Just past 6 p.m. on Aug. 11, last year, Diana Luca and her mother, who was visiting from Romania, were chatting at the kitchen table in Luca’s New Westminster home. It was a beautiful windless evening, the clear blue sky visible from their seats in front of a large south-facing window. Out of the corner of her eye, Luca spotted a black object behind the trees in the back alley. “Look, it’s a balloon,” she told her mother. But when the two stepped onto the patio, they saw what they now insist is a UFO. “It still freaks me out. I could see it flying behind the trees and on top of the shorter trees,” says the 34-year-old, recalling the incident from the living room of her new house. Luca claims the object-flat and shaped like a Frisbee-flipped to its underside, which was as red and shiny as a Coke can. Scared, she called her common-law husband, Mark Murphy, who was inside.
By the time he reached the porch, the object looked cigar shaped and was an estimated three kilometres away. Murphy rushed inside to retrieve a camcorder purchased two days earlier, documenting the rest of the sighting on tape, which he keeps under lock and key. The 35-year-old property manager has since copied the tape onto a DVD that he plays over and over. From the right side of the screen, a small, shiny object moves towards the centre, then heads rapidly towards the camera. As it gets closer, it becomes a round, black form that vibrates slightly, at one point turning on its side, giving it the cigar shape. Murphy loses sight of it several times and is forced to refocus to recapture the object on film. It zips across the screen so quickly on another occasion that it can only be seen later, when Murphy watches the tape in slow motion. “It’s something I’ll never forget for the rest of my life – I was in shock.
The clarity of this is just incredible,” he says. “I heard about UFOs but had written [them] off in my head. I’m a skeptical kind of person who has to touch it to believe it, but now I’m not too certain.” It sounds farfetched, but he’s got a lot of company locally. According to the 2003 Canadian UFO Survey, reported by Chris Rutkowski of UFOlogy Research of Manitoba, more than 673 sightings of UFOs-defined literally as flying objects that can’t be identified-were documented across the country last year, including 41 in Vancouver, making it the city with the highest number of reports. Sources of the reports include the National UFO Reporting Center in the U.S., UFO*BC, the Houston B.C. Centre for UFO Research and the Meteor and Impacts Advisory Committee to the Canadian Space Agency. Only 17 per cent of the 673 sightings remain unexplained-the rest were simply fireballs, meteors or other natural phenomena.
Hi, while unleashing my dog in my front porch area, I noticed a bright light shining in the window. I immediately went outside where I saw a large, very, very, very bright sphere lighting up everything. It even outshone the nearly full moon. It at first looked like it was larger than the moon; it was hanging a little down and to the right of the moon when it was in the southern night sky. It looked like a huge, super bright, turquoise coloured light shining ball. It was so bright that it appeared larger than the moon, then I realized its intense luminosity made its diameter appear larger. The actual object was about the same size as a quarter or dollar piece held at arms length. It did not seem to be any farther up than 10,000 ft. Its brightness lit up areas that would otherwise be cloaked in shadow, but while this object hung in the sky above, there was light enough to read a newspaper article. It was a very surreal experience. Then, after all of 2-3 seconds, it headed south moving at astonishing velocity. After remaining outside for a while to watch for more activity which did not occur, I went in to tell my wife. I’m sharing this now because of all the other similar sightings recently reported. About 11 PM, early Jan., 2021, my wife woke me to come look out the back door at a brilliant red light focused on the entire front of our Quonset hut shop located about 100 yd. behind the house. It was brilliant, either LED or laser and covered the entire front of the building approx. 26’wide by 16′ high and reflected back to a line of trees about 150′ away. There was no apparent origin for the light, and I thought it could be scatter from a powerful laser located a long distance from the shop. This is a rural location without much reflected light and almost no night time traffic and no streets in the proximity. No cars in the area and open meadows to the front and sides where such a light could originate.
I am curious if this has any similarity to other posting or if you have any possible explanation for what we saw? After all this time I am sure, as I was then, that the light did not originate from human activity within the surrounding area and was steady with no shake or movement that would be associated with an aircraft. there was no sound at all and it was approximately 35-40 degrees outside at the time. After about 30 minutes the light went dark, then reappeared identically about 20 minutes later. After about 15minutes, it went dark once again, and we have not observed anything similar since. I was a Marine stationed at 29 Palms, CA. My MOS (job) was a 1371 Combat Engineer (we built stuff)… Starting 1977 we, 7th Eng Sub Btn, along with the Navy Seabees, were tasked with building the Marine Corps largest airstrip about 5 miles west of “Mainside” base. Once we had started construction, the Marine Corps had us build a “Guard shack” to sleep 4-5 Marines while on Guard Duty. One afternoon, while on duty, I was with 3-4 other Marines. We had just eaten dinner (cans of C-RATS) and were in metal office chairs leaning back against the side of the guard shack looking out across the desert. It was now dusk and getting dark. We sat just staring out over the desert. Suddenly and out of nowhere a red spot appeared. It just sat there, in one spot for “several” seconds. Instantaneously they moved to the right a half mile+/- away. At first, we thought it was a helicopter but no helicopter on the planet moves that fast. It sat stationary for “several” seconds again. We were all leaning back in our chairs against the side of the shack looking out mostly wondering out loud what we thought it was.
