a safety report because of that near midair [collision], a haz rep, a hazard report. This is essentially a notice that goes out to the whole fleet that says this is a potential hazard that can cause a loss of an aircraft.
“It was due to us almost hitting an unknown object of unknown origin, and that is how it continued for a while. There were a number of Haz reports about that,” Graves said.

One of the most powerful U.S. senators in modern history actually eye-witnessed two UFOs while on a fact-finding trip through Russia in 1955, and the U.S. government kept the sightings a secret for more than three decades.
The incredible encounter is detailed in 12 TOP SECRET CIA, FBI, and Air Force reports-and declassified in 1985.
Those startling reports reveal that Senator Richard B. Russell, Jr. (D-GA), then chairman of the Armed Services Committee-was on a Soviet train when he spotted a disc-shaped craft taking off near the tracks.
He hurriedly called his military aide and interpreter to the window and they saw the UFO, plus another one that appeared a minute later. The astonished trio reported the sightings to the U.S. Air Force as soon as they were out of Russia.
“The three observers were firmly convinced that they saw a genuine flying disc,” says an Air Force Intelligence report, dated October 14, 1955, and classified TOP SECRET at the time.
Senator Russell served 38 years in the Senate. He was its senior, and one of the most influential senators at the time of his death in 1971. He was chairman of the Armed Services Committee from 1951 to 1969, and unsuccessfully sought the Democratic Presidential nomination in 1952.
The mind-boggling documents detailing his UFO encounter were made available by the Fund for UFO Research and its chaiman, Dr. Bruce Maccabee. Several key documents were obtained by the group through the Freedom of Information Act.
“These long secret documents are of major importance because they show for the first time that one of the most powerful U.S. Senators witnessed and reported a UFO,” said Dr. Maccabee.
The Air Force Intelligence report says Russell and his two traveling companions spotted the UFOs on October 4, 1955, while traveling by rail across Russia’s Transcaucasus region.
“One disc ascended almost vertically, at a relatively slow speed, with its outer surface revolving slowly to the right, to an altitude of about 6000 feet, where its speed then increased sharply as it headed north,” the report states.
“The second flying disc was seen performing the same actions about one minute later. The take-off area was about 1-2 miles south of the rail line.
” Russell “saw the first flying disc ascend and pass over the train,” and went “rushing in to get Mr Efron (Ruben Efron, his interpreter) and Col. Hathaway (Col. E. U. Hathaway, his aide) to see it,” the report said.
“Col. Hathaway stated that he got to the window with the Senator in time to see the first (UFO), while Mr. Efron said that he got only a short glimpse of the first. However, all three saw the second disc and all agreed that they saw the same round, disc-shaped craftas the first.”
The Air Force report was written by Lieut. Col. Thomas Ryan, who interviewed Senator Russell’s companions in Prague, Czechoslovakia, on October 13, after they arrived there from Russia shortly after the sighting.
In his report, Col. Ryan called the sightings “an eyewitness account of the ascent and flight of an unconventional craft by three highly reliable United States observers. He added that Col. Hathaway led off his account of the sightings by saying: “I doubt if your going to believe this, but we all saw it.” Senator Russell was the first to see this flying disc we’ve been told for years that there isn’t such a thing, but all of us saw it.”
CIA documents show that the agency later interviewed the three eyewitnesses in the Russell party and also a fourth person, unidentified in the reports, who had seen the UFOs. An eyewitness, whose name was blacked out on the CIA report prior to its declassification, said one of the UFOs “had a slight dome on top” and also a “white light on top.” The edge of the disc was glowing pinkish-white, he added. The UFO rose “vertically with the glow moving slowly around the perimeter in a clockwise direction, giving the appearance of a pinwheel.”
Interpreter Ruben Efron told the CIA that visibility was excellent. As one UFO approached the train, he said, “the object gave the impression of gliding. No noise was heard and no exhaust was heard, and no exhaust glow or trail was seen by me.”
After the encounter, Senator Russell told the men with him:
“We saw a flying disc. I wanted you boys to see it so that I would have witnesses,” according to the CIA documents.”
And an FBI memo, dated November 4, 1955, also discusses the sighting and admitted Col. Hathaway’s testimony “would support existence of a flying disc.”