Then as suddenly as it had moved to the right, it moved back to its original position and hovered for “several” seconds again. After a few seconds it shot straight up and out of sight in a nanosecond. A red dot one moment and gone the next. Helicopters do not move that fast! What happened next is totally bizarre. We were 5 miles to main side base. We were in the middle of nowhere in the desert and it was now dark. All the “HE” heavy equipment was parked behind the shack. Trucks, dozers, jeeps, etc. If anyone was to try and sneak up on us, we’d see them or hear them. Nobody is going to walk 5 miles in the desert at night to pull off a prank! So, we were sitting there digesting the light when one of the diesel trucks started up. We heard the unmistakable sound of a diesel starting. “WT…?” We all jumped out of our chairs and bolted to the sound.
When we got to the truck it was idling with no one around and there was a small fire next to the truck. If it was other Marines playing a trick, they’d have made themselves known! If it was civilians (kids) they’d have had to know we were there, and they’d have had to ride dirt motorcycles across the desert for several miles and then walk a couple miles. NOT HAPPENING! We saw and heard nothing coming or going. We expected any moment to have some friends jump out of the dark desert and surprise us. Nothing. We were Marines on Guard Duty. No, no drinking and or drugs! Guard Duty is a serious obligation and if you’re caught doing something stupid, you will be punished. I took a screenshot with Google Earth and marked the appx location of the “RED DOT”. If you look at Google Earth, you’ll see Camp Wilson is in the middle of nowhere. In 1977 there was nothing within 10 miles in any direction. I had replied to a post on a video I saw on YouTube several months ago about this incident, and I had a reply from a local saying he has seen similar lights around the base as well over the years. Veteran pilot Chris Van Voorhis told the Daily Mail he also saw three to five bright objects flying in a circular motion like a “race track” for hours while flying over the Pacific Ocean from Honolulu to Los Angeles in August.
The 63-year-old, who’s racked up over 32,000 hours of flight experience, said the objects he saw appeared to be within Earth’s orbit but could have been out in space.
Other airlines radioed in to Van Voorhis to ask him if he was seeing the same objects he was.
“It had to be in a very, very high orbit, or actually even out in space quite a ways away from anything that a satellite would be, because every time we were seeing it, it was in the lower right-hand corner of the Big Dipper, no matter where we were in the world,” he told the outlet.
“It lasted for such a long time that it actually became boring, almost.”
He said it could not have been a satellite, such as Elon Musk’s Starlink system, because they were moving in different directions instead of the same direction.
Van Voorhis’ employer, whose name was withheld, forbade him from speaking about the incident.
He told the Daily Mail about half of his pilot friends “have seen some type of an anomaly” in the sky.
Former F-18 pilot Mark Hulsey reported a UFO sighting in August.
Van Voorhis also claims to have seen three flying discs from his cockpit in 2004 while flying from Japan to Honolulu for Japan Airways. The discs appeared to form a triangle formation before disappearing.
“It wasn’t like they accelerated. They were just at speed and gone over the horizon. The whole thing took about 15 seconds,” he told the Daily Mail.
“The aircraft in front of us saw it too. They said, ‘Are you going to tell anybody?’ and we said, ‘No.’”
Last year, the Department of Defense launched a new outfit tasked with finding and identifying UFOs in restricted airspace after Washington officials admitted they could not explain the phenomena of UFO sightings.
The Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group was announced after the intelligence community verified a series of unexplained aerial phenomena sightings by the military earlier this year, but said it could not identify the mysterious vehicles, in a report to Congress detailing the government’s knowledge of UFOs. In January 2019 I had been seeing strange green lights flying very low over the horizon. I lived in St Albans Vt at the time which is a very small city about 15 miles from the Canadian border. I kept seeing these odd green lights close to the tree line. I even had the thought there was something military going on so close to the border.
I am a smoker and I would see the lights on my back deck at night which looked westward over the area towards Lake Champlain. I was simply watching television with my wife and ran out to the deck for a quick cigarette. It was very cold so I did not grab my phone thinking this would be quick.
As soon as I got outside I saw two bright green lights hovering over the lake about 6 miles west of me. Because I had sparked an interest in seeing them before and I was unsure of what they were I kept my eye on them this time.
The two lights slowly worked their way straight towards me, probably about 35 miles an hour. As they approached I noticed the lights were very bright, way brighter than an ordinary aircraft. They also were very low just skirting the tree tops. This is when I ran to the door and hallored to my wife “bring me my phone!”
I now knew this was something unusual. When I turned back to the lights, they were even closer. Almost blinding me and almost touching the trees. I slowly watched it proceed west and when it got closer and to the side of me finally the lights went by my vision, and I could see what was behind them! And there it was! A full-blown flying saucer! Crazily almost exactly like you would see in a movie. Except it seemed to have a small city on its back!
My mind raced and an incredible fear came over me like something was coming for me… but then I heard a voice in my head say. “It’s ok. We are just getting some fresh water from your lake, we do it all the time and we will be back. This is no big deal.” At this point there is a small gap in my recollection, almost like a glitch in my memory. I may have returned to the door to holler for a phone but I am not sure.