Dr. Maccabee, of the Fund for UFO Research, believes that Senator Russell and his group never publicly revealed their incredible sightings “because they were no doubt advised not to talk. These documents provide startling new evidence that UFOs exist.”
Mr. Tom Towers, in his January 20, 1957, column, ‘Aviation News,’ for the Los Angeles, CA, Examiner, printed the contents of a letter from Senator Russell, which was in response to a request for information about the sightings in Russia.
Mr. Towers had originally contacted Senator Russell’s office by letter with the request that he be given permission to “break” the story.
The Senator wrote:
“Permit me to acknowledge your letters relative to reports that have come to you regarding aerial objects seen in Europe last year. I received your letter, but I have discussed this matter with the affected agencies of the government, and they are of the opinion that it is not wise to publicize this matter at this time. I regret very much that I am unable to be of assistance to you.” The letter was dated 17 January, 1956. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
On November 30, 2003, three observers saw a light near her house in Stockbridge Michigan that would brighten and fade away, then get brighter and then disappear, with no clouds around it. After one passenger was dropped off the two witnesses saw a strange object with pulsating lights over a cow pasture. Each light would pulse three times as it hovered over the car as they were driving, going almost the same speed as we were. The eyewitness states, “As it went over us, I saw it had a humped shape on top and it was like a triangle with a light on top and lights all around it. The object teeter-tottered it’s way slowly across the sky, rocking back and forth like a plane would with its wings when it ‘waves’. It looked like a worm wriggling it’s way across the sky at 9 PM. Throughout the 25-mile ride back, we saw lights in the six get brighter and fade over and over again… when finally, as one got so bright and then it jetted across the sky faster than any plane, and within 5 seconds was gone. When we arrived back to Whitmore Lake, just over the lake was this saucer shaped object with red lights all around it hovering above the lake. When we pulled into the driveway. the same craft we saw over the field was right over my house… waiting for us just above the trees. Shaped like a triangle with a large blue light coming very slowly across the sky. I immediately hopped out of the car to grab the video camera, but it had already disappeared. Ten minutes later, the lights appeared just above the horizon. I started rolling film. My mother, two of her friends, two strangers and I all saw what were anywhere from 2 to 6 crafts at a time appear and reappear and slowly moving in the distance. They hovered in one spot over a period of an hour. I got about a half hour of footage where you can see the moving lights and pulsating lights that wiggled. This video has been seen now around the world. It is a supposed triangle UFO captured during a storm by an amateur videographer in the town of San Ignacio de Velasco, Bolivia.
The recording is dated from January 17 and the images were filmed in the main square of the town. That day there was an intense electric storm with high winds.
The amateur video caught the silhouette of what was supposed to be a UFO moving through the skies. The UFO appeared after a bright strike lightning.
At that time began the cries of panicked citizens who witnessed the unknown object and reacted to the intense lightning.
A mysterious flying object in the sky has reportedly been seen by numerous witnesses. on August 29th, in the vicinity of San Andreas.
Gus McGavem, who is touring California in a van, claims he stopped in to see Elizabeth, a family friend, in Calaveras County.
They observed a strange green light floating in the sky while out hiking with their pals.
It was very bizarre when we saw these lights appear out of nowhere. And all of a sudden, I simply quit. He told the Enterprise, “We didn’t even have time to consider.”
They initially speculated that it might be a helicopter, jet, or drone but shortly realized it moved too quickly to be any of the objects speculated on.
Was in my backyard at 9:23 PM laying back looking at the sky and stars and talking on the phone. Then when I was looking straight up, into my view came three triangular shaped objects. They were not very bright white with a blurry hue around each one. One was behind the other and one was offset the back left. Same distance between all three though. They all moved together keeping the same distance as a formation. They moved fast but not like a flash. There was no sound and no tail or trail. I saw them moving south for about 2 to 3 seconds until they passed the tree line. I have never seen anything like this before on any TV show or documentary about ufo’s. No video or pictures I’ve seen that were apparently ufo sightings looked like this. I was in shock, and I freaked out and hung up the phone with who I was talking to and called my daughter and told her I just saw three ufo’s.
I then went in the house and woke up my wife and told her the same. I am still freaked out. I am a pretty skeptical person when it comes to this stuff. I have always believed that life exists elsewhere in our universe, but I don’t believe 99 percent of the stories and videos and pictures out there. For me this has definitely confirmed without a doubt that I saw ufos and they do exist, and they are flying around above us. I still can’t believe I saw them. I’m not crazy. I wish a had videos or pictures, but it happened to fast. I feel so lucky to have seen them and like I said it definitely answered the question for me about ufo’s existing, because I finally saw it with my own eyes, and I can’t explain what else it could have been. I was a USAF Maj in the 706th Fighter Squadron/926th Fighter Wing (Homebase was NAS JRB New Orleans but we were deployed) at Bagram AB, Afghanistan, flying A-10s in Operation Enduring Freedom. After a night flight at approx 3:30 AM I was relaxing in a folding chair behind our operations tent just looking at the stars. There is no light pollution there, and Bagram is at a high elevation, so the stars are amazing – a good way to chill out after a long combat mission. My Squadron Commander Lt Col Neil McAskill was sitting next to me in a chair, also looking up as we chatted. Suddenly I realized the stars were being blocked out. I then saw the reason – a large, dark triangular shaped craft was flying DIRECTLY over us from W to E, low (approx 500 ft?), silent, slow, grey/black in color, no lights. It just passed over the base and I lost sight as the tent we were behind blocked our view.
I did not get up and try to look again – I was kinda stunned. One of us asked “Did you see that” “yes” “what was that?” “I don’t know but it wasn’t a B-2 or any our ours”. It was NOT a B-2 or any other coalition aircraft. It was not any know military or civilian aircraft. In 2012 when I became a Full Col and assigned as the deputy director in the OUSD(I) SAPCO (with full access to 99% of ALL DoD TS/SCI SAP programs) I can say 100* it was NOT a US secret or developmental craft. Was it Russian? Chinese? Indian? – can’t say but HIGHLY unlikely they would risk a secret aircraft over a hot war zone like Afghanistan, and to this day I have not seen any actual (real) aircraft matching what we saw. Late on a Tuesday night at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, an employee was taking trash to a dumpster outside the air-traffic-control tower when a mysterious glow caught his attention. A massive V-shaped object was hovering off the ground, light emanating from the bottom.
The lights were what I noticed at first. It was very large as it passed beside me, the witness stated. I was in total disbelief that it was happening. It made no noise at all.
The reported sighting occurred about 9 p.m. on March 1 at Terminal 4 but was just recently investigated and reported by the Mutual UFO Network witness report database. An article on the case first appeared on a UFO website.
The airport employee described the objects movement as it traveled over to the Sky Train Station, when he lost sight of the lights. Although he believed that it was otherworldly, he said he was not afraid.
I didn’t feel anything but shock as I pondered what had just taken place, he reported, along with an illustration of what he saw. This event lasted just about five minutes or so. I felt calm and no sense of danger or apprehension afterwards. Just a sense of wonder and amazement that something so huge could travel in the air and not make any noise.
The airport sighting is just one of hundreds of reports of UFOs in Arizona, making the state one of the top places on the planet for purported alien activity, according to reports compiled by the Mutual UFO Network.
In the last 10 years, I have seen a definite increase in UFO sightings in Arizona, says Jim Mann, the Arizona state director for Mutual UFO Network. This phenomenon is very, very real. We are not alone in this universe. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
It was dark and I turned on our garage light. As I walked down back stairs to our driveway, I heard a low but deep sound. When I reached the driveway, I looked up and right above my head was a massive black triangle that also extended past our ranch home and just above our roof. There were A set of red, blue and yellowish round lights underneath each side. Since it was dark out and the craft was black, I believe I was only able to see it because of the lights underneath it and being underneath it as well. They were not blinding, so I could see the entire shape of the craft which hovered over and then very very slowly moved completely over roof then gone in seconds. I watched it for a good 2 1/2 to 3 minutes at most I’d say. Needless to say, I was in awe. I am a 66-year-old wife, mother and grandmother. I decided to find where to report, since I’ve been unable to get a full night’s sleep since the encounter-not through fear but the unbelievable experience I was lucky enough to have. Four aging Air Force veterans on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021 finally spoke about their strange and extraordinary encounters with unidentified flying objects (UFO) during a conference held in Washington, D.C.
Three of the Air Force veterans personally appeared in the hearing while a fourth one was brought into the National Press Club conference via video feed from the Ozark Mountains in Missouri.