What I am sure of is what I saw and what happened next. when my thoughts returned to me. I looked back at the ship. It was now almost directly over my head and about 40-50 feet away. I looked directly up at the bottom of it. It seemed carbon black, no reflections at all. You would barely know it was there except I could see a green ring. The same green that had illuminated from the windows. I said to myself, am I seeing inside this thing?
Then the green ring instantly opened, and I could see inside an open circled area where the green ring had opened. It glowed with some kind of a red/pink aura inside. I was close enough to see two members going from one side of the opening to the other as if to stabilize the opening.
Then as soon as this aura appeared it shot straight up as if it was climbing something or jumping through time.
It continued out into the outer solar system. As far as the eye can see I could see the red illumination until it was a pin prick and then gone.
This whole sighting was about 10 minutes. It is unbelievable to me that no one else saw this but it was late on a freezing winter night in an unpopulated part of the town. It also was obvious that it did not want to be seen. The way it clung to the trees and the black underbody. The bright lights making it impossible to see unless you were at the exact correct angle. It all adds up to sneakiness!
After my sighting I believe that I had a telepathic experience of some kind. It really was like it did not happen. I remembered it but it was like it was no big deal at all. I did not even get too upset with my wife for not bringing the phone and simply went to bed. (Which I have heard from others who had close up encounters.)
It took me about a year to realize how important this was and how profoundly it had changed my life. After all everything is now in question from religion to spirituality to the understanding of mankind and how we came to be. I finally began to tell my story but even when I finally reported it to MUFON. I still had not realized the sheer monumental sighting I had. Ricky Schroder says he has seen UFOs flying over his Colorado property on a number of occasions—and he turned to Elon Musk for an explanation.
The Silver Spoons star, 52, on Saturday posted a video on Instagram, in which he explained that he has often seen the unidentified objects and their unconventional flying patterns and characteristics while staring up at the night’s sky.
After being left baffled by the regular sightings since moving onto his property last year, the actor has asked Tesla and SpaceX CEO Musk, 51, for answers.
“I moved back to Colorado a year or so ago, and I’ve been looking up a lot lately,” Schroder said in the clip. “I sit around my fire, I sit in my new hot tub, and I’ve been seeing things up in the stars, up in the sky, that I can’t explain. And fortunately, a couple times, other people were with me here and they saw it.”
“I was looking online for explanations,” he went on. “It’s like you think they’re satellites on a normal trajectory just going straight. But then they’ll change trajectory, or slow down and even stop. And even one turned off its lights.
“These things up there, they’re not aircraft, normal aircraft. You know, I’m a pilot. I haven’t flown in years, but I know what aircraft look like and sound like and how fast they move. What we’re seeing up there is unexplained and so, Mr. Musk, maybe you know.”
Schroder suggested that he expected his claims to be dismissed, because “when you verbalize those things, society wants to make it sound like you’re crazy, or something. And so that’s another way to find the truth, because sometimes it’s the exact opposite of what society says or what the programming from the stranger there tries to teach you.”
“I don’t know what they are, but they move fast, they can change direction and they can stop and adjust their lights,” he added of the flying objects. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
I was standing out in the middle of a field near the Teign Estuary, and it was pitch black and it was a lovely clear night, and I could see all the stars which were very beautiful and bright, but yet so haunting, knowing what is out there in the vastness of the universe gave me chills. I was making my way back home toward Newton Abbot when I saw a red light that was slowly moving across the sky. It moved slowly along the horizon and then turned and started to head in my direction. I immediately duck down and took cover while I continue to observe it. The red light was very intense and unwavering in its appearance, and I could see that it was no type of aircraft as it was flying in an unusual flight pattern and had no visible aviation lights which was rather odd. Furthermore, there was no sound, just an eerie silence that gave me a real sense of foreboding.
It was now above the next field over and it turned off to the left, and I quickly took a sneaky photo of it using my Nikon P900 camera. This camera has a green light on the power button which is quite bright, so I had purposely covered it earlier in the day with a piece of black tape to hide it. There is also a red IR light on the front of this camera which I had also covered up with black tape so that I would not give my position away while photographing any unusual anomalies that I came across. I continued watching the red light trying to understand what it could be, when I suddenly came to the realization that the red light was actually part of a much larger craft. It was centered directly in the middle of a black triangular craft that had some white lights on the back portion of it, which lit up for a brief moment before they went out.
I then went to take another photograph, but strangely my Nikon P900 camera would not work, and in the viewfinder, it said lens error, so I just continued to observe the craft. Then, it turned and seemed to move in my direction once again but this time I was completely shocked by what happened next. To my surprise, the red light in the middle detaches from the center area of the craft and I could now see that it was a red sphere. It then moved towards me, and I immediately dove down onto the floor to take cover. After a few moments, I bravely looked up to see where it had gone, and it was heading back towards the triangle craft which it then docked with. The triangle craft then lit up and shot away from the area leaving me totally freaked out as I took off running into the night. I managed to get one photograph of this craft which showed how bright the red light actually was. Once I got back home, I studied the photograph and made a copy which I then brightened making the three lights on the back of the triangle visible, other than that, there was not any further detail that could be ascertained. The photograph was taken at 22:52 PM on the 29th of May 2020, at the Teign Estuary Devon England.