The story of each veteran was different, but they share one important claim: UFOs tampered with Air Force nuclear weapons in the 1960s, which both terrified and mystified the airmen and made them remain silent for decades. Also capturing the attention of Washington were the reports of Navy encounters with unknown flying objects or unexplained aerial phenomena (UAP) that have made national headlines and put UFOs back into political attention for the first time in years.
“I waited 40 years before I opened my mouth, and that’s a long time,” said David Schindele, a retired captain who worked as a nuclear missile launch control officer at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. “I had this terrible secret on my mind for all that time, and I felt such great relief to finally admit to my friends and close relatives what I experienced in the Air Force.”
Veteran Robert Salas told his story about a glowing red-orange craft that hovered at a Minuteman intercontinental ballistic missile silo in Montana and his account has been told for decades and has become a part of the growing UFO lore.
Through the years, the government has remained aloof to reports of UFOs flirting with the most powerful arms during the Cold War. But a different Capitol heard the stories of Salas and his fellow veterans this year.
The group claimed that UFOs have appeared since the 1960s and they’re backed up by the current accounts of Navy witnesses and fighter jet footage of UAP.
Salas has also gathered other Air Force veterans who have written witness affidavits describing their own alleged encounters years ago. He claimed that UFOs appeared at different times and put 20 Minuteman ICBMs off-line at different sites.
Schindele, on the other hand, shared that he and his commander visited a missile launch site near Minot in September 1966, and he was told that 10 missiles at silos in the area suffered guidance and control malfunctions when an 80- to 100-foot wide UFO with bright flashing lights lingered over the site.
Salas, who was a first lieutenant stationed at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, in 1967, said he was working as a deputy missile combat crew commander in the underground nuclear missile control room when a flight security controller called in a panicky manner after seeing a large glowing, pulsating red oval-shaped object linger at the front gate.
Robert Jacobs, who graced the conference via video link from Missouri, said he was an Air Force first lieutenant based at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, in 1964 when he set up a telescope video camera to catch an Atlas rocket test.
Jacobs said the video showed a disc-shaped object flying over the dummy warhead as it soared over the Pacific Ocean, circled it and shot it down with beams of light.
He said the film footage was cut and taken by men in gray suits. His commander ordered him not to say anything about it but Jacobs offered the story to media and it was eventually sold to the National Enquirer tabloid.
Graves, in an interview with Bill Whitaker, said that his F/A-18F Super Hornet squadron spotted UFOs southeast of Virginia Beach in 2014. The squadron, which has upgraded radar, zeroed in with infrared cameras on the UFOs.
Another encounter that his squadron recorded on video was a UFO hovering over Jacksonville, Florida in 2015. Graves, who worked for the Navy for more than a decade, confirmed that his squadron regularly spotted UFOs every day for at least a couple of years.
UFOs are a threat to national security
The retired lieutenant believes that UFOs are a threat to national security but agrees that they might be something else. He cited that other pilots think UFOs were one of three things, namely a secret American technology, an enemy’s spy plane or something out of this world.
“I would say the highest probability is it’s a threat observation program,” Graves said, adding that UFOs could either be a Chinese or Russian technology.
“If these were tactical jets from another country that were hanging out up there, it would be a massive issue. But because it looks slightly different, we’re not willing to actually look at the problem in the face. We’re happy to just ignore the fact that these are out there, watching us every day,” he added when asked whether he is worried about the presence of UFOs in restricted U.S. airspace.
The Department of Defense already has a special unit known as the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force that is dedicated to UFO research. It was established in August last year to gain understanding into the origins and nature of UAP, which is the preferred term for UFOs given by the Pentagon.
The task force replaced the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), which secretly existed from 2007 to 2012. The AATIP’s existence was never known to the public until the New York Times wrote about it in 2017. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
On the back deck of the house, I first heard a pulsating industrial like sound faint but continually got louder. I looked out towards the back yard. I couldn’t figure out what the sound was and then just over the tree that was behind the garage, the point started to appear then more of the craft. The circular bright white light came over the driveway. I stepped down off the deck to look at this amazing craft as more of it started to come into view. I stood in this incredibly bright light looking up into it watching it slowly glide over me. It was shaped like a triangle straight line and lights on each point there where side panels lit with the same bright light, three on the side that faced and three on the back. I saw the other side lot after had passed over and glided off but I can only assume that it had the same and the noise was defining. It was literally about 70 feet over me. I looked up at the entire time until it just glided off out of site, I have missing tIme and have had missing time after the encounter. I have kept this to myself but now I can’t any longer. The thing that has really puzzled me is I heard nothing from anyone the day after or since. I just can’t see how that is possible. NOTE: The above image is CGI.

She said that she waited nearly 20 years to make the report because of fear of “government retaliation.” She recalled being in her backyard in the evening hours. She noticed a very large dark object that blanked out the stars. The object moved from the west slowly over her house. She said that it was the size of “three football fields.” The object continued to move towards the east and turned its side. At that time lights flashed on each edge of the triangle. She said that the object was an equilateral triangle. The lights briefly flashed and then the object shot up and immediately was gone. She said that the next day she noticed three marks on her forehead in the shape of an equilateral triangle. She said that one mark recently disappeared, but the other two marks are still on her forehead after nearly 20 years.
Investigator’s Notes: The veracity of this case rests with the credibility of the witness. The sighting must have had quite an impact on the witness considering that she still remembers vivid details nearly 20 years later. I am not sure that the marks on her forehead were related to the sighting considering that she recalls no interaction with the craft nor had any “missing time” episode. This is one of several sightings of large, silent, slow moving triangles. Triangles began to be reported in the late 1980s so this would be one of the earlier sightings. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
I was with my friend Adam driving in the late evening somewhere in the Rockford area, away from town and surrounded by fields, patches of trees and scattered homes. I don’t remember the exact location. We were passing a very large farm field on the left side of the car that had a patch of trees on the far end. We saw three large spotlights just above the tree line. As we approached, we realized that this was an enormous black triangular object, like 100 yards long. There were lights on each corner. The object was an elongated triangle. It was hovering and traveling forward slowly, maybe 100 – 200 feet above ground at most and traveling the opposite direction of us with its lights pointing on the field in front of it. It was way too large to be an airplane or helicopter. It was moving way too slow to stay up in the air if it was a conventional fixed wing aircraft. It was completely silent. There was no wind in general, but also no turbulence caused by the object – grass, trees – nothing. We couldn’t wrap our heads around what we saw and were so scared we drove by it; at I’m guessing around 25-35 mph (we definitely slowed down from the 55 mph that we were going but were also too terrified to stop).
We only told a few friends about it, as it seemed so ridiculous that we expected most people would not believe us. The part that shocked me most was that the idea of a triangle shaped UFO was completely foreign to me at the time. I thought UFO meant “flying saucer”. A few months later, I was at a friend’s house. There was a coffee table book about UFO’s laying around. I started flipping through it and just about fell out of my chair when I saw a photo of exactly what I saw. I’ve seen other images of a black triangle, but the three lights are usually on the bottom, inset from the edges and shining directly down. Four aging Air Force veterans on Tuesday, Dec. 7, finally spoke about their strange and extraordinary encounters with unidentified flying objects (UFO) during a conference held in Washington, D.C.
Three of the Air Force veterans personally appeared in the hearing while a fourth one was brought into the National Press Club conference via video feed from the Ozark Mountains in Missouri.
The story of each veteran was different but they share one important claim: UFOs tampered with Air Force nuclear weapons in the 1960s, which both terrified and mystified the airmen and made them remain silent for decades. (Related: Former US military officer claims UFOs shut down nuclear missiles.)
Also capturing the attention of Washington were the reports of Navy encounters with unknown flying objects or unexplained aerial phenomena (UAP) that have made national headlines and put UFOs back into political attention for the first time in years.
“I waited 40 years before I opened my mouth, and that’s a long time,” said David Schindele, a retired captain who worked as a nuclear missile launch control officer at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. “I had this terrible secret on my mind for all that time, and I felt such great relief to finally admit to my friends and close relatives what I experienced in the Air Force.”

In the fall of 2000 I became privy to intriguing information about an Air Force veteran who was stationed at Adair Station (Corvallis, OR) in the early 1960s. I obtained contact information for the veteran through my communication with other UFO investigators. Through email I initiated contact with the veteran. I later communicated with the veteran through regular mail. The veteran said that he was asked to photograph President John Kennedy meeting with what he now knows was an alien at a secret airbase in September of 1963. The veteran was an Air Force photographer and was flown to the secret airbase in a light aircraft. He was accompanied by two plain clothes men in black suits. Little is known about the veteran who allegedly snapped the pictures of the President shaking hands with the alien. I did verify a few more details from the veteran about the Kennedy ET meeting through two e-mail messages and four letters. The veteran has asked to remain anonymous and has requested that I no longer contact him. I have verified that the veteran was stationed at Adair Station in 1963 and that he was a still photographer. I also verified all of the details of the veteran’s military career.