On the evening of March 4, 1994, I was traveling in my vehicle along the M-21 corridor in Ionia MI, headed Westbound at approximately 11:00 PM, with my boyfriend. This occurred in an area of road that is just outside of the light shed area for several grouped prison complexes and is a rural area. I was 15, he was 16 at the time. We saw a large circle of light in the sky that approached over the trees (wooded area). It hovered over and traveled with my vehicle until we pulled over and exited the vehicle to look closer. We watched for some time while 6-10 white lights, approximately the size of basketballs rotated in a circle that widened and contracted and pulsated. There was no sound or sensation. some lights seemed to have hue to them that was faint, of red, blue, or green, but all were predominately just bright light. Occasionally a light would speed away in a random direction, or one would arrive from a random direction. leaving and arriving lights joined the patter seamlessly. After a while the lights moved over to hover over the trees across the road for a time before slowly drifting to the NE, maintaining the same expanding and contracting circle and pulsation. When we arrived home, 2 hours and 20 minutes had elapsed. We were 10 minutes from home. NOTE: The above image is real but from another case file.
In the modern world, fake UFO photos and videos are common. However, centuries ago, the only means to capture something for memory was to draw it.
Therefore, many ufologists consider the early stories of UFO sightings to be more truthful than modern ones, because people then, in fact, had no reason to invent something for the sake of popularity and publications in the press.
The same can be attributed to the strange images of objects similar to UFOs or aliens that can be found on rocks and which are from several hundred to several thousand years old.
Windsor Castle
True, this article is not about such a deep antiquity, but about events that happened quite “recently”, at the end of the 18th century. This event had so many eyewitnesses, including members of the royal nobility, so it was eventually captured in an engraving.
On August 18, 1783, four people, standing on the terrace of Windsor Castle (royal castle) in the English county of Berkshire, saw something unusual in the sky at about 9:45 pm.
As it turned out later, the same phenomenon was seen by many people throughout the county. Among the inhabitants of Windsor Castle were seven eyewitnesses who later officially documented their observations: Thomas Sandby, founder of the Royal Academy, his brother Paul, Tiberius Cavallo, Dr. James Lind, Dr. Lockman, and two unknown women.
The engraving shown below was drawn by Thomas Sandby and his brother Paul, which depict exactly what they saw then. At first, people noticed flashes of light on the northern horizon, behind which a round, shiny object appeared flying across the sky.
Its size was about half the width of the moon. The object moved slowly at first, but then it accelerated and became brighter.
This observation was later recorded in the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society (1784):
“There was an oblong cloud moving more or less parallel to the horizon. Beneath this cloud a luminous object could be seen, which soon became rounded, brightly lit, and then stopped.
“This strange sphere at first appeared pale blue in color, but then its brightness increased, and soon it flew east again. The object then changed direction and moved parallel to the horizon before disappearing to the southeast.
“The light he gave off was amazing, he illuminated everything on earth for us. ”
Tiberius Cavallo described what he saw:
“It is evident that between 21:15 and 21:30 that night, a very bright meteor, entering the earth’s atmosphere over the open waters of the North Sea, passed along the entire east coast of northern Scotland and England.”
Of course, in 1783, no one had ever heard of UFOs, but the object they saw was clearly not a meteor, judging by the description that it stopped movement and then resumed it again. Meteors, of course, do not do that.
It was also reported that over the next ten minutes, many residents of the territories from the Shetland Islands to Brussels (!) saw how a luminous bright spherical object changed its shape into something ovoid and then repeatedly changed its shape, becoming again round, then ovoid.
A survey of some residents of England showed that it seemed to all of them that the object was flying at a very high speed, at least 20 miles per second, or even more.
It should be noted that in that era, not only Cavallo, but also many other educated people decided that it was just a rare type of meteor. At the same time, for some reason, they completely did not take into account such strange characteristics of the object as changes in speed, appearance, brightness and glow.
You can also find information that the passing meteor did not leave a crater behind and no one saw or heard how it exploded in the sky or fell to the ground.
But to just pause and think, if it was the first ever sighting of a UFO, no-one would’ve known about aliens in the first place, so it can’t be ruled out.
National security agencies are studying hundreds of new reports of UFOs, including many that appear to perform maneuvers that are highly advanced, the nation’s top intelligence official reported on Thursday.
In total, 510 “unidentified aerial phenomena” observed in protected airspace or near sensitive facilities have been compiled as of August of last year, according to the report to Congress from the director of national intelligence.
Of those, 366 were gathered since a preliminary assessment was published in 2021 — an increase attributed to a “reduced stigma” around reporting, and a better understanding of the intelligence and safety threats that the phenomena may pose.
More than half of those new sightings — most of which came from Navy and Air Force pilots — exhibit “unremarkable characteristics,” according to the report: 26 were characterized as drones; 163 were labeled balloons or “balloon-like entities”; and six were described as “clutter.”