The veteran related that the alleged alien was “a head taller”, than the President, wore a gray jump suit, had large black eyes, and long thin arms. Based on the veteran’s description I estimate that the alleged alien was about 7 feet tall. The veteran said that the airfield had a small ground crew and a tower. The veteran said that he saw a saucer type aircraft with a ladder protruding to the ground. The mysterious letters A-TIPACIL were on the saucer. The veteran said that he now knows that this insignia designates a flying saucer type craft. How he knows this is still unknown. (Recent information obtained from a Navy veteran suggests that the letters may mean “Atomic Testing in Pacific Islands.”)
He observed no other aircraft at the field. The alleged meeting of the President with the alien lasted about 30 minutes after which the veteran was flown back to Adair Station. He developed the pictures, and the two men took all of the pictures and left. One of the men told the veteran that this could never be told to the public. The veteran speculated that President Kennedy wanted to tell the public and this was the reason that he was assassinated about two months later. The veteran was told that he would be “eliminated” if he ever revealed this experience. He says that he is very ill now and it is time to reveal this secret.
I attempted to estimate where the secret base was located where the President met with the alien. According to the veteran they drove 45 minutes to an airfield and then flew about 2.5 to 3 hours each way in a twin engine aircraft. He did not know the direction of travel. Based on this distance, I estimate that the base could have been located up to 600 air miles from Corvallis, Oregon. Area 51 (Groom Lake, NV), Edwards Air Force Base (Southern California), and Norton Air Force Base (San Bernardino, CA) are close to 600 air miles from Corvallis. Several witnesses (unrelated to this case) over the years have come forth with information that flying saucer type craft have been seen at these bases. Recently a Navy veteran stated that the Kennedys owned (still own) property at Mt Madonna, California. He said that a small airport with a tower is (and was located in 1963) at Mt Madonna. Could this be the airfield mentioned by the veteran? (See map for location of Air Force bases and Mt Madonna, California.)
An investigation was made in an attempt to determine where President Kennedy was in the time period of when the veteran claimed that the “meeting” took place. Through the Kennedy Library I was able to determine the President’s travels in the September-October, 1963 timeframe (when the veteran recalled that the event took place). The veteran could not remember the exact date, but estimated the date from the middle of September to the middle of October, 1963. Through the help of the Kennedy Library, I found that the President was “officially” at the following locations in September and October of 1963:
Sept. 19-20 — New York, NY
Sept. 20 and 23 — Quonset Point Naval Air Station (Rhode Island)
Sept. 24 — Milford, Pennsylvania
Sept. 25 — Grand Forks, North Dakota Cheyenne, Wyoming Billings, Montana
Sept. 26 — Salt Lake City, Utah Great Falls, Montana Hanford, Washington
Sept. 27 — Redding, California Tacoma, Washington Tongue Point, Oregon
Sept. 28 — Las Vegas, Nevada Palm Desert California
Sept. 29 — Palm Desert, California
Oct. 1 – 3 — Met Emperor Haile Selassie I at White House
Oct. 19-21 — Dow Air Force Base (Maine). Hyannis Port, MA, and Otis Air Force Base (Massachusetts)

President Kennedy had visited several military bases during the September-October, 1963 timeframe and he was at several locations within a 600 mile radius of Adair Station, Oregon. (This 600 mile radius is important because the veteran who allegedly took the photos said that the flight was 3 hours. This is assuming that the twin engine aircraft described by the veteran had a cruising speed of 200 MPH.)