That still leaves 171 sightings, however, some of which “appear to have demonstrated unusual flight characteristics or performance capabilities,” the report says. Few other details were provided about these unidentified entities, though the report noted that no U.S. aircraft has ever collided with a UFO, and observing them has caused no adverse health effects so far.
The 12-page report, which does not detail when each of the sightings occurred, is an unclassified summary of a secret version that was delivered to Congress and was required by last year’s National Defense Authorization Act.
It is the latest installment in a growing campaign by Congress in recent years to force the military and spy agencies to take the sightings more seriously and better coordinate efforts to study them as a potential national security threat. Lawmakers also want agencies to be more forthcoming with information that has not been shared with oversight committees.
Other top officials have said in recent weeks that they have not uncovered any evidence so far that the unidentified vehicles are otherworldly in origin or indicate the existence of a non-human entity.
But they insist they are keeping an open mind.
“We have not seen anything that would … lead us to believe that any of the objects that we have seen are of alien origin,” Ronald Moultrie, undersecretary of defense for intelligence and security, told reporters at a briefing ahead of the report’s release. “If we find something like that, we will look at it and analyze it and take the appropriate actions.”
“As a physicist, I have to adhere to the scientific method, and I will follow that data and science wherever it goes,” said Sean Kirkpatrick, director of the AARO.
But officials have also insisted that they are just at the beginning of a full-scale effort — drawing on multiple military and civilian agencies and government contractors — to study UFOs.
The DNI report also follows the passage of the National Defense and Intelligence Authorization Act for fiscal 2023, which dedicates 34 pages to aerial phenomena and mandates a series of additional steps for the Defense Department and intelligence agencies.
The latest legislation, which President Joe Biden signed in December, does not refrain from seeking answers to some of the most provocative and hotly debated questions that have swirled around the UFO topic for decades. Those include whether the government or its contractors have been secretly hiding crashed UFOs or whether personnel have suffered health problems after encounters.
It requires the Pentagon and DNI to create a secure system for reporting phenomena without fear of reprisal. That includes calling on people to come forward with any knowledge of retrieved materials from unidentified craft, or any secret efforts to reverse engineer UFO technology.
“We want to make sure service members, and other members of the military, that when they come forward with data and information and videos, that they can accurately give this information without having their careers suffer and being dismissed or disregarded in some way,” Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), a member of the Armed Services and Intelligence committees who has been a leading sponsor of recent UFO legislation, told “The Brian Lehrer Show” on Dec. 21.
The new defense bill also requires the AARO to deliver, within 18 months, a historical record on government UFO efforts dating to 1945, including “any program or activity that was protected by restricted access that has not been explicitly and clearly reported to Congress.”
“That is going to be quite a research project, if you will, into the archives and going backwards in time,” Kirkpatrick said.
Top Pentagon officials also insist they are committed to trying to unearth any buried secrets about UFOs that national security agencies have been accused of shielding even from congressional oversight committees and top officials in the executive branch.
“We are going back and trying to understand all the compartmented programs that this department has had,” Moultrie said.
The newly signed legislation also mandates an intelligence collection and analysis plan to study characteristics, origins and intentions of the vehicles.
Kirkpatrick said the Pentagon office is developing “a focused collection campaign using both traditional and nontraditional sources and sensors.”
That includes building a team of experts from within DoD, at NASA, CIA and other agencies, as well as from the private sector.
“More data will help build a more complete picture and support the resolution of anomalous phenomena,” Kirkpatrick said.
NASA is also stepping up its efforts to assist the overall investigation. The space agency established an independent study team in October, including leading academics, computer scientists, oceanographers, space industry executives and others.
One focus is to determine whether any of its satellites or other space sensors have picked up any UFO activity.
“Our sensor data, looking back at Earth, on this particular satellite, does it have any information that would clarify what that object is as identified by others?” NASA Administrator Bill Nelson said in a recent interview.

There is a house across the road that is lower than ours and then a tree line. While watching tv one night in October there was a bright light that drew me to the window. It had a sort of ‘triangular tail’ of light that faded out. I watched this object. I saw 3-4 white lights and a red one. It didn’t move smoothly and at one point did a sort of zigzag. I got my husband who came up and watched for about a straight minute before saying he was seeing the same, Until this moment he didn’t believe in any of this nonsense, nonetheless here. We immediately went outside and watched. We couldn’t see it in the iPhone but didn’t waste much time trying because we were pretty mesmerized. This incident had me looking out the window here and there but I didn’t expect we would have that opportunity again, but I’ve seen strange light from then on. I took many videos, but I choose these three Video 1:
When I looked out the window on November 1, 2022 I saw these lights. I grabbed my iPhone propped it on the windowsill, turned the video on and left it undisturbed. It was11:13 pm. Came back 3:09 minutes later to review. 3 lights visible. The one on top blinks then disappears but later reappears faint. One lower right disappears while the brightest enlarges and has more form. Lower right lights reappear in larger form similar to the bright one. Both have a black circle within them, the brighter has an abnormality at 2:00 that appeared to be look something like a beak shape. It continues to change colors. At approximately :53 it appears as if something black crawls over or perhaps encircle it one time. One on the right disappears and reappears several times then enlarged. Video 2: November 1, 2022 at 7:47pm After watching the first video I saw they were still there, so I positioned and restarted the video. I let this one run for 6:47. Starts with 3 lights visible.