What evidence do we have that this story is true? We have no other direct corroborating witnesses who were at the scene. However, other stories have surfaced that JFK did observe crashed debris from outer space and had meetings with extraterrestrial entities. An alleged top secret CIA memo obtained by Timothy Cooper through a CIA contact shows that the CIA had the phones of Marilyn Monroe and Dorothy Kilgallen tapped. Dorothy Kilgallen was a well-known newspaper columnist who had written articles about Marilyn Monroe and also on flying saucers. The conversation mentioned in the memo between Dorothy Kilgallen and Howard Rothberg (friend of Dorothy Kilgallen) was focused on JFK’s visit to a secret airbase to observe crashed debris from outer space. The CIA memo also mentioned that Marilyn Monroe was privy to other state secrets like JFK’s plan to kill Fidel Castro. The memo also mentioned of Marilyn’s frequent attempts to contact JFK and Robert Kennedy, that she kept a “diary of secrets”, and that she eventually would “tell all.”
Marilyn Monroe was found dead a day after the date on this memo (August 3, 1962). Marilyn had relationships with both JFK and Robert Kennedy who was attorney general at the time of her death. The relationship had been severed with the President and was in the process of being severed with the attorney general. This information was acquired from David Wolf’s book “The Last Days of Marilyn Monroe.” Was Marilyn Monroe murdered because of what she knew?
This investigation has generated more questions than answers. Why would government officials travel several hundred miles to fetch a camera man for a top-secret operation? We also don’t know the integrity of the veteran. (I did not meet him nor speak to anyone that knows him.) Why would the President propose the joint exploration of outer space with the Soviets when the U.S. had acquired vastly superior alien technology? Why would President Kennedy ask for information about UFOs from the CIA when he already had viewed alien spacecraft and had met with aliens? Did the veteran really see a top-secret aircraft rather than an alien spacecraft?
We also have evidence supporting the fact that President Kennedy had met with aliens and viewed alien spacecraft. First, the veteran spoke the truth about where he was stationed and what his occupation was at the time of the alleged incident. I verified the veteran’s credentials through the Military Records Center in St. Louis, MO. In subsequent communications with the veteran, he repeated his story with minor variations. This is understandable in view of the fact that the incident occurred 39 years ago. What do the letters A-TIPACIL- represent? Is this the code word for flying saucer type craft? According to David Wolf’s book another pilot (Bob Neuman) flew for the Schaefer Ambulance Service. The Schaefer Ambulance Service used to fly the Kennedys and other top government officials for the purpose of clandestine government operations under the pretext of a medical emergency. Apparently, Mr. Neuman flew President Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe to a ranch in Idaho in 1961. Could Bob Neuman have been the pilot that flew JFK to the secret airbase? We may never know. Attempts to contact Mr. Neuman have failed. He was last interviewed in 1995. Top secret CIA documents state that President Kennedy did visit secret airbases for viewing spacecraft from outer space. Some people who had knowledge of this incident and other state secrets died under mysterious circumstances. Marilyn Monroe was threatening to “tell all” to the public the Monday following her death. Marilyn’s death was listed as a “probable suicide” due to an overdose of Nembutal (a barbiturate) yet no residue was found in her upper digestive tract and no drinking glass was found in her bathroom or bedroom. Dorothy Kilgallen died over three years later under similar circumstances. Kilgallen died immediately after a trip to Texas where she interviewed Jack Ruby (killer of Lee Harvey Oswald). She said that she had new evidence about the Kennedy assassination which she was soon going to reveal. In addition, President Kennedy was visiting the Western U.S. during the timeframe when the veteran recalls the incident. This is a significant fact.
In my last communication with the veteran, he said that he received a post card with no return address with a threatening sentence: “Remember your vow to the Air Force.” The veteran also related that he had actually escaped with one copy of a photo that he developed from the alleged Kennedy-Alien meeting. He said that he later destroyed this photo, but that his wife had also seen the photo. When I received this information, I requested that the veteran have his wife make a statement regarding what she saw. The veteran has not been in touch with me since. Is the veteran telling the truth? Is he delusional? In the absence of corroborating information, we will probably never know the truth.
I do not plan to work on this investigation any further. I remain open to new information. Anyone having any knowledge of the above meeting is encouraged to contact me . The confidentiality of all witnesses will be honored. I am particularly interested in talking to any veterans who were stationed at Adair Station (Corvallis, Oregon) in the early 1960s.
In his report, Col. Ryan called the sightings “an eyewitness account of the ascent and flight of an unconventional craft by three highly reliable United States observers. He added that Col. Hathaway led off his account of the sightings by saying: “I doubt if your going to believe this, but we all saw it.” Senator Russell was the first to see this flying disc we’ve been told for years that there isn’t such a thing, but all of us saw it.”