Lower left again brightest. Right light fades on and off, upper disappears. Remaining light gets larger. Some light shadowing could be the small top branches of a tree outside our window. The second light to right reappears on and off resembling the brightest. At approximately 2 minutes in a third light appears above right light and a little to right. Both on left fade in and out while light up top appears very faint. Ends with brightest light Video 3: November 8 starts at 7:47pm runs 2:01 minutes. Yellow light is a light at a house down and across the road. Bright light appears upper right at approximately :50 I believe the haze is dirty window something drops from that light. DECEMBER 7, 2022……..HOPE VALLEY DERBY SHIRE ENGLAND
Just before 1 am, I went outside with my dog. I looked up to see if it was snowing. I noticed two objects in the south sky. I have no idea how far away they were but look to be the size of a coin from where I was standing. I watched these two objects for several minutes, trying to work out what they were. I then noticed another in the south-east sky. All three objects were spinning and omitting, beautiful green blue white lights. They were flashing and tumbling around in the sky. I looked back to the two in the South sky and they were zipping all over the place. I ran inside to fetch my phone and turn the video on. When I looked for the two in the south sky, they were gone completely, so I turned my attention to the remaining one in the south-east. This was a really beautiful object. It was spinning, tumbling zipping all over the place and admitting the most wonderful looking flashing lights. They were far away, I think.
I managed to take a video with my iPhone. Once viewed the object looked pretty small, but so does the moon if I take a picture of that with my phone. After reviewing the video, I could expand and track the object on my phone screen so I could see it’s much larger. I watched the single object for around 10 minutes. At this point, I had to go back inside. I was barefoot and in pajamas. Whatever I saw was not natural phenomenon. It was not a satellite. I know a little about astronomy. I know where certain stars/satellites are in the night sky, but I did go to the satellite tracker app on my phone just a try to get some sort of explanation with no success. Following the evening, whatever I saw, I was incredibly tired for days afterwards. I searched on the Internet to see if anybody else local had seen anything but couldn’t find anything there either. I took a screenshot of the video, And the object can be seen as large as it was to me.
Hi, discovered your site browsing, love the numerous photos of UFOs on your site. I have personally seen 3 UFOs up close and unmistakable, and many far away sightings of objects that flew strangely but were too far away to get a good look.
I am going to submit a photo and cropped closeup here. I caught this object quite by accident on Jan. 1, 1997, in Rye, NY. Myself, my ex-wife, and her three children were visiting Rye Playground, right on Long Island Sound, not far from NYC. The park was closed for the winter season, but it was a very scenic place to walk around. It was a cold and breezy day as I remember.
Anyway, I took two photos of my step-kids sitting on a bench, just a few seconds apart. I did not notice anything at the time, but when I got the photos back from development, I noticed a silver hat shaped object above their heads. This object was not in the 2nd photo, which I have lost. I was so shocked by this object that I took my camera and negatives back to the camera store and had the owner inspect them. I remember he blew the photo up very large; I should have asked him for a print. The owner said there was no defect in either my camera or film, that I had actually captured some object. Over the years I got divorced and moved several times. I lost all the photos and negatives, except for this one photo with the unidentified object, which I put in a scrapbook and still own to this day.
I still have the original photo; it is much sharper than the images here. I got these images by taking photos of the original with my Iphone. The original is so sharp you can see the individual branches of the trees in the distance. I can’t remember what kind of camera I used, but it was not expensive.
On the original it looks like a silver disc object with a squarish dome on top. The object was at an angle, so the bottom side is in the shadow. It was around noon when I took these photos if I remember correctly, been a long time. This object is not a balloon, although it appears directly above one of the spires in the background. It was very breezy that day, you can see that in my step-kids hair being blown by the wind, so a balloon would have appeared further inland, as the wind was coming off the water.
Funny story, I told a co-worker who was a big UFO skeptic that I had caught a photo of a UFO by accident. He laughed at me, so I brought the original into work. I worked as a quality inspector in a lab with microscopes. You could see my friend’s expression change the moment he saw the photo. He took it over and examined it for a very long time under one of the microscopes. Finally, he brought it back and I asked him what he thought it was. He said, “It looks like a flying saucer to me.” LOL, I made a believer out of him.

KENS NOTE: Sometimes we get a photo that the camera captured, and I feel this is a genuine UFO. Most of the time it is lens flair from the camera but this time it is not the case. Many times, our cameras see what our eyes cannot see.
Bob McGwier has been a covert intelligence-gatherer for many years. In the video below he relays two stories of USOs, or unidentified submerged objects, while working classified ops.
The first account is while aboard the nuclear submarine USS Hampton while the sub was very deep behind enemy lines. The second encounter was aboard the LCC Blue Ridge Command ship while the ship was in the middle of a raging Typhoon!
One encounter took place in the 90s when the submarine USS Hampton was passed by a USO which traveled under water faster than the speed of sound.
Not only the US Navy encountered USOs, the Russian Navy too. Vladimir Azhazha, former navy officer and a famous Russian UFO researcher, says fifty percent of UFO encounters are connected with oceans. Fifteen more – with lakes. So, UFOs tend to stick to the water.
On one occasion a nuclear submarine, which was on a combat mission in the Pacific Ocean, detected six unknown objects. After the crew failed to leave behind their pursuers by maneuvering, the captain ordered to surface. The objects followed suit, took to the air, and flew away.
“On several occasions the instruments gave reading of material objects moving at incredible speed. Calculations showed speeds of about 230 knots. Speeding so fast is a challenge even on the surface. But water resistance is much higher. It was like the objects defied the laws of physics. There’s only one explanation: the creatures who built them far surpass us in development.”
Navy intelligence veteran, Captain 1st rank Igor Barklay comments: “Ocean UFOs often show up wherever our or NATO’s fleets concentrate. Near Bahamas, Bermudas, Puerto Rico. They are most often seen in the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean, in the southern part of the Bermuda Triangle, and also in the Caribbean Sea.
Another place where people often report UFO encounters is Russia’s Lake Baikal, the deepest freshwater body in the world. Fishermen tell of powerful lights coming from the deep and objects flying up from the water.
In one case in 1982 a group of military divers training at Baikal spotted a group of humanoid creatures dressed in silvery suits. The encounter happened at a depth of 50 meters, and the divers tried to catch the strangers. Three of the seven men died, while four others were severely injured.
Whistleblower Edward Snowden revealed that deep-sea sonar signals are kept as official state secrets and the public are banned from accessing data about reported sightings of USO’s.
My job was to load trucks. As I was walking towards the daily driver’s truck, I spotted a round sphere in the sky just above a tree line which was aprox 1/2 mile away. I stopped and starred. It was sitting still not moving at all. Large/ med in size. Like the moon size at high sight. The object did not move and the best detail I can say is it looked like a drop of mercury liquid in the sky. Chrome sphere. As I starred, I had asked the truck driver. Hey, have u ever seen a UFO? He said what are you talking about. Still starring, I said right there as I pointed. I turned and looked at him and said would you look! As I turned back the object was completely gone! I said listen there was something right there above those trees as I explained. As we got to work not 2 minutes came past. We heard a roar. Looked and there were 3 black jets flying low! Right next to us.
When I say low. I mean low. 15 to 20ft off the ground. Half as high as a telephone pole. 2 jets roared by us and hauled just above the corn field and up and over the tree line to the exact location I seen this object! The 2 jets were so low the corn ways swaying due to the thrust! Once over the tree line we could not see them, only could hear the roar of a jet. The 3rd jet flew right next to us and climbed approx. 300ft high and circled our location for approx. 5min. Flying very slow in a circle. Once he left, he flew due sw. The truck driver was from west Virginia. He said holy hell wade you seen something. Those jets were black. Flat black look. No markings. We could see the pilots. It was quite amazing sight. Seeing this was about 12 yrs. ago. My opinion is that they knew this object was there and they were chasing it. The chances of seeing something so odd in the low sky and shortly after seeing 3 black jets at low flying to the exact spot I seen this sphere are next to impossible to see again. I remember feeling as if they knew we seen it. I was scared. As in not of what I seen. But as in someone talking to me about what I seen. I told very few people about this incident back then but family. The incident has been in my mind all these yrs and with the daily talk on the news about UFO’s. I thought this is a great time to tell my story. My incident is as true as it gets. Not sure what I seen, but it was not from this world. NOTE: The above image real but from another case file.
I was in a large, fast boat searching for a lost boat that had not returned to port that night. There were 5 of us. While we were out in the middle of the night, we saw a red glowing light about a half mile away and thought it was the lost boat’s light. We followed it at high speed for about 30 minutes, never catching it as it kept its distance from us. We all thought “maybe the boat was farther away than we thought”, since it was very late at night and a small light. We chased the light again for about another 45 minutes, but it stayed exactly the same distance ahead of us. Finally, the light disappeared, so we went to the spot where we thought it was last located. The captain turned off the engine so we could listen. We all took a side of the boat to look and listen. After about two minutes, the captain, who was at the front/stern of the boat screamed. We immediately ran up there (it was a large cabin cruiser). He was somewhat shocked. He said that a red globe, slightly bigger than a basketball, had risen up out of the water and stopped about 3 feet in front of him. Before he could say anything, it had accelerated into the night sky. We never saw it again. NOTE: The above image is CGI.
Our family had just come to America about 1 year before. I was 10 years old then. We eventually moved to Southern New Jersey, in a town called Millville. The house was old and in need of many repairs. I helped my dad clear the overgrown weeds in the yard, and in a few days the yard looked pristine.
About a week later I awoke from a sound sleep and bright lights were shining into my room from the back yard. I got up and looked out the window into the yard and I couldn’t believe at what I was seeing. There appeared to be two translucent spheres just sitting still inside our yard. They had a soft white glow to them. I quickly went downstairs and went out the kitchen, which led to the backyard.
I simply could not believe what I was looking at. Two shed sized spherical objects were hovering inches off the ground, right next to each other, they made no sound, and there was no recognizable writing anywhere on them.
I reluctantly touched them, and they felt warm to the touch, and very smooth, you could almost see inside them but not quite, like they had a light frosted texture to them with a familiar shadowing. That made it difficult to completely see inside them and this may sound crazy, but they both completely resembled like our moon. Let me repeat that, the shadowing was a perfect match for the shadowing of our moon, craters and everything, and if I didn’t know any better, I would swear they were miniature replicas of our moon. I know how bizarre that sounds, but that particular fact haunts me to this day.
There was enough room for me to walk between them as I touched them and I know this is going to again sound as crazy as this story, but I felt as if my brain was being flooded with some type of incomprehensible information, at least incomprehensible for the time being. I can’t recall exactly how long I was out there but, I do remember my feet getting wet from the patches of grass that had already grown. It was a summer night, and the air was muggy.
It seemed like I was out there forever, but if I had to guess i would say, for at least 20 minutes. At one point the intensity of the light of both spheres intensified to a much brighter hue and, I instinctively backed off several feet. Without any other warning both spherical objects both shot straight up, and in a fraction of a second totally disappeared, leaving me in the dark. I stared at the night sky for a few minutes trying to process all of it. I had a sense that this was an experience of a lifetime and, felt lucky.
With that, I made my way back through the kitchen door and looked at the clock on the wall, it was exactly 3:30am. I grabbed a towel from the closet and dried off my feet and, laid back in my bed. I couldn’t go back to sleep, I just kept thinking about what had happened and I never uttered a word of it in the morning to anyone. I went out in the backyard and looked where the spheres were located but there was not even a hint of a sign, that anything had been there. This event made me seriously think about all the images that ran through my head as I was touching the spheres.
I had no idea that the information would make sense years later. This particular encounter has been key to come to a most logical conclusion about the birth, life, and death of our known part of this observable measurable universe. I have placed a generic picture that most closely resembles what I witnessed, coincidently I found a picture of multiple moon looking UFOs and, I zoomed in to recreate my encounter. My first extraterrestrial experience happened at around the age of 6. One night I visited my aunt’s apartment, just a floor above ours, as we lived in a condominium at the time. It was starting to get dark, and the adults were going to watch an adult film. So, as it happened, I was sent out to the outdoor balcony while they enjoyed their adult entertainment.
As I faced the balcony railing just above the railing from the right of me, came into view a glowing red sphere (which I would say was no bigger than maybe, a common soccer ball) just floating along very slowly it made a soft buzzing sound as if a swarm of bees were inside of it. As it passed in front of me it stopped. and the glow intensified in magnitude, a red dot appeared at the center of the sphere the dot shot out to, what I can only describe today as a laser beam that was wide at the end enough to cover all of me, it made several passes up and down and then sideways over my body. I felt no discomfort whatsoever as this was going on, but I could not move either, I was paralyzed and even my speech was silenced. I was literally a captive audience.
The dot disappeared and the glow of the sphere returned to its original magnitude… the object then continued along it way and as soon as it was far enough its paralyzing effects abated ,so naturally I being curious ,I went to the edge of the balcony railing and looked to the left seeing the red sphere floating along and going on its merry way … naturally I tried to tell all inside when they finally let me back in but you know how that went…
About six months after this incident, I developed a very aggressive ganglion cyst behind my right knee, and it quickly reached the size of a softball. It was surgically removed, and it took me about another 6 months to regain full mobility…
I am fully convinced that the scan I received was either partially or fully responsible for my cyst…. furthermore, I’m totally convinced that it introduced a precognitive/intuitive ability that I can only use not at will, but at random to safeguard myself or anything pertaining to my personal everyday occurrences, from any type of harm by forewarning me of a pending event. 10:30 – 10:45 p.m. A witness came forward and called me from Smithers, B.C. after she read a short article in the Smithers Interior Newspaper about a sighting of a pink object which was witnessed by another lady over the Smithers Ski Hill Road on April 8, 2004. The witness was on her way to work as she works the graveyard shift. As she traveled around a corner on Harris Road by Harris Auto Wrecking, she saw a extremely large bright pink object low in the sky. The lady said she had never seen anything like it in all the years she lived in the area and also wondered if it might have been an airplane coming in for a landing at the Smithers airport. She told me the object had to have been the size of a full moon and on the outer edge of the object the color was a much lighter pink in color. As the woman drove along, she said it passed overhead at approx: tree top level and at approx: 100 to 200 feet away from her in distance.
As the lady and the object passed one another she slowed her truck down and turned around to watch the object move slowly into the distance and as she watched it finally just blinked out. When the woman continued on her journey, after seeing the strange object, she told me that she was questioning herself, “did I just see that”! Later that evening and at her workplace, her and another lady went outside for a coffee break and the witness mentioned that she had seen something very strange when she was on her way to work. I asked the lady if she thought it might have been a flare or even fireworks someone had maybe set off. The witness said she has never seen a flare or fireworks travel horizontally just over tree top level and for such a long distance. There was no sound noted. The object was reported to be visible for approx: one minute. This same object has been seen twice on two different occasions in the Smithers area. Thank you to the witness for the report.
